• Thendup (3/5): SHAME and liars, big scammer - Booking. Com, your picture showed the hotel having swimming pool& buffet breakfast? But on reaching there only we were told the swimming pool was under repair, for breakfast there was no buffet we were served 3 pieces of idle, and we complained and asked for butter omelette they served us one piece toast wrapped in omelette. (Please delete the word breakfast included). Location wise it is far from everywhere and getting taxi is a big challange. On the day of arrival at the hotel , the hotel manager told us to cancel pur online booking and he will give us the same room in a much cheaper price, but i failed to understand the logic behind it. Booking.com please dont loose your reputation including such hotels, i doubt i will ever book hotels from your site, if such type of lies are presented to the customers, NO swimming pool NO buffet breakfast. SHAME

The water flush in TOILET was not working and then on complaining, the staff arrived to fix it. Overall no prechecks were done before assigning the room.

• Aswin (10/5): Best stay - We had an absolutely amazing time at Cochin Legacy. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

• Coco (2/5): Do not go by the pictures, its a lodge. Not worth the price. - Pros: The hotel is located on the highway and all basic amenities are easily accessible. You can order food from Zomato & Swiggy. The hotel staff was well mannered and humble. Cons: It was not good at all. The room was congested, with old and shabby furniture, they did not even look or feel clean. The bed linen was unclean and looked like used. The room is nothing as shown in the images by the website. It looks more like a lodge or you can say it is a decent lodge but not at all a hotel room. The table was dusty and broken. The pillow covers were not even washed, there were hair strands on the bedsheet & pillow. The lift was under maintenance the day we checked in and it looked like some old Hindi cinema's haunted lift which takes you to the basement parking which is again the worst part. It looked like some shady underground basement of a metro or bus stand. The corridor which leads to the rooms was again congested and poorly maintained. There is no proper ventilation in the rooms, the windows were located in such a way that you can not get any sunlight or proper air crossing. The only similarity you would find between the pictures and the reality is the building's photo with those pink & blue lights. Only that stands true. As per the condition of the room and services, it is highly-priced. If you are looking for a lodge kinda setup then go for it.

I will call front desk for towels and they wouldn’t even come until I had to remind them . this hotel is no good . waste of money . the only place I liked in kochi was the lu lu mall that’s it . that was FIRE

• Max (4/5): No facilities hotel - Arrived at 4am none at the desk.... took almost 30 mins to Check in. Internet not working, lifts not working... While checking out credit card machine not working... and they didn't have change for cash. Bad hotel better to avoid.
