• Marisol (8/5): Perfecto calidad/precio - Ubicacion perfecta y muy centrica. Anfitrion muy amable. Solo habia 3 sillas y un sillon (ademas del sofa) y el comedor-cocina quedaba un poco pequeño.

• Isabella (10/5): Wunderbar - Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral beim Kolosseum. Um die Ecke sind viele Restaurants, die Straße Laterano ist sehr ruhig. Es war kein Problem, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Mit Bussen und der U-Bahn kommt man super zurecht. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat bequeme Betten. Außerdem gibt es einen Aufzug. Alles in allem sehr gut. Vermisst habe ich einen Balkon, aber das war ja vorher klar, dass es den nicht gibt.
• Donna (10/5): - Having access to washer/dryer for my family of 5 was great. Loved that The Colosseum was 3 blocks away. Many great restaurants with delicious food nearby. We picked up lunch each day and ate at the aprartmebt which was good for us.

• Marisel (9/5): Vacation 2025 - The location, accessibility to restaurants and monuments such as Colesseum. Great shower! Comfortable beds. Is not anyone's fault, that there are no elevators so be prepare for that.
• Andrew (8/5): Recommended - Marvellous location, you can see the Colisseum at the end of the road. Lots of local shops and bars. Host provided very helpful directions and assistance via messages so need to arrange to meet at a specific time. Limited/old/basic kitchen equipment which could very easily be solved with 100 euro at Ikea for some new cutlery, plates, cups, glasses etc.

• Diana (9/5): Superb - The host was responsive, friendly and very helpful. Easy self check in and check out, quiet area, comfortable beds. Great location, 7 minutes walk to Coliseum and 2-3 stops on bus to Trevi, Pantheon or piazza Navona. Good cafes and restaurants nearby.

• Debbie (7/5): Good property to stay in. - The location is very close to some attractions and a 30 plus walk (for a 72-year-old lady) to other attractions The apartment is clean and very pretty. It provided everything you would need and had washer and dryer. Beds were comfortable. Only 1 chair to sit in the common area plus the benches from the table. Our apartment had 2 bathrooms and only 1 hairdryer to share for 4 women, not great but we made it work. Out of the apartment owners' control - the street it is on was very dirty, A lot of trash and debris.

• Rytis (9/5): Superb - Apartment had very precise instructions, good information about suroundings and places nearby. Very good looking lighting. Rooms are big and well planned. It was very clean, had good location and very good A/C. The Wi-Fi is on but basically doesn't load anything. It was strange to find 6 paper plates for group of people for 4 nights. A few things were broken or scratched from previous visitors. But we sorted it out.

• Renea (10/5): Perfect for family’s - This apartment is so spacious. My husband and I have five children, and this was perfect for our family. The location is absolutely perfect. It is a short walk to the Colosseum. There are many restaurants and other activities nearby. Everything was walking distance. The host that met us was so kind and sweet. Very thorough and our stay was perfect! Definitely would recommend this place.

The size of the apartment and amenities were perfect for a short trip or an extended stay. We really enjoyed the welcome snacks and coffee and tea. We would stay here again and would highly recommend this apartment. Everything was perfect.

• Hasene (7/5): We were generally satisfied. - It was a very clean house suitable for 6 people. The kitchen had everything we could need. Also, small treats were left, it was really useful for us. The landlords generally took care of us, but unfortunately we could not solve the hot water problem. All necessities such as washing machine, dishwasher and iron were available in the house. The location of the house was very useful for all kinds of transportation. There was internet at home, but it wasn't fast enough to even browse social media. We could hardly use any hot water, the water flow was very low. It may be useful to have the bathrooms checked.
• Ionescu (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very well equipped with everything necessary for a family trip, just a few minutes away from the Colosseum. We had an early check in and a great communication with the host during our stay. I will definitely recommend it as a very good choice when traveling to Rome. The baby cot offered at the property was not comfortable at all, so we had to sleep with the baby in bed. However, we still used it during the day as playground.

• Emma (8/5): Great location , near a metro stop - Good location, lovely and clean and very friendly lady cleaning, we left our bags at lunchtime One of the beds was a little uncomfortable, may need the mattress replacing and the bathroom was a little tired But neither thing really affected our stay

• Iuliana (10/5): A hidden gem, really ! - First of all,location. Next, easy communication through app and watsapp with the land owner. All we need in the apartment. Easy to get by foot or by public transport at all of our places of interest. Not fancy, but comfy and very wise budget. Suggestion: We didn't cook, we bought prepared meals at the Carrefour Express on Via dei Ss Quattro and just warm it at "home" (not big fans of pizza and pasta "al dente"). Nothing to dislike. Just a warning (already read here): second floor without elevator.

• Ann (8/5): Cute , older apartment. Adequate size for 4 people budget traveling. - Very easy to communicate with the property manager. Good location close to the coliseum. Quiet, clean. Would be nice to have a clothes line in the shower area. The hot water was intermittent. Couldn’t get the stove top to work, but the manager compensated us for a breakfast. A few more towels and pillow choices would have been nice.

The unit had an elevator to get up to the 3rd floor which was very convenient. Apartment is stunning, The lower floor rooms very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Felt very safe and secure. Nice binder with all necessary information detailed well. Loft area has low ceilings so we bumped out head a lot (I'm 5'8) and had to duck everytime to get down the stairs. There is no couch in the living area - just a dining table, so it's hard to really get comfortable around the TV

• Sevil (10/5): Great place to stay. - Beds are really comfortable. The neighborhood is really nice. There are supermarkets, restaurants and bars around, also really quite. It is really close to Colosseum and Piazza Navona, we barely used a transportation, walked everywhere. Our host left snacks, coffee and tea in the apartment for us, also gave us restaurant tips around the neighborhood. When we landed, he/she send us detailed directions to the apartment. Everything was great. There is no elevator so it was hard to move the luggage up and down.
