• Luis (6/5): - Muy buena ubicación en Nápoles, para llegar a puntos de interés se puede hacer a pie. Para mi gusto el único detalle es la limpieza que si puede mejorar.
• Caitlin (10/5): - Safe, secure, spacious, clean, communicative host!!! The host is wonderful, helpful, and communicative. She asked me how I was doing and if I needed anything every day, and was available to assist me at night when I checked in and I had trouble opening the main door. The space is CLEAN, and you'll have plenty of room. Host has recommendations for the area for pizza and pasta, and the area itself is highly walkable (next to two cafes too). Near the drop off / pick up point for the Airport Bus, and near a train station. Walkable, safe area. Could be a little loud at night, but I am a light sleeper (bring ear plugs and you'll be fine). Host Tiziana also can help book taxis, which is greatly appreciated. Would recommend to anyone staying in Naples, especially for female travelers, in group or solo!
• Malene (10/5): - We felt very welcome from the moment we stepped into the b&b, lovely rooms and the location was perfect. Would definitely recommend!
• Johan (4/5): isn't worth the money - This place looks nothing like the pictures. I would not recommend staying here. The property is poorly maintained: the TV works for about five minutes before the remote starts randomly increasing the volume, the shower knob doesn't work - water comes out from two places, and the A/C remote screen is barely visible. The espresso machine in the kitchen doesn’t work at all. When I asked for an iron, they brought something from the last century. I requested a blanket and was handed a throw instead. And to top it off - this so-called “Bed and Breakfast” doesn’t even include breakfast!
• Kim (6/5): - This was our first time staying in Naples and this was our first time staying at a B&B. I’m assuming that the room we had was typical for this type of accommodation however, I found the pictures on the listing were not anywhere what we experienced. The balcony shown in the pictures is not in your room, it is off of the small kitchen area. The area around the B&B was very dirty, smelly and had a ton of graffiti. This was also what we found in this whole area of Naples. We did not venture outside after dusk…
• Jessica (10/5): - It was a lovely place!! Everyone was so accommodating. They cleaned daily and were so quick to respond. The room was so Comfortable. And every thing is walking distance.

• Angela (10/5): - ng: 5 Sterne Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen – alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es angenehm ruhig. Die Atmosphäre ist familiär und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Ein besonderes Lob an die Wohnungsbesitzerin Tiziana: Sie ist sehr aufmerksam und herzlich. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut. Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall wieder bei ihr buchen!

• Evan (4/5): - I wish I had better things to say, but I was really disappointed with the service at this hotel. The first red flag for us was when we left our "do not disturb" sign on our hotel room door and that was not respected. I know it was absolutely left on the door because I double-checked before leaving and my wife checked as well. Yet we returned to the room to find it had been entered and cleaned. The cleaning itself was quite intrusive, with personal laundry items of ours folded, leftovers of ours thrown out, and worst of all, a lost prescription of my wife's. We asked the owner if she could ask the housekeeper about this prescription's whereabouts and she only provided one potential answer before insisting that the housekeeper would never come in if the sign was on the door (again, it was), very much shifting the blame to us. All we wanted to know was where this prescription might be and even if the answer were that she didn't know, that would have been better than the way she responded. She was very stubborn and insulted at any suggestion we had when all we wanted was an answer, even if it was a misunderstanding. Overall, did not love the way the owner handled this and was disappointed by the intrusive nature of the cleaning, especially given the sign being on the door. We stayed in hotels that didn't even touch our stuff when cleaning our rooms and just made up the beds and replaced towels - this was much preferred to the way this B&B handled our personal items.
• Misty (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at the B&B. It was very close to all the food alleys, shopping and the ferry’s so you could take day trips to the islands or the Amalfi coast. Excellent hosts and a great experience all around, I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Naples.

Uniche pecche era che la doccia non funzionava bene, non c’era un set di cortesia (shampo, gel doccia..) e la tv anche alcuni canali davano problemi.

• Ana-Cristina (10/5): - I had a wonderful experience at B&B DolceVita. The hosts were very friendly and ensured I was always doing okay. They also helped me with my luggage storage even after I had checked out and had good and prompt communication. The location is also super convenient if you're taking the ferry to the islands and very safe around.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Déçue au vu de la chambre que je devais avoir. - J'avais réservé une chambre avec balcon, double fenêtre et beaucoup plus grande que je n'ai pas eu. Très decue, qui plus est avec les échanges avec l'hôte qui n'a pas voulu écouter et qui était bornée. Ça a gâché mon anniversaire. Et du coup le prix payé ne correspond pas. Forte odeur dans la chambre à cause d'une cuisine juste en dessous, impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre sans que ça sente le graillon. Insonorisation médiocre, j'entendais tout ce qui se passait dans la chambre à côté. Par chance j'avais emporté des boules Quiès. Fuite des pommeaux de douche. Uniquement des petits savons solides (sous plastique) pour le lavabo et le bidet. Et gel douche dans la douche. Pour les cheveux longs ou sensibles, pensez à apporter votre shampoing, je remercie la femme qui fait le ménage de m'avoir prêté un shampoing pour mon séjour. Petit snack en guise de petit déjeuner avec café et thé à disposition appréciable. Climatisation fonctionnelle. Possibilité de laisser nos bagages au moment du départ. Chambre très centrale avec bus pour l'aéroport à quelques minutes. Je n'y reviendrai probablement pas au vu de mon expérience, sauf si on m'assure d'avoir la chambre que j'ai payé. C'est la première fois que je n'ai pas la chambre ou le standard que j'ai réservé.
• Jérôme (10/5): Tres bonne adresse a Napoli - J ai passé deux nuits dans chez Tiziana qui est au petit soin pour ses hôtes, toujours disponible via What d app. Facile à trouver, proche metro ligne 1 universita, tres propre, service menage compris ,proche de tout, quartier sympa, mini frigo et snaking ds la chambre, j y reviendrai. Un peu de bruit la nuit mais c est les aléas de la ville!!!

• Escape01216813042 (10/5): Dolce Vita Napoli - Very nice apartment, close to the historical center ,metro station ,restaurant etc. The owner kept care about us, even late arrival was not a problem, we got clear instruction how to get in. Every day apartment was cleaned. So in general very good stay.

• Cristina (8/5): - Sehr zentral, um fussläufig Neapel zu erkunden. Bahnhof 20 Minuten Fußweg. Gemeinschaftsküche ist praktisch, um sich eben einen Kaffee zu machen oder etwas zu essen. Von der Küche geht der kleine Balkon raus. Tägliche Reinigung wurde durchgeführt. Danke Tiziana und Marcella!

• NazVatan (6/5): Nice location BUT... - We stayed at DolceVita B&B between 20-25 October 2022. Firstly there is no breakfast at all. There are few snacks in the room. There is a coffee machine, kettle, and some tea and coffee in the common kitchen area. The location is nice, but the building is on the main road, so you cannot sleep at all because of all the noise coming from outside. You woke up more tired. The main issue is hygiene; at first, the room and the toilet look clean, but when you look closely, the bathroom is not clean at all. (I shared the pictures) You don’t feel clean after taking a shower. There is a terrible smell coming from the sink in the mornings. The rooms generally clean. We didn’t see Tiziana, but she helped us with breakfast options and asked if she could help with airport transportation. There is great potential at this place. I hope they will improve their cleaning and start offering breakfast since it’s considered Bed&Breakfast.

L’insonorisation laisse à désirer. La douche semblait mal se refermer et coulait. Confort du lit correct, mais sans plus. L’AC fonctionnait bien. Les serviettes sentaient enormement le vinaigre.

• Kerstin (10/5): - Wir haben uns im B&B DolceVita Napoli sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer und der Gemeinschaftsbereich (Küche) sind sehr schön, liebevoll und kreativ eingerichtet. Alles ist tiptop sauber. Man merkt, dass sich der Gast wie zu Hause fühlen soll. Dazu haben aber auch Tiziana und Antonella als nette Vermieterinnen beigetragen. Sehr angenehm fanden wir, dass wir nach dem Check-out unser Gepäck unkompliziert in der Unterkunft lassen konnten, da unser Rückflug erst am Abend ging. Ich kann die Unterkunft B&B DolceVita Napoli jedem empfehlen, der zentral in Neapel unterkommen möchte (Metro gleich um die Ecke, Hafen mit den Fähren nach Capri, Procida und Ischia in der Nähe etc), dem es wichtig ist, dass die Unterkunft einwandfrei sauber ist und dass der Preis für die Übernachtung fair ist. Man darf allerdings nicht sehr geräuschempfindlich sein, da der Straßenlärm deutlich zu hören ist - das ist aber eigentlich überall in Neapel so, insofern sollte der Straßenlärm kein Hinderungsgrund für die Buchung sein :)

The communication was a little rough when we were having problems finding the place and trying to use the key to get in. Tiziana is very welcoming to international tourists and she is amazing!

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Bijzonder schoon en ruime slaapkamers, vriendelijk personeel (Antonella!!). Persoonlijk vind ik het erg jammer dat er na 14 uur niemand meer is. Je bent volledig op jezelf aangewezen, geen gezelligheid van een eigenaar die er zelf woont. In appartement is dan ook geen zitruimte, behalve de keuken, die erg minimaal is.

Room was a little small and common area could get a little noisy. Any problems were minor, an overall great place to stay.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - The property was an easy walk from the main train station or taxis were easy to get if the 2km walk is too far. You can also get a metro train to the University station which is only 50 meters away. It was not easy to find as it is in a large building with many other residences. It is however clearly indicated in the intercom system at the front door. We merely buzzed and they replied and directed ya in. It is in a good location and getting to most main attractions was quite simple. Naples is a large place so you will always have to travel between destinations irrespective of where your hotel is.

• Juha (8/5): Hyvällä sijainnilla siisti b&b - Ystävällinen ja avulias paikan hengeär Daniela teki kaikkensa asiakkaiden viihtyvyyden hyväksi. Huone oli mukava ja riittävä. Tosin kovin naisellinen sisustus huonetuoksuineen miehen makuun. Aamupalasta ainut miinus, kun oli rakennettu tee se itse malliin muoviin pakatuista tuotteista. Palvelusta iso kiitos.
• Katherine (10/5): Fabulous B&B in Naples! - Dolce Vita Napoli was just outstanding in all respects! Daniella, the innkeeper, was so warm and welcoming; her recommendations for local places to eat and things to do were spot-on. We enjoyed two incredible meals thanks to her (and were waited on by the owner himself at one, after we mentioned her name). We needed to store our luggage for the day at the end of our stay and she made it very easy - even gave us access to a room to wash up in when we returned to claim our bags. And the pastries she brought us the second day were out of this world! Location is also excellent - near a metro stop in the lively (but not too noisy to sleep) University neighborhood. Many great restaurants and cafes. Daniella helped us figure out the best way to get around (including when to take the ferry to Sorrento and when to take the train). And the room and bath were lovely! All in all, an outstanding establishment; I highly recommend it.

Daniela was extremely accommodating and helpful even arranging an early check in for my husband after a long flight and printing out a train ticket for us. Room was spacious, clean, well equipped. Good air conditioning and fluffy towels. Breakfast provisions extremely generous and a great variety including fresh bottled water daily. Brilliant location right near Universita metro stop and in the heart of all the action. Great experience.

• enricov271 (10/5): Perfect in all kinds of service - We arrived this Guesthouse on a Saturday in April and you should know that the main entrance is on the main street to this area of houses. Seek a small metal plate on right hand of a big wooden door. Our host was very polite and give us a lot of recommendation for our visit here. You can reach the underground at 'university' station in two minutes and from there to every destination. To the city centre you can walk in 15 minutes or wait for a train. The room was very clean and was shortly new renovated, the bed was convenient and the bathroom have the right size. Thanks to our host.

• Kathrin (8/5): Gerne wieder! - Wohnung mit 3 Gästezimmern, sehr zentral gelegen,wenige Meter von Metrostation entfernt, hübsch eingerichtet. Vermieterin sehr hilfsbereit,flexibel. Haben sie nur kurz gesehen bei Schlüsselübergabe,danach aber whatsapp-Kontakt (sehr gutes wlan im Zimmer). Frühstück im Zimmer, selber zubereiten. Alles dazu vorhanden,aber leider ausschliesslich abgepackte süsse Brötchen und Gebäcke. Haben uns selber Brot im nahegelegenen Supermarkt geholt. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswerte,einfache Unterkunft.
