They took additional charges for booking through booking. com when asked, the staff(reception) was not ready to answer or didn't showed much interest in attending promptly.. Also the hotel seems old... Toilets were having stane marks. At night loud noise of rain dropping on steel sheets from outside. Towels were having lints, and it was dusting out when opened.no bathroom mats were provided.
