El apartamento está en condiciones regulares: olía a cerrado, la limpieza era bastante deficiente y había arañas en el baño. Además, los baños están separados y la distribución resulta un poco extraña, ya que no hay duchas independientes. El salón es antiguo y los sofás no son cómodos. Por último, lo de “Hard Rock VIP” es solo un nombre; no tiene nada que ver con el estilo Hard Rock ni transmite una experiencia VIP.

- noor (7/5): fairly good and clean place. very near to jetty for those planning for island hopping. the downside is just that we have - its spacious, suitable for big families only 2 toilets available. 1 of the bedroom, has broken doorknob
- Diyana (6/5): Good budget property for overnight before morning boat ride - Great location, clean floors, spacious. There were 2 shared toilet/shower rooms, and only 1 of them has a seated toilet. No separation between shower area meant slippery toilet floors. Towels were thin.

- Malathi (10/5): Excellent place to stay!!! Great customer service, great location, clean, and spacious. - Location was perfect. Easy to walk around the area for food or groceries. Very close to the Mersing jetty. The space was also great - there was plenty of room for a big or small group - 5 bedrooms! Our kids enjoyed the foosball table. Our stay was short but we would definitely book here again and bring our friends. The contacts were very helpful - communication was excellent - easy check in/check out process. And they even went above and beyond our expectations -- my daughter left a small item in the bedroom -- the property contacts found the item and sent it back to us. Wow!! The front room/dining area was a bit warm -- there was a fan but no AC. There is not a lift so you have to take the stairs. It was not a problem for us as we had a minimal amount of things to bring up for our short stay.

Very good location, although make sure you know which entrance to use before you get there. Bathrooms/Toilets were a fair walk from the main bedrooms. Internet was not strong in bedrooms, but good in living area.

She help us to contact some local agent for our island hop in. When the recommended agent is fully booked we went to get some external agent. She also help to verify for genuine of the agent to avoid any scams. When we back from trip she met us downstairs and asked for how is the trip etc. There is nothing. But one suggestion. Covert the Asian type toilet to western too.

My relatives and I were super impressed with what the apartment offers. It was also quite near to Mersing Jetty and town area. Mandy was super helpful throughout and readily available during our stay. Instructions given for ‘checking in’ / codes were very clear. Just bear in mind there wasn’t any lift (not that I know of) but otherwise stay was very pleasant. -

She took the initiative of writing to me after I made the booking to give us the welcome and offer her help for any inquiry we should have. She helped us with information about transportation and arranged a transfer for us. She took the time to search for an item I forgot at the apartment after we left so that I could get it back. The apartment is huge and comfortable. The check_in instructions are simple and easy to follow. A suggestion could be to add a washing machine and dryer for the clothes, since there is plenty of space for it and it could be useful.

It’s not much more then a bunch of beds. There’s nothing to store your luggage or anything else. It does not feel homely at all and misses basic equipment such as knives. There’s no airco in the kitchen area. Dishes were dirty upon arrival. Overall it was not very clean. Toilet got clogged twice in one day. Furniture is broken. The shower is right next to the toilet without curtain or drain so toilet area is completely wet.

- Emma (10/5): Lovely apartment and wonderful service - We stayed here before and after our trip to Tioman and I can’t rate it highly enough. It’s a well equipped four bedroom apartment which was perfect for us as a family of five. Mandy, the owner, helped us with our ferry ticket reservation and on our return picked us up from the ferry terminal. The following day she drove us at 7am to the bus station and helped us get tickets back to Johor. The level of service was excellent.

- Maximilian (10/5): Perfect stay! - Our stay was outstanding. Communication before was really great and fast in perfect English. During our stay Eric and Mandy were so caring they even organised transport to the nearby ferry terminal (we went to Tioman afterwards) and organised the ferry tickets for us. The place was very clean, high quality air conditioning, free coffee and wifi and had the necessary amenities for European cultures, if we come back to Mersing we'll make sure to come again. Thanks again Mandy and Eric!
