- Jessica (2/5): Mécontente - Le séjour s est déroulé dans l ensemble convenablement sauf que l hôtel nous a prélevé sur notre compte bancaire le prix de la réservation alors qu elle a était payé sur place en cb et lors de notre retour nous avons constaté que l établissement avait de nouveau prélevé une deuxième fois sur le compte bancaire sans raison nous en sommes à l heure actuelle a 170 euros de prix par l établissement et sans raison particulière

- Sabrina (2/5): Schrecklich!! Gehen Sie woanders hin!! - Schrecklich und Grauenhaft!! Von der Ankunft bis zum früheren auschecken aus dieser Unterkunft. Das Personal wusste nicht dass wir kommen!! Verständigung auf Englisch NICHT MÖGLICH, keiner vom Personal konnte Englisch, obwohl es in der Beschreibung stand! Bekamen dann ein extrem kleines Zimmer, welches auch nur für eine Person eingerichtet war. Putzen gehört definitif NICHT zum Service dazu, obwohl "tägliche Zimmerreinigung" angegeben war. Das Lavabo im Badezimmer hat täglich Überschwemmungen verursacht, Leitung hinten hat geleckt (Bild). Das Rollo vom Badezimmerfenster konnte man nicht runterlassen -> kaputt! Das Zimmerschloss könnte man leicht aufbrechen, das Schloss passt nicht zur Türe! Spinnweben und Dreck überall! An jeder Wand zerdrückte Mücken! WC-Papier mussten wir selbst kaufen, wurde nicht aufgefüllt! Keine sonstigen Hygieneartikel vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage hat überhaupt nicht runtergekühlt, nur Luft geblasen! Deckenventilator auch kaputt! Das Frühstück fand zwischen 6-8 Uhr statt!! Wir mussten feststellen, dass das gebuchte "interkontinentale Frühstücksbuffet" aus 2 verschiedenen gefüllten süssen Gipfeln und ca 5 Sorten Fruchtsäften bestand!! Das gesammte Hotel hat nach Fisch gemuffelt. Der junge "Empfangschef" hat seine Mitarbeiter vor allen Gästen ständig runtergemacht! Das Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr fettig, Pizza war jedoch nicht ganz so schlecht. Das Hotel befindet sich inmitten eines Industriegebiets!

- Alfredo (2/5): - El peor hotel que hemos estado en muchisimos anos, tuvimos que irnos a los dos dias, los ruidos hasta las 11 o mas de la noche y comenzaban de nuevo a lad 6 de la manana,golpes de puertas golpes en paredes, el desayuno casi inexistente, dificil de entender todo el personal hablaba arabe. Evitenlo!

- SABRINA (6/5): Déçu - Le resto de l'hôtel est très correct. La propreté des sanitaires est très médiocre et la literie très fatiguée. Enfin le petit déjeuner continental annoncé n'en a que le nom. Expérience a ne pas réitéré, la propreté étant pour moi le poont non négociable.

- Armando Enrico (2/5): Le pire de mes expériences - Un accueil glacial avec un hôte constipé et pas courtois. L’endroit est hyper brouillant(de jour comme de nuit) car l’établissement est conventionné avec des entreprises routières... Au restaurant on y mange discrètement bien pour une bonne qualité prix mais côté hygiène tout est un vrai désastre ( ne regardez pas ce qui traîne dessous le lit... car il y a de quoi prendre peur!)

- Maria (4/5): Hotel pessimo - Hotel senza alcuna parvenza di pulizia ed igiene, arredi vecchi e sporchi, letti con solo un lenzuolo appoggiato sui materassi, nessun bidet, solo una bustina monodose di bagnoschiuma a persona, zanzare ed insetti ovunque e senza zanzariere alle finestre. Abbiamo soggiornato sabato su domenica ed il sabato sera karaoke ad alto volume nel ristorante sottostante le camere. Impossibile dormire fino alla mezzanotte. Il fumo di sigarette proveniente da altre stanze (gente maleducata), nonostante il divieto di fumare in tutta la struttura, ha invaso la nostra stanza tutto il tempo del soggiorno. Abbiamo provato a contattare telefonicamente il gestore (perché fisicamente non presente alla reception) ci siamo sentiti dire che non poteva fare nulla. La colazione inesistente, solo tre tipi di biscotti appoggiati in degli espositori e brioche e succhi in bottiglia. Siamo andati via il prima possibile al mattino e non ci torneremo mai più.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Simple stay before Malpensa flight - Clean, very simple accommodation. Good for a cheap night stay before flying out of Malpensa, as long as you have a car to get there. Very desolate area with nothing else around. The men spoke very limited English and tried to make us pay upon arrival although we paid online when we booked. However, we sorted it out using Google translate.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Closed when we arrived at 17.00. A very tired man i dirty chefsclothes finally opend att gave us a key. He didn´t speek english, everything felt i bit strange. Later the restaurant opend and the waiter could explain a litte more about breakfast and made the "check in". The food was good, pizzas and italian food, lots of locals in the restaurant. The breakfast was terrible! A coffe and some sweets... The room was ok, and very close to the airport.
- James (6/5): Stay ruined by absence of airport shuttle. - The advertised free airport shuttle was offered post booking at 10 euros but failed to materialise despite two emails and two phone calls, necessitating a 46euro taxi ride out to the hotel and a two-train return journey.

- Jeffrey (4/5): Location, schmocation - The hotel itself was fine, if a bit average. The problem was getting to and from there. I got in to Milano Centrale at around 10:30pm, caught what I found out *later* was the last train to Milano Airport to be a little closer, and try to catch a bus. Turns out buses do run at night, but they don't run to Turbigo. So, 40EUR later I'm at the hotel. The next morning I want to go in to Milan. It's a 20 minute walk because there are no buses *period*, and the trains run once an hour. Which is fine, fresh air and exercise. On the way *in* you can get direct to Milano Cardona, but on the way *back* you have to switch trains. Sometimes. WiFi was worse than useless, you get to do everything in the lobby where everyone's watching.
- Jürgen (4/5): "Macht seinem günstigen Preis alle Ehre!" - Für eine Nacht und 3 Personen akzeptabel, wenn man mit eigenem Wagen da ist. Bei Ankunft war niemand anwesend und wir standen vor verschlossenen Türen. Nach Anruf kam Hausherr, der nicht Englisch sprach. Von drei Glühlampen im Zimmer funktionierte nur eine! Duschkopf war abgerissen und sporadisch angehängt. Frühstück gewöhnungsbedürftig, das Notwendigste, man kann mit der Menge satt werden! Pizza zum Satt werden sehr teuer, weil Pizzeria "Gasthaus-Status" hat. WLAN funktioniert nur im Garten!
- Pia (6/5): Not so good - Only Italian speaking in the reception. They wanted another payment for the stay and it took long time to convince them that we already payed. We got a room without AC (+32 outside) and when complaining they said it was broken. Demanded to change room, and after long time we did get another room. The bed was good. Unfortunately they did not start serving breakfast until 06.00 and we had to leave 04.30. It was impossible to get something to eat or coffe in the morning.
- Marina (6/5): Avis mitigé : accueil très moye et chambre propre - Hôtel très bien situé par rapport à Milan mais malheureusement sous le couloir aérien de l’aéroport, les avions défilent toutes les 5 minutes. De plus si vous arrivez comme nous le samedi soir à l’heure du dîner, l’accueil n’est pas à la hauteur. Le patron alcoolisé se fiche bien de vous et après une longue attente vous envoie le pizzaiolo pour vous accompagner à la chambre. Chambres sobres mais propres.

La personne ne retrouver pas notre réservation , plus d une demi heure avant de nous conduire à notre chambre, pas le droit de ressortir de la chambre après installation,pour promèner le chien ,il nous a dit faites lui faire ses besoins dans la douche,waouh! L hygiène ! La climatisation ne fonctionne pas, la tele non plus. La douche: nous avons pris le pommeau de douche sur la tête pendant la douche ,il était tenu par du scotch ! Fenêtre de chambre et salle de bains qui donnent sur une terrasse fermée du Resto ,vu sur les tables pas de courant d air. Pas d ascenseur. Petit déjeuner moyen ,pas beaucoup de choix. Personnel pas tres causant,nous avons eu la sensation d être des" intrus". Parking derrière l hôtel , dans la rue et pas surveiller. Hôtel trés isolé ,au milieu d une zone artisannalle. Je ne le conseille pas et je n'y retournerait .

Avrebbero dovuto sapere o perlomeno verificare sul sito, che x il pernottamento era già stato saldato...

- OLEG (2/5): Хорошо, что только одну ночь там провели - Было позднее заселение, возникли сложности, т.к.персонал плохо понимал и говорил на английском. Номер на троих был душным. окно выходило внутрь помещения ресторана с запахами кухни, в номере все стены были облеплены комарами и не работающий кондиционер. После требований поменять номер, нам был выдан пульт от кондиционера, который через час шумной работы все-таки помог охладить воздух. Поубивав комаров, мы все-таки смогли уснуть. Место было удобно расположено от аэропорта вылета и хорошо, что пришлось там провести только несколько часов. Дольше одной ночи там находиться было бы трудно. Завтрак был оплачен, но из-за раннего отъезда никто нам его не приготовил и даже не предложили заменить его чем-то.. Хотя гостиница больше позиционируется как номера при большом ресторане, куда местные жители приезжают покушать, а водители- дальнобойщики - переночевать.Wi-Fi не работал. Совсем, как ни старались местные служащие нам его подключить... Тщетно.

We had 2 rooms and on our arrival we were shown to rooms without air conditioning and ceiling fans that didn't work-- on a very hot July day 90F/30C. We were given 2 new rooms, working ac but dead bugs in the light fixtures. Showers were less than clean...we passed on them despite the heat. Breakfast was shockingly poor considering the great restaurant on site. Bargain priced, but Not returning.
