Lots of space and very comfortable bed. The manager was very helpful and responsive. Some confusion over breakfast drinks because of language. Couples thought they could have a juice and a coffee but only got a juice to share. Hotel needs to make clear that it is a choice of Coffee or Tea or Juice. Also we are vegetarian and told kitchen on first day. On second morning we were given sausages and bacon. Unfortunately there was a club nearby playing very loud music every evening until very late.

I stayed at the Central Halong Hotel, for four nights as a traveller,and it was hands down one of my best experiences in Vietnam. The location is perfect centrally situated right across from the cable car leading to Du world Halong Park. The rooms are spacious, sparkling clean,and offer incredible value for money. You definitely get more than what you pay for here. Every morning, the breakfast was a delightful and positive surprise,varied and very tasty. What truly sets this hotel apart, however are the owner and his wife. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a perfect stay. Whether it's booking a cruise ( including lunch and excursions ) or organising transport to your next destination, everything is handled flawlessly. Incredible care when I fell I'll,during my stay, I unfortunately became unwell and wasn't fit to travel the next day. Being a solo traveler, I was so grateful for the owner reacted. He immediately arranged for me to stay an extra night and they even brought me medicine and a warm bowl of rice soup to my room. Their genuine care and kindness during a moment when I felt vulnerable were heart warming. Conclusion; If you are looking for a clean centrally located hotel with owners who truly have a heart of gold. Look no further, I would absolutely book this hotel again if I return to Ha Long. Nothing

Haben über die Unterkunft zu einem guten Preis eine Bootsfahrt durch die Ha Long Bucht gebucht. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und es gab jeden Tag etwas anderes. Nur zu empfehlen, Preis-Leistung stimmt auch.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, les lits sont ultra confortables, l eau a une très bonne pression même au 8ème étage, il y a un AC si besoin, espace de rangement, frigo. La chambre est très bien meublée. Pas d’option au petit dej, la femme de Trung prépare le p’tit dej pour tout le monde, très bon, surtout le Banh Mi. Très appréciable d’avoir des fruits frais tous les matins. La localisation de l’hôtel est très bien. Juste en face du câble, à 15min à pied des bateaux pour la croisière et 3k du centre ville.

- Resty (9/5): Tasty Banh Mi for breakfast - The breakfast is banh mi that self made by the owner, and it's just perfectly well made and tasty. The owner make sure our banh mi just fresh from the kitchen since we come right away after Halong Bay marathon. Some of my friends are muslim, and the hotel banh mi left a good impression to them. Another side dish like fruit and cake just good too, but the banh mi steal the highlight. Apart from that, the room are spacious. It looks like new hotel since hotel is clean and. the owner are helpful too. Just ask them if you need help

It was very quiet (didn't hear or see any other tourists in the hotel at the time), and there were several mini-marts/convenience stores & coffee shops nearby. The staff were helpful with organising private cars to the cruise port and airport at a reasonable price. The total cost of the hotel was affordable and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was perfect if the main aim of your trip is to see Sunworld (literally across the road) but there's not much else in that area to draw in the tourists. Our only feedback would be around the breakfast provided - there was no discussion or choice around what we might like to eat for breakfast. Instead we were effectively just given what we got, rather than being shown a menu and allowing us to choose what we might want off it. We felt wasteful as alot of the items brought out were not what we wanted.

Hat alles super geklappt! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Le personnel est très serviable et notamment un service de navette gratuite pour aller à l'embarcadère du port pour une croisière dans la baie. Le petit déjeuner est très bien aussi. Lần tới nếu có dịp đi Hạ Long thì nhất định em sẽ liên hệ lại đây để lưu trú .

- Emily (7/5): Clean and modern rooms - The rooms are really modern and clean, we liked the beds in the twin room as they were big and comfortable. We also checked in really late after contact with the owner. We used the laundry service and our clothes were returned in a couple of hours, which was fab There is a large electric billboard for SunWorld opposite the hotel, which is lit brightly and plays loud music until 10pm every night, which is slightly annoying. We booked a day trip boat tour through the owner and it was really bad.
