Colchão, travesseiros, toalhas de banho e rosto, tudo perfeito! O sistema para destravar as portas muito prático! Cozinha super completa com lava roupas e lava loucas. Exatamente como nas fotos do anúncio. Atendimento pré e pós estadia também ótimo. O box do banheiro é bem apertado... demos algumas cotoveladas durante o banho... rsrs
• RaeAnne (10/5): Wonderful apartment - Beautiful well decorated roomy apartment. The location was perfect; right by the action; restaurants, bakeries, stores and tourists attractions. The only negative if you are a light sleeper or go to bed early is the street noise. Earplugs would solve this

• Rebecca (9/5): Perfect apartment if you want to be in this area! - Everything! Very easy to find and check in/out and communication were all seamless and easy. Perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 teens). We cooked some and had everything we needed. Very close to all transportation and sites. Minor inconveniences, but there was construction in the apartment next door that started very early every day (and we didn’t receive any notice about it) and the light in the hallway didn’t turn on from our floor, so we used our phone flashlight to go down a level before finding one that would turn on. Maybe related to the construction?
• Anonymous (10/5): spectacular location and comfy beds - I stayed 4 nights in the apartment with my family and the location is surreal. You have everything you need just in a short walking distance: supermarket, restaurants, stores, cafes, metro and train station. The apartment was very clean, well designed and had everything we needed. The owners were super friendly during our stay to make sure everything was perfect. The check in was super easy with a very convenient app to open the street door. The beds were extremely comfortable, the best ones during our trip in Europe. The fact it didn’t have elevators, especially because I had 2 people in their seventies.
• Claire (8/5): A convenient, effortless, stay in the heart of Lisbon - The location is brilliant for a short stay in Lisbon - perfect for fitting in as much as possible. You are close to major attractions, shops, great eating/ drinking, nice places to walk and public transport. Although it was central, it was very quiet and had a homely feel It was had all the facilities needed, making it an effortless stay. Everything we needed for a baby for provided which really helped our travelling / trip. It wasn’t cold (which I believe was mentioned in other reviews). The communication with the owner was brilliant. Quick and helpful. There was a smell of damp - which isn’t offensive / hard to live with when you are in the apartment but it’s noticeable when you come in. There beds weren’t to our taste / ideal comfort. They are very hard. But again, not offensive or impossible to live with.
• John (9/5): Beautiful Baixa - Excellent location, less than 2 minute walk to metro and within a 10 minute walk of 3 major neighborhoods. Lots of space, high ceilings, nicely decorated. Online app tool for entry really convenient! Everything was great!
