- Paloma (8/5): - The Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. He also runs a small kitchen where the food was tasty with a homemade style and the portions are sizable and he also makes an incredible habanero salsa.

Encontramos pelos y además las lozas de la parte de abajo requieren más limpieza. Pero en general el lugar está cómodo y bien ubicado. Atención amable de personal de recepción.
- maria (8/5): - No nos gustó que el hotel no tiene una reja de protección que lo delimite. El baño ya es antiguo, con un portapapel de baño que estaba muy cerca del wc y en más de una ocasión nos golpeamos ahí, además la puerta quedaba muy justa al entrar y era incómodo.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Great location - Basic accommodation - The location is perfect, right in the middle of Creel; however, there is no front desk (we had to check in at a gift shop across the street after asking someone where to go) and no wifi. The room was basic but very clean. Honestly, we didn't spend much time there given that we were enjoying nature.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Bad value for money - First of all, there is no reception in the building of the hotel. I had to call them to make sure we could check in. Then there was no room available for the 1st night of our stay, so we were brought to an apartment around 2/3km from the city centre. The apartment was ok, but the location wasn't, especially because it was raining every evening.. Wifi didn't work at all! TV Channels were good, but the TVs from the last century. Seems in general that the whole rooms are from the last century and nothing has changed ever since. I don't know if it's Creel (but I think so) or this hotel, but value for money is really bad in my opinion. Apart from that, staff was really friendly and helpful.
