• Brandt Berg (8/5): Charmigt hotell med bra läge och trevlig personal. - Charmigt och trevligt hotell med bra läge. Fint rum och badrum. Chefen är väldigt trevlig, tillmötesgående och hjälpsam. Frukosten kunde varit bättre. Strömmen kommer och går liksom på andra ställen och då fungerar inte fläktarna.

• Hayad (8/5): Très bon séjour avec un personnel aux petits soins et bienveillant. - La propriétaire de l'hôtel est respectueuse et ouverte d'esprit . Le personnel: Muhammad, Laila, l'autre dame en cuisine, Kassim et la personne qui m'a reçue àla réception( grande femme aux cheveux courts) ont été très gentils et ont été là pour m'aider à m'orienter dans Stone Town.
• ABDALLAH (3/5): - Les salariés très gentils. Ils font de leurs mieux. Les matelas sont tellement durs. Ils sont inconfortable. Pas de téle dans les chambres.
• Houmadi (4/5): Un lieu pas assez exploité Pourrait devenir un incontournable de stone town. - Les produits d'hygiène sont issus d' une marque de Zanzibar. Proche de la station de ferry Chambre bien décorée à la zanzibarite. Equipe a l' 'écoute et a fait de son mieux tout au long pour le petit déjeuner qui s'est vraiment amélioré à la fin de mon séjour. Le matelas dur, une connexion aléatoire due à de la maintenance et changement de fournisseur. Les toilettes extérieures étaient à l'extérieur de la chambre L'hôtel est situé en plein centre, on entend tous les bruits de l'extérieur Pas d'ascenseur

Avevo chiesto una notte in più perché non potevo prenotare online per assenza di Internet a causa delle elezioni,concordo un prezzo la sera in reception e mi chiede di pagare il giorno dopo perché non aveva resto,il giorno dopo mi obbliga a pagare un prezzo superiore a quanto stabilito il giorno prima. Secondo l’autista del taxi,sono soliti a questo atteggiamento coi turisti. Sono dei ladri. Personale invadente. Inoltre la doccia nemmeno funzionava e mi hanno obbligato a farmi la doccia nel bagno in comune . (Avevo scelto la stanza con il bagno in camera). Una vera truffa!

• michal (7/5): - The staff was very friendly. The rooftop isn’t very big, but we really enjoyed having breakfast there and relaxing in general. It doesn’t have a spectacular view, but it’s pleasant, with a coffee and tea stand available. The location is on the edge of the center, yet still very close to everything — just a 10-minute walk to the local market and the heart of the action. The room is basic but comfortable, although the hot water was not consistent

Simple breakfast but enough. they even prepared us a meal for our early flight which we loved. very little light on the rooms. A lot of noise coming from the street. If you stay here bring some noise suppressors

Laundry service was great value for the money. Location was conveniently located on the edge of Stone Town. Hotel was located near the ferry, which turned out to be a very noisy location on a very busy street.

• Katherine (7/5): Good simple place - on the edge of stonetown. - Breakfast was perfectly good - fresh fruit, coffee, Spanish omelet taken on the rooftop terrace. The location is good for Stonetown and easily accessible by vehicle for pick up and drop off.(possibly an issue with centrally located B&B) The road is however a little noisy as it’s at the entrance to the port. Air con in room excellent- beds lovely- bathroom also good. It’s a good honest simple place. A 1950s or 60s building I’d guess. Not much character less the beds and the rooftop eating area. Easy walk into Stone town centre - minutes. The road was noisy at times.

• Dominic (8/5): Very good - Hugely convenient location for the ferry and easy to walk to any part of town in 10/15 minutes. Room was big and comfortable with room to spread out. The staff were all attentive and smiling even through some evident context based language issues. It is on the route directly off and on to the ferry so can have very noisy traffic outside.

• Ciara (3/5): Dirty, no Wifi and rude/unprofessional staff - Looked ok in photos The pillows were very very thin and the pillow cases were dirty with stains. Asked for fresh pillows but they returned with pillow cases only which were also dirty. We showed the staff the dirty stains but didn’t care. Was advertised with free WiFi but it did not work at all. We raised this also at reception and we’re told that this was not their problem while the guys on the desk were on the internet themselves. Shared bathroom for a few rooms, not very secure and didn’t feel safe using them. No elevator in hotel so we had to carry our luggage up and down the several flights of stairs ourselves.

• Marko (10/5): Classic rooms with some modern necessities, perfect vibes - Very nice and accommodating. Brought me cold and hot water (make own tea or coffee, plentiful tea bags and a glass full of ground coffee to choose from) as I was shown my room. Very firm mattress, which to me is a good thing. Excellent shared (like among the three rooms on the floor) bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink; everything worked perfectly or as expected. The WiFi was solid too. Breakfast is on the roof (don’t worry, there’s lots of shade up there) and it was great. My room also had a balcony. There was both a ceiling fan and an AC unit in the room. Everything was excellent.

The hotel owners warmly welcomed us with a welcome drink and took the time to give us detailed travel tips and insights about Stone Town. • Agnieszka (8/5): Spacious and friendly. - The property was so clean and spacious. The staff are beyond helpful and happy. We actually booked a tour through them and they organised towels and some fruit for us. The breakfast was quick and the coffee was exceptional (best in Zanzibar yet) on the rooftop. The hotel is amongst the hustle and bustle however they offered free parking that was really great. For value for money this hotel is great, and the owner was amazing in suggesting places to go/eat and see. Nothing the property ticked every box we needed. The bathroom wasn’t attached to our room but it was still private and the water pressure was good with constant hot water, great!

• Emma (9/5): Perfect location for walking around. - The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect for someone who wants to walk around Stone Town and it’s near the ferry terminal as well. The breakfast included is basic but good (eggs, toast, fruit, fresh juices). The glass bottle of water in the rooms was a nice touch as well as the tiny individual bars of soap that smell like cloves.
