• Nadine (10/5): Perfekt für einen Städtetrip - Die Lage ist top. Mitten im Zentrum. Man fühlt sich sehr sicher, denn man ist direkt gegenüber der Polizeistation. Die Ausstattung ist super. Es gibt sogar einen Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine. Der Checkin mit dem Schlüssel Seifert tadellos funktioniert und war sehr einfach. Manchmal hört man die Bahn oder die Sirene, aber das ist nun mal im Zentrum. Der Boden könnte besser gereinigt werden. Die Fenstergriffe und Eingangstürgriff, benötigen etwas Sanierung. Auch die Dusche im kleinen Bad muss besser abgedichtet werden, sonst hat man immer eine Pfütze nach dem duschen.

• Dirk (8/5): Perfectly located in the heart of Lissabon - Perfect location in the heart of Lissabon! Need more air con during hot summer days and nights
• Diane (5/5): I would not recommend if you cannot sleep without air conditioning and this listing show it was air conditioned. - Location The only room with air conditioning was the kitchen the bedrooms were not. Shower floor was very slippery and water was cold. There were cockroaches in the rooms. Difficulty getting into the room as the door handle was almost falling off. When trying to exit the room we were instructed to push door to unlock it then pull the handle when we pulled the handle the handle fell off and we could not exit the room until the repair man came.

• Bettina (9/5): Rundum gelungener Wochenend-Trip in Lissabon - Tolle Lage sehr zentral, Gepäck konnte man schon vor dem Check in abstellen und auch länger dalassen. Keine Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern, nur Ventilatoren. Im Wohnbereich war die Klimaanlage gut und wenn man mit offenen Schlafzimmertüren geschlafen hat, hat man auch einen Hauch davon gemerkt. Wir haben aber auch das bisher heißeste Wochenende des Jahres erwischt…
• Cezette (8/5): A good apartment in a great location. - The location was excellent. It’s centrally located. Even though it’s on a busy street, we didn’t hear the noise. The remote control for the tv didn’t work and the sofa in the living room isn’t comfortable.
• KQ (4/5): - Property is in a good location but only in fair condition. Both showers had clogged drainage and were leaking water to the floor. City tax charges were inconsistent with booking confirmation. They only accepted cash upon check-in, which was not informed in advance and hence caused a lot of inconvenience.
