• Bruno (2/5): - We were sent a single email informing us that the location of our stay had changed across the city. The email went straight into junk mail. No courtesy phonecall, no Expedia messages (where we booked). Therefore... we arrived at the original purchase location near other Hotels/Apartments our friend were situated in only to find out that we had been moved across town. We wasted money on 2 Bolt ride shares getting back across the city. When we mentioned our terrible experience to the staff they only gave a snarky apology and did not offer any compensation. I even had an Expedia rep call them to get compensation, they still refused. In my option if you can no longer accommodate your guests at a certain location you should cancel the booking, NOT pocket the money and place them at one of your other locations. We spent the rest of the weekend on and off the underground and spending too much on ride shares because we were no longer staying near out friends. The service staff really didn't care that we had not gotten the communication. So if you're going to book with them, triple check your junk email before arriving.
• Jörg (6/5): - Het appartement was in orde. De badkamer mocht zeker wat properder zijn. Ook was er tijdens de avond en nacht veel lawaai van jeugd op straat.
• Bjarne (10/5): Veldig bra, men varmt. - Veldig bra som vanlig på Frogner House. Men; det blir veldig varmt i leiligheten når det er sol. Bør være mulig å få inn en vifte som blåser litt kald luft. Ellers er det meget bra.

The amenities were great, with the kitchen perfect for preparing small meals, and it even had a small washer/spin dryer, and finishing rack. The area was wonderful, with an assortment of restaurants, grocery stores, and it was very walkable. We intend to return, maybe for a longer stay.
• Ruben (8/5): Helgesen Gate 1 - Oppholdet sto til forventningene. Rent å ryddigt å hadde alt av utstyr til kjøkken. Minuset med oppholde var att det var forferdelig varmt. Ingen A/C. Var kun en bordvifte, men det hjalp veldig lite.

• Merete (10/5): Veldig fornøyd - Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Rent og fint. Kunne vært mer støyreduksjon mellom leilighetene over/under. Men veldig bra inne, imellom rommene i leiligheten. Sentralt men likevel ikke midt i travle gatene. Fint med to soverom og at de lå med stue imellom seg. Rask og enkel innsjekk! Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Koselig strøk på Grunerløkka..Det eneste minuset var at de to første nettene av ett opphold på tre, var det fest og bråk til langt på natt i flere av de andre leilighetene. Veldig glad vi ikke hadde småbarn med oss. Burde vært vakthold på nettene. Bortsett fra dette et veldig fint opphold.

Helt klart et sted, vi vil nyde at vende tilbage til. Eneste grund til at servicen ikke fik topkarakter er, at alt er selvbetjening, men det fungerer optimalt!

Slike ting skal ikke skje når man har booket og betalt for et opphold. Da vi endelig kom oss inn i leiligheten så var det som å komme inn i en badstue. Det var null aircondition eller vifter, og utlufting var så og si ikke mulig. Klagde da om dette, og fikk beskjed om at vi da måtte dra til en annen adresse for å hente vifter. Dette skal ikke være nødvendig av kunder å måtte gjøre. Veldig dårlig service.

• sandrine (8/5): Appartement en rdc - Bel appartement parfaitement bien situé pour visiter Oslo. Quartier de Grunnerloka très sympa et animé. Nous avions un appartement de 2 chambres mais une des 2 chambres a un lit de 120 cm ce qui était beaucoup trop étroit pour 2. De plus nous etions au rdc et lappartement est très mal insonorisé sur l'extérieur. La machine a laver ne fonctionnait pas (pas d'essorage) et nous avons eu un problème avec l'eau ( par moments uniquement de l'eau chaude plus d'eau froide ???) Malgré ces désagréments nous avons passé un bon séjour.

• Apostolos (10/5): Perfect for families and not only - A very clean and specious apartment apartment. The second bed is not a proper double so it might not fit two grownups. My kinds are 13 and 8 and had no issues. The kitchen is fully equipped for a quick dish. A couple of grocery stores are in 5 min walk. Also, you will find a variety of restaurants in the vicinity. Tram stop is 8 min away and only to stops away from Oslo centre. I definitely recommend this apartment for a family of four.

The lack of air conditioning would have been a concern had the weather been warmer, as the apartment was hot even in mediocre weather conditions.
• Eric (10/5): Frogner House Apart - Helgesens Gate 1, Grat Stay - The hotel was located in a residential neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants. Mathallen Oslo was nearby. The unit was spacious and well equipped. The check-in and check-out process was fully automatic and very smooth. The cleaning team was very nice to let us drop the luggage in the room before check-in time so we can grab a late lunch. Very pleasant stay.

• Lori (6/5): Great location - Great location, apartment was clean, well appointed, comfy beds, however I would've liked some instructions on how to operate the stovetop and the dryer. It took 20 minutes to figure out how to turn the locks off of the stove top. There were no pot holders, laundry soap, hand soap. If you offer a clothes washer, why would there not be laundry soap. Other than that, it was good. Check in was good as well.

• Timo (8/5): Recommended - Great furniture. Very clean. All very new. All needed amenities. Only two downsides: water in shower wasn't consistently hot (never went icy cold, but wasn't consistent in its temperature). And when I arrived at 10PM (and it's really cold outside) I had to wait for random guests to open the door so I could check in as nobody else opened it based on my ringing the door bell. I had even let the business know when I arrived before hand. But overall, great place to stay and very reasonably priced for what you get.

Fresh sheets and a set to change Lots of towels which are fluffy and soft Modern design and the use of space is great. Tv in Norwegian and English Keep the heat in well, we went in 36° heat so wasnt great but 2 fans were provided as there is no air con. They also they moved us rooms to a lower floor as it was cooler. Great comms. Bed were comfy and provided duvets and pillows as well as blankets. Great location, everything was 10min bus ride or 20min walk away. Loads of sockets in every room. Wardrobe, hangers, iron and board, washing machine, dishwasher etc all provided as well as plates, cutlery pots and pans.
• Cheryl (8/5): Lovely apartment but lousy checkin - Lovely new apartment with comfortable bedding and a wash machine. Checkin details were not sent to me for the selfcheckin. I had to chase that up myself. Other guests helped us with self checkin and the password for wifi as that was not provided.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Good, lack proper maintenance & basic toiletries - Booked a 2bedroom for 4 people for 6nights. Apartment had dusty floors on arrival, ok it was a summer day and windows were opened before we showed up.Shower drainage was blocked and bathroom ventilation did not work so taking a shower was a nightmare, it was like suffocating in a sauna amidst a pool of dirty water. Emailed them almost everyday, they finally sent a staff a day before we checked out, that is after 5 days of complaining and he unblocked the shower drainage, the ventilation was never fixed so after using the shower or toilet it was damp, sticky or very smelly in there. Their standard policy is that you only get a small 30ml shampoo and 1 tablet soap for the dishwasher duirng your entire stay, even if you were to stay 1 week with your whole family. Toilet tissue papers are NOT GIVEN, NOT EVEN 1 FOR FIRST NIGHT! Good luck if you arrived at midnight and wanted to quickly use the toilet. You must go shopping for toiletries and dishwasher soap and shampoo to continue staying there. The space, bed comfort and cooking facilities were good but taking a shower or using the toilet was a nightmare.
• Scott (8/5): - Lovely apartment for the price. Our only issue was the level of noise at night time. We visited during a heatwave and had to have windows open to keep cool but noise from bars etc really carried and blackout blinds were of limited effect because windows were open. Nothing to do with property but perhaps sleep mask if you’re a light sleeper due to sunlight. I’m sure most of the rest of the year it isn’t a problem, just unusual weather for us.
• Verified traveler (8/5): New & confort apartment - New & clean hotel, with model design (floor to ceiling window). Location is a bit away from city centre but ok if you drive. There are few things to improve like the curtain can be extend for the entire window to block the sunlight which is a bit small now; toilet paper can be provided a bit more for customers stay more than 3 nights (it’s a self check-in apartment without any reception & services); a user manual for all kitchen appliance will be helpful which are commonly provided for apartment hotel

On ground floor by lobby entrance so became dumping ground for cigarette butts of other occupants.Total misrepresentation of what was expected. Wouldn't recommend at all
• Rascal (8/5): Pros and Cons - My girlfriend and i loved the room. First, a couple negatives. #1: the blinds were terrible. When we arrived some of the blinds were missing. It wasn't long until we found out why first hand. If you crack open the windows without fully retracting the blinds the window/door will clip off any blinds it comes in contact with. As in the small plastic connection will easily and immediately sheer off and the blind/s will fall to the floor. This means you will be short on privacy from the many people across the yard below and not more than 50meters directly across from your room who can stare straight in your room at you. This didn't prevent me from walking around naked however. #2 You WILL hit your head on the living room light. The room was spacious and the kitchen is mostly stocked with whatever you'd need for cooking and an extended stay. One standard rectangle glass baking dish along with several pots for cooking and a very good, nonstick frying pan. Most of the utensils you'd want are provided. I believe we had assorted teaspoons but not measuring cups. No rubber spatula but we had a plastic one for the frying pan. I was able to make lasagna and some different asian dishes while there... brownies... etc. There is a small grocery store not far from the room: (extra) There was a small washing machine and hanging the clothes to dry was no problem as the heating panels worked quickly. Shower was nice but not a lot of hot water before going cold. Bed was comfortable.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Oslo 2018 - Fantastic apartment clean and fully equipped close to trains and trams only complaint was when surrounding (probably room upstairs) guests cook the smell travels down into our room (not very pleasant)
