Die Lage am Bahnhof bot wider erwartend ein sicheres Gefühl auch wegen der starken Polizeipräsenz. Der Hauseingang durch eine kleine Tür (ca. 160 Höhe) im großen Tor.

• Ross (8/5): Convenient location for travelers - We would not normally want to stay close to the train station because the surrounding area is not particularly nice. But on this occasion we were leaving early in the morning so it was convenient for us. Also, Oksana is very nice and helpful.

The hotel is on the 2nd floor with a working elevator to transport luggage , the room was clean and comfortable and the A/C worked. Pizzeria next to the hotel was great for a quick lunch. The staff are friendly and helpful. And they communicated directions to find the hotel on whatsapp. Old town was within walking distance, so this place was great for a 1 night stay.

We almost missed our flight, trying to pay for parking which was €50, and intendant had to come and assist about eight couples to pay for their parking at the garage It was explained to us that parking would be much cheaper, but the actual site and location were great. The staff didn’t even seem like they were connected to any of the guest whatsoever, when we arrived, there was no coffee or water or anything available, getting in and out of the unit and how to get in and out of unit, we’re not clearly explained Staff just seem like they were available if absolutely necessary, elevator did not work all morning, and there was an alarm going off for over an hour in the corridor If you feel you can handle a little stress for a decent price and a decent place then this might be your best option

The only issue that i have is the access to the place from the moment you leave the square. Elevator needs someone to hold the doors together and not enough light on the stairs. The access to the room gives a bad impression to a nice place.

The room was spacious but bathrooms is very tiny and does not have very many amenities. this worked for us for just one night stay. But if you are looking for hotel type amenities this is not the right place for you.

Once you get through the elevator and into the actual lobby of the hotel then you feel a sense of safety and comfort. osaka was really great friendly and helpful. Directly in front of Naples Centrali and down the street from one of the hop on off bus stops. You are really in the center of everything with multiple restaurants and shops right downstairs. The room itself was just beautiful and very very clean. The host very friends and accommodating.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Convenient location but not a hotel. - Location was convenient however our surprise on arrival we were expecting a hotel. This is not a hotel. We essentially rented a room in a shared apartment which seemed lost in the description of the listing when we booked thus not our preference. The staff were very easy to deal with and promptly attended to any issues. Unfortunately the room was looking tired and really worn out in some areas especially the bathroom. Difficult to locate however pictures were supplied to help find your way.

• Maliza Huang (10/5): - We boooed a night at this lovely hotel and arrived an hour later. Very last minute so it was also very well priced for the last minute booking. It was east to find and the receptionist sent photos on how to get the ere as it was behind a building. The room was spacious modern grand and clean. Sotign we wanted after so many run down looking hotel rooms we had whirl travelling around Italy. Walkable to the metro and underground ruins. I wish the bathroom had a bit more storage space but it wasn’t big of an issue as we only stayed for a night.

Bathroom doesn't have many spaces to put things in and has unpleasant smell under the sink space. It has a very thin wall and you can hear every little things from next room. Very friendly staff.

• Maninder (9/5): Prime location, pleasant stay in the heart of Naples! - Loved the ambience of the property, high ceilings, clean room with balcony. Oksana was very helpful. Location is superb! Garibaldi station, airport connectivities and pick up points for most tour companies are within walking distance. Previous reviews have commented on area being ‘dodgy’ but that is the case in most European cities next stations and actually we felt safe with lots of police and army people around. Thin walls so neighbours can be heard but this was a minor issue. Also slightly awkward to find the property but instructions are whatsapped to you usually. Would benefit from disposable slippers to wear in the property as an icing on the cake.
• Stephen (10/5): - It's a small guest house on the second floor of a much larger building. Very convenient location - 100m from Napoli Centrali train station and a metro station. The room I stayed in was fabulous. High ceiling and beautiful floor to ceiling wood doors to the balcony. Newly renovated, quiet and very cozy. Service was excellent. Make sure to arrange arrival time as there is not always someone at reception. Not the easiest place to find. See the picture and description below.

Oksana from the hotel sent pics on how to get to the hotel but she was very helpful when i couldnt figure out how to enter the main building. Room is very clean, bright and airy. Lots of eateries nearby altho for halal food, need to walk to the other side of the Garibaldi station. Lift to hotel is those old ones which you need to close the doors manually..amaze its still works well. There's coffee and tea at the reception area you can use. Room no. 9 has some issues with the key but Oksana was there to help. This room is facing the side alley where they collect the rubbish early every morning so if you are a light sleeper, this would be ypur wake up call.
