- Cortney (2/5): Don’t do it. - The management who was on duty, ended up charging me another $100 dollars even though I booked online! Worst experience ever. It also took me about an hour and a half to check in because of the man in the front desk. The front desk man, I’ve slept here before and never had issues, but that man was terrible.

- Jamesha (10/5): Comfortable and convenient. - The hotel was clean and as pictured online. Breakfast was til 10 and manageable for even the little kids. The pool was nice and clean easily accessed. Mrs. Linda and the staff were great and very accommodating. It was a great place to celebrate my daughter’s 14th birthday. No complaints

- nathannR5818BW (6/5): Average - The staff is clueless and not very helpful when needed, but the accommodations are suitable. I needed to make changes to my reservation and the gentlemen at the desk had no idea what he was doing. I went to my room and called the 800 number to do it.

- pauldO8770VP (2/5): Nightmare in Desoto. - My vehicle was stolen from the hotel parking lot. When I informed the guy at the front desk that my vehicle was gone he was very nonchalant and did not seem to care. Gave me paperwork to fill out and that was pretty much the extent of his help. When I asked about surveillance footage for the parking lot he said there was a process to go through for him to obtain it and it couldn't be viewed. I called the police and made a report. A couple days later I called back to inquire about the surveillance footage. The same person told me that there was no footage because I parked in a blind spot. Are you kidding me? I parked directly in front of the back entrance that was fully lit. So, no footage of who stole my vehicle or how they did it, to give to the authorities. My vehicle still has not been recovered after over a week now. I have not been contacted by Hilton at all in the aftermath. Needless to say, I will not be staying at any Hilton property ever again.

It smells in both the lobby and in the rooms. Sofa in room was stained and torn. Tub was rusty. Asked for another room and was told there were none. Generally unhelpful staff.

No eggs and no meat they said that the truck wasn’t not going to come until Thursday, that’s one of the reasons I stay at hotel with breakfast, they could have went to the store to get some because some people pay for breakfast and I stayed two days and both days they didn’t have meat or eggs, the had oats meal the next day and you could stand a spoon in it very unsatisfied,

- Amber (10/5): - Our stay was great here. The room was spacious with a refrigerator and freezer that was bigger than expected! That was much needed because we were there for Christmas and had some food items we weren’t sure we’d have room to store. The only downside of the hotel was the breakfast food was cold. Maybe putting a microwave in that area would solve the problem. And the water for making tea or hot chocolate was always cold as well.

They are very welcoming and accommodating. Their breakfast is excellent! Each and every staff member from the manager, front desk, chef, to the custodial staff is exceptional!
- La'tisha (1/5): Terrible staff that made our stay horrible - The location was close to our destination. At checkin the staff was on her phone with a personal phone call the entire time with minimal assistance to us. She couldn’t find where we had booked initially, then when I asked did they get my written message to be on the first floor she stated, “to be honest, the lady doesn’t read those messages.” We had to wait for a room to be cleaned/checked by housekeeping. The rolling blinds wouldn’t close and the same front desk staff came to the room on her still on her phone and looked at them and said she would let housekeeping know, but we never heard back. After about 2 hours I went back to the desk to ask if they were coming to look at it and she then notified them and they came and remedied it. The lady over housekeeping was non English speaking and couldn’t communicate with us but talked to herself the entire time while working on the blinds. Stay away from this place! It’s a joke. Management should close it down!!

I have a lot of kids so I’m not a super picky person when it comes to floors but this was honestly just gross and unacceptable. The pullout mattress felt like springs covered with a sheet, so uncomfortable. The “hot tub” was cold, didn’t work, had a greasy oil all over the top, and dead crickets. I can’t say that I would choose to stay there again.

They just stared and nodded pretending to give a f**k about it when they clearly had no intent to do anything at all about it.

- Rhuppiah (1/5): Bad - Location and breakfast was ok Whatever you do don't get room 329. There was a sewer smell that would not go away. We plugged all of the drains and kept bathroom closed. It gave me a headache. Staff sprayed something but it did not last. It was horrible. The couch looked so dirty and there was bodily or animal fluid on it. Lastly, the shower had the shave step that was actually broken so I slipped in the shower. Spa was closed and that sucked. Lastly, cleaning staff clearly didn't clean but took towels and soap but did not give us a new bath mat or soap. It was awful.

One of the worst days of my life she turned around and made amazing just by doing her job with the confidence and smile that was just naturally Ruby. Give her seven raises and all the awards. - Liza (4/5): False advertisement - Photos displayed for this hotel was not what was published for this Hotel. In the room, the couch was torn. TV did not have but basic tv that swivel to barely able to view from the bed. Patio with burning fire area did not look like what was shown in the photos and was located in front of the building with no privacy and/or comfortable lawn sitting. The patio in the back had metal sitting and grill. I guess my complaint is that photos did not match what was supposed to be for my comfort during my weekend trip. Was a bit disappointing is all.
