Curățenia lasă de dorit, wc-ul era murdar, cabina de duș era ruginită și plină de nisip. Plaja nu e cea din poze, este foarte îngustă și cu puține șezlonguri, deși erau gratis veneau continuu să comanzi câte ceva de la bar. WiFi-ul nu mergea bine deloc.

My special thanks to hotel's Owner and hotel's and restaurant staff. They make you feel like a very special guest and assist you with everything. The quality of food is supurb. Mourias Restaurant im Erdgeschoss unbedingt besuchen. Nicht nur um das leckere Frühstück, bei superfreundlichen, immer gut aufgelegten Personal , zu konsumieren. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen !!! ...und Geschenk bei Ankunft und bei Abreise gab es obendrein!

The restaurant of the accommodation is outstanding – the food was delicious and of high quality every time. The hosts were extremely attentive and welcoming, you can really feel that this is a family-run business with a warm atmosphere. A special thank you for the lovely gift – it made us feel even more at home. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return in the future!

• Nikoloz (10/5): Best place to stay in Laganas - Everything was perfect. The apartament was great, it was clean, comfortable, spacious, well maintained and the cleaning service was great as well. The host Natasha was very friendly, extremely responsive and super nice. She even left us a small souvenir gifts on our checkout day, which was very pleasant. The building had its own parking space reserved for residents and on the opposite side of the street in the Mouria restaurant we had amazing breakfast every moring with extremely friendly waiters. For residents at Mouria apartaments they also offered a 10% discount, which was awesome. Even though Laganas is known for its night life, the apartament was located in a convenient location and we were never bothered by noise. The sea view from the balcony was one of the best we have ever seen. Would definitely stay here again and also would recommend for everyone. Nothing

With its cleanliness, balcony view, closeness to the center, and Natasha’s warm approach to the staff, it is truly a wonderful place. We had a great time and definitely recommend it. I have been to so many places but this was the first time where they treated you like family rather than a customer. Natasha and the other staff were so helpful, caring and kind. • Diana Adelina (10/5): Very content of the vacation, our expectations were met. 100% would recommend!! - It was very clean, the ladies changed our towels and beds everyday. The breakfast was very good, with 7 options to choose from. The location is top tier, right in front of the beach, not too loud despite Laganas being the centre of fun. The host contacted me one day prior to our check out, she let us stay until 13:00 and her son offered to drive us to the airport, free of charge. Very very kind!! I don’t have complaints. 😊

Nu aveai opțiuni . Omleta efectiv băltea în ulei și era arsă . Cafeaua nu era bună . Plaja din fața hotelului nu este ca în poze , este extrem de îngustă . Nici la capitolul curățenie nu au stat prea bine, iar ca un bonus pe terasă avea o găleată în care se scurgea apa de la AC și trebuia să fiu atentă când se umple ca să arunc apa 🤦🏻‍♀️

• Catalin Mihael Buzas (10/5): Am petrecut un sejur foarte bun timp de opt zile. - Micul dejun și locația foarte bune chiar lângă plajă. Hotelul are vedere spre mare. Noi am stat într-un apartament foarte bun cu două dormitoare și un living. Sunt terase destule unde poți lua masa. Sunt magazine diverse unde găsești de toate: produse alimentare și nealimentare. Am mers în diferite excursii: cu barca în jurul insulei, cu barca să observăm broaștele țestoase în mediul lor natural, cu mașina la diverse plaje de pe insulă. O recomadare pentru plajă: Banana Beach - arată foarte bine și are un nisip foarte fin. Recomandăm și o excursie în apropiere pănă la insula Cameo lângă portul local. O problemă ar fi gălăgia de afară. Mai ales în timpul nopții până dimineață. Până la urmă este o stațiune mai mult pentru tineret, plină cu cluburi de noapte și alte locații de distracții.

Well, Natasha is the best host that you can have!!! She left many snacks and drinks for us, she even made us some homemade desserts, and gave us some presents when we left. The apartment was cleand everyday by a sweet lady, and Natasha made sure that we have the best experience in Zakynthos. We truly recommended! ❤️ The wifi is not so good.

They were very kind and we also received the cutest gifts! This was our favourite accomodation so far, everything is very close, also the breakfast was very delicious! I will not lie when I say I will definitely come back! The feeling that I wake up and all I can see is the beautiful sea meters away.. • Lindström (10/5): Great visit - Had a really nice time at the hotel. Breakfast was great, staff was really nice and the cleaner was flexible which we really liked as we stayed in bed later som days. View from balcony was also amazing.
• László (10/5): Exceptional - We honestly had the best time in the apartment, looking at the address on Google maps, you would think you’re going to be in the middle of nowhere but the building is at the intersection of the beach area with all the sunbeds and restaurants and the main street with a busy nightlife (restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, anything you might need). Even though we were in the middle of everything, the nights were relatively quiet and you didn’t hear anything from the parties or the beach, that was ‘too much’. Our apartment had a huge terrace where you could chill when you had enough of the Sun or you just wanted to stay ‘at home’. We had a cleaning service every day so you din’t have to worry about having sand everywhere. We also had breakfast in the restaurant below the apartments which had the nicest people working there with very nice food and the same amazing view of the sea, as you had from the terrace upstairs. All the ship tours were available from the corner, which was a 20 second walk from your door. The apartment had everything you might need from hair conditioner, toothbrush and shaving set to instant coffee, snacks and cold water in the fridge. You also had clean towels every day and a working AC (which was essential and included in the price) so you didn’t have anything to worry about. Our host was Natasha who was really nice and helpful whether you had a question or needed help with anything. She had our room ready in time and made sure we had everything. She was also always available if you had to get in contact with her. So overall, we really recommend Mouria, if we ever go back to the island, we’ll definitely be staying there. So thank you for everything. The wifi was a bit instable to watch something on the smart tv.

• Adela (7/5): Too expensive for the facilities - The apartment was pretty modern. The location is good as it is central and everything is within easy reach. You can rent cars, boats, there some good restaurants nearby, and clubs if interested The mattress was very old on one of the rooms and hard to sleep on. It was not very clean, especially in the kitchen, i could find stains on the cutlery and glasses. The breakfast is a joke, worst i ever had. Very bad serving, they have an a la cart breakfast and prioritise those clients and you have to wait even 40 minutes or more for them to bring you your included breakfast, which consists on tasteless eggs, cheap ham and cheese with no vegetables. The only mediocre option was the yogurt with fresh fruits

• Andrea (5/5): Not recommended to couples - Great position right in front of the beach. This was the main reason why we went for this hotel. The staff was friendly all along the accommodation period. This solution is recommended to youngsters that come here to party. I would never give the advice to a couple to sleep here. Cockroaches everywhere, especially at night in the bathroom. The surroundings are extremely loud due to the people having party in the other rooms of the hotel and outside as well. Despite the position being slightly outside the main disco district, people come to the shore to party and shout loudly. I found myself having back problems after one day sleeping on the provided bed. The breakfast is ok, you have to choose among a restricted list of beverages and food. The selection could have been. wider but the portions at least were always big

• Zoltan (8/5): Pleasant holiday on Zakynthos - In general, the apartment has met our expectations, the balcony is very nice, the stuff is friendly, location is good in one way...It is in the center of Laganas. Breakfast was good but should have more options in case of longer stay. We were just few steps from the party zone, and it was too loud especially after midnight till 5 o'clock in the morning (means no sleep) due to the drunk young people. So, this place is not recommended for the young families with babies!

Good for both partying and as a base to explore the south parts of the island. Parking is not easy but we were lucky enough to have the hotel secure a place in front of a shop for us.

• Fiona (8/5): We loved the place , everything we wanted on our doorstep - The room with terrace overlooking the sea was amazing, beyond our expectations and we felt like VIP's . The shower was excellent , and the A/C was much needed and worked well. Extra touches such as room slippers /nice toiletries and a large fridge were appreciated. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was lovely Although the double glazing helps with the noise at night from the outside (this is a big party place ) you could always hear neighbours coming in loudly in the early hours through the door.

• Bernadett (9/5): We had a very good stay in overall and the staff were very welcoming and amazing! - Beautiful, newly furnished with all the little cute details, very comfortable, clean, tidy and the staff is just amazing!!! Location is also very convenient, right in the center and on the beach! Sometimes a bit noisy because of the young “party” people outside so if you’re looking for a peaceful stay it’s not for you. Also if you’re staying upstairs you need to carry your luggage up the stairs. We rented a car and parked it just right in front of the apartment at the big free parking area and it got damaged the next day, someone possibly jumped on the top of the engine roof as it got dented. :/
• Zsolt (9/5): Excellent location with nice view & good food - The staff was very kind, both in the hotel and in the restaurant az well. The beds were comfortable, location is perfect. Food was delicious. Noise but it is nothing to do with the apartman itself. It comes with the location as it is on the party street and teenagers come to rage to this place. Due to the everyday party around the place, the beach is full with garbage and shard of glasses front of the hotel, even though they cleaned it up each morning.

• Felix (10/5): A cooling and quality interior with great sleeping accommodation and space. - -The location is bang on in terms of what you could ask for. Footsteps off from the beach but also on the end of the Laganas strip. Everything you could need like pharmacy’s, supermarkets, restaurants and souvenir shops are on your doorstep. -Soundproofing is incredible, quiets out everything for a good nights sleep. -Our hosts were very polite and kept us up to date on text message and made sure if we needed anything then they’d be there for help. They even made sure transport to the airport was sorted orderly and to our liking of time. -The actual apartment itself has all you could need. Quality decor and cosy living spaces. -Breakfast included was delicious! Overall I can do nothing but strongly recommend this property, I struggle to think of any complaints. This property really made our trip something special. Do not pass up on the opportunity to book this!!

• Kathy (6/5): Okay. - Good value for money, very close to beach and restaurant precinct in Laganas. Terrible location if you plan on getting a quiet nights sleep - right next to bars, strip clubs and restaurants. Small rooms, very basic features, cleanliness subpar.
• Top (9/5): Superb - Right on the beach! And it's a good size beach too with nice clear waters . Lots of good taverna's on the doorstep, plenty to choose from. Breakfast is served from the cafe connected to the apartments and although the cafe is small ,we always got a table and we thought overall it gave a decent varied choice of breakfast. I liked it that the apartments are in with the hustle and bustle but I couldn't hear it , I suppose it's at the end of the strip but I didn't hear a thing ..not even from the other apartments, good soundproofing! Loads to see and do around the area , every evening a horse and carriage pulls up outside the building and for 20 euros they took us around laganas , it was about a 30 minute ride and a good way to get an idea of what's around the town. Will visit again but next time will try the rooms with the sun terrace and sun loungers , it's a proper sun trap there so the loungers and parasols would be well used. The staff are excellent. The fridge wasn't to great , I just used the freezer to chill the evening wine!

• Denisa (9/5): Would stay again, great! - The location was perfect! Sea is very close, many restaurants just a short walk away. The bars and clubs were also less than a 5 minute walk. Perfect location! The apartment itself was very nice and clean, the terrace was spacious and the view was incredible! Very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again. We wrongly received a noise complaint when nobody was at the apartment, but it did get sorted eventually.

The combination of a stunning beachfront location and easy acces - I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful at Mauria Studios & Apartments with my friends in Zakynthos, Greece, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The prime location, right on the beach, was an absolute dream. Waking up to the gentle sounds of the waves and the breathtaking views of the sea was an experience I'll cherish forever. One of the standout features of this hotel is its proximity to all the vibrant attractions of Zakynthos. Being close to restaurants, bars, and clubs made exploring the island's nightlife and culinary scene a breeze. Whether I wanted to savor traditional Greek dishes or enjoy a cocktail with friends, everything was within walking distance. The hotel itself boasted a warm and inviting ambiance. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, offering all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. Of course, the highlight of my stay was the beach. The convenience of having the pristine shores just steps away from my room made beach days effortless. Everything was perfect!
