Guest Reviews
- SAMANTHA (10/5): - The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly. We had planned on staying 2 nights, but stayed 3.
- Janice (6/5): - Breakfast was the same for three days, you have to keep asking for them to refill the food. They are about charging extra for everything!!!!! Th
- Teresa (10/5): - Yes sir was fine room was ok not horrible I had a guy working on his truck outside my room until late.
- Charles (6/5): - The tv did not work without front desk coming to the room. Continental breakfast was terrible. Milk was sour. Not much food was available. Could not get near the waffle maker. It just was not conducive to a large group of people being there.
- Susan (8/5): - Stayed here 1 night very clean and quiet. Best price close to Fayette County Fairgrounds for the cattle show!
- Branka (2/5): - Nothing nice to say about this place!
- Joe (10/5): - Everything was outstanding . Will be staying there again
- Jace (2/5): - Everything was dirty
- Ashlie (8/5): Decent at best - It was nice, just an older hotel. We booked it for the breakfast but there was really nothing there so that was disappointing and the shampoo and conditioner that were in the bathroom were completely empty upon check in but otherwise not bad for a place to sleep on the way home.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The mini fridges never work in hotels, and this is one had the coldest fridge ever! Pleasant surprise. The bed was actually very comfortable, and came with extra pillows. I slept like a rock.
- Jamie-Lyn (2/5): - The room itself was clean, but was terribly musty and smelly. Hard to breath. The tub had a huge crack in the bottom of it with very sharp edges. The beds were comfortable. The front staff at check in was nice. The breakfast was not the best. The eggs and sausage were good, but the waffle batter was very liquidy and the waffles couldnt be made it. I asked the front desk for thicker batter, but it still wasnt thick enough to actually cook it. They were mushy and gross.
- Alan (10/5): - The staff were very nice and quick with check in. Breakfast was the normal hotel breakfast. The room was clean except there was hair in the bath tub. The bed and pullows were very comfortable. We would definetly stay again and use the pool. It looked very inviting!
- Donald (8/5): - Nice inside area around the hotel was a little trashy
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Hotel was good but the party outside some of the guest were having was not. They talked and and used foul language until after midnight. So not much sleep happened.
- Paul (8/5): - Breakfast was very minimal choices. Needs improvement
- Barbara (2/5): Horrible experience. - Side entrance smelled like a dead animal rotting. Near the ice machine and washer. Upstairs person kept stomping until midnight and started again at 4 am. Let management know and didnt care. Complimentary breakfst was out of jot foods by 7 am.
- Sue (10/5): - Hotel inside, room and staff were great!
- Robert (10/5): - Pretty good
- Lisa (8/5): - The only thing that would have been nice would have been a few more breakfast options. Wasn't much to choose from
- Judy (8/5): - Easy check in, clean an affordable
- Linda M (10/5): - Overall the hotel was very nice, staff were very nice and helpful, breakfast was not bad. I missed the bacon, biscuits and gravy. I dont like eggs. Sauage was good.
- Jason (8/5): - Property outside needed somw TLC, but overall it was a decent place.
- Rachel (2/5): - Never checked in! Unfortunately plans had to change the day we had for check in so Iogged in to hotels.com to cancel and was told I had to call the location, so I did. the person on the phone thanked me for calling and they would cancel the reservation.
- Cathy (6/5): - No
- Karen (4/5): - This property was clean but very shady people in the area, bad vibes.
- Nate (10/5): - Great
- Wael (10/5): - Over all good for the price
- Michelle (6/5): - Damage to bathroom door. No water pressure. Defective remote for tv
- lisa (2/5): - The whole room was dirty especially the bathroom the refrigerator when we opened it it came out the wall the bathroom door stuck trying to open it and my mother hurt her shoulder trying to open it
- Dawn (10/5): - Ver clean the staff were all so nice
- Julia (6/5): - We chose this hotel because of the good reviews of the pool, and we wanted a pool for the kids. The pool area was indeed nice, or would have been with a little more care. However, the rest of the hotel is quite dated, and our room smelled like BO. It was not the beds or bedding, which were clean and comfortable enough. In the end, we decided the smell was coming through the air conditioner. The hallway also stank of marijuana—not the hotel’s fault, but unpleasant nonetheless. Breakfast was disappointing: the juice machine was out of order, the milk had run out, the waffle batter dispenser was clogged, and the hot food (scrambled eggs and sausages) was extremely limited. I do have to say that the staff was friendly and kind, even letting my kids have a little late-night swim when we arrived later than planned and missed the pool’s opening hours.
- Alexander (2/5): - The staff just barged into my room to check the smoke detectors and opened it without knocking, I was getting out of the shower and there was just somebody that had gotten into my room.
- Elyse (10/5): Quality Inn - It was a great stop, right off I-71. Looks like it was freshly painted, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
- Arie (10/5): - We were at a trade show in xenia and although this hotel was not the closest it was the only one in our price range that didn't have any reviews sighting roaches in the rooms. We were happy with our stay as the hotel was very clean and the pool was actually one of the nicest pools we have ever seen in a hotel before. Most pools are overly humid underground and this one was a very open air ground level with tons of windows and lounge chairs. Pool was clean and well maintained. We had a great stay and will return.
- Leslie (6/5): - This was a hotel that we pulled off the highway to get rest from a long journey. It doesn't look like much from the outside, so we were pleasantly surprised when we walked into our room. Our room was very clean with 2 queen beds. It was equipped with a fridge and microwave that worked perfectly. The shower head looked like it could be changed but the pressure was great. Their walk in rate was over $100 but I was able to do better with Expedia by $20. This room was exactly what we needed for a 1 night stay.
- Anthony (8/5): - It was great and very comfortable. The only thing i dislike was the elevator next to my room! It makes too much noise!
- Pamela (6/5): Good value for money - We were required by the owner to make $100 deposit toward potential damages. The room was cleanish. We found a toy piece next to the bed. The tv would not turn off or change volume using the tv remote. It asked for an XBox controller. Breakfast was adequate. Good value for money. We stayed one night.
- Elise (10/5): Amazing Service - Due to an emergency on our road trip we ended up needed to get a hotel at 4am. We had been up and driving with no sleep since 9 the previous day.
We called Baymont and they assured us that they would have a room for us and work out all the details as soon as we arrived at 6am.
Thank you Jim!!! He even picked the quietest corner of the hotel for us without being asked.
I can't recommend this hotel enough.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Pool was not open. We only stayed at hotel for pool
- Charles (10/5): - Staff was very friendly and helpful . Room was outstanding very clean and comfortable.
- Michael (8/5): Good room but.... - Very nice room and clean. In the bathroom the showerhead and water controls could be cleaned better.
- Kim (8/5): - Very nice rooms
- Edgar (10/5): - Great staff
- Martha B (8/5): - Good stay
- Tamberly (6/5): - Large crack in the floor of the tub. We were not told in advance of taking the room. Since there was a bath mat on the floor of the tub, we didn’t become aware of it until we’re showering. If we had known earlier, we would have requested a different room. No discount offered for our inconvenience.
- Jorge (8/5): - Good affordable place but if you dont have a car , you outta there cause uber dont go there
- Lane (8/5): - Beds were very comfortable.
- Dwayne (2/5): - The whole place smelled like curry.. there were homeless people sleeping in the stairwells
- Stephen (4/5): - Property was fair at best. TV had sound but no picture. Carpet was wet at bathroom entrance.
Bed seemed clean and slept comfortably
- JC (10/5): - Grateful to the Excellent Team @ Quality Inn Washington Court House for a truly pleasant stay! Clean, fresh, comfortable rooms! Hot water! Hot Breakfast Buffet! Gorgeous Indoor Pool! Peaceful, yet close to restaurants & shopping! Look forward to staying here again! Blessings ALL!
- Ken (8/5): - Nice bed ,clean but lazy maintenance
- Denver (10/5): - Quick, clean able to park my car/trailer
- Bryan (10/5): - Wonderful people. Great location. Couldnt be happier with my experience.
- Barbara (8/5): - I liked it okay.
- Ann (2/5): Dirty & Noisy - Pet friendly room smelled like mold. Mattress was so bad springs were poking through the sheets. Breakfast was cold coffee and stale bread. Pool party until after 1am kept us awake. Do not stay here unless you are desperate.
- Brandon (10/5): - Staff was awesome and extremely friendly.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Check in is at 3. We weren’t there by 6 pm & got a call from the staff stating that they were full and needed our room. They wanted to make sure we were coming. I told them we would be there by 9 & not to give our room out. We got there and they were NOT even close to being full. They were just trying to get our room paid in full before we got there. I chose “pay at hotel” on hotels.com. Apparently they didn’t like that choice in the 3rd site booking. Got to our room & fridge would not close & was leaking on the floor. There were 2 men sitting in a truck smoking & as we were walking in 1 of them was trying to hit on my 14 year old daughter. We were with her and he actually did this!!! Did not feel safe there at all.
- Sarah (6/5): - Staff was friendly. Hot tub was advertised but is filled in with cement. Take it off of the list of amenities, please.
- Lynn (10/5): Ok for a 1 night stay - The bed was very comfy. Room was clean. The hotel needed updates. The ice machine didn't work. Lobby bathroom broke. The room had no table or chair to sit at to eat. Breakfast had no proteins.
- Pennie (4/5): - The bathroom was not clean with urine on the floor. The sink had facial hairs in it from the previous occupant. Just gross, gross, gross!
- Carol (6/5): - Door locks on side doors did not work. Pot smells everywhere. Property maintained below average. Very different from other Quality Inns I have stayed in.
- Angela R (8/5): comfortable last minute stay. - Our stay was for a last minute trip to see family. The rooms were recently updated except for the fixtures in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
- Laura (6/5): - Room was clean, freshly painted. New carpet, good linens. The was no water pressure in the shower. I had to use the shower from another room, which was still mediocre.
- Kevin (8/5): - Family owned, clean, safe, and friendly, along I-71.
- James (10/5): Will stay here again - Very clean and updated rooms and charging capabilities. AC was good and was quiet. Perfect for a nights rest after driving all day!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The desk staff were great! The room was okay. Noisy air conditioning.
- Patricia (10/5): - Very helpful staff from check in to helping me with my luggage on the cart. I also used the laundry facility which was clean and convenient. Would stay here again!
- Loretta (2/5): - Could.have been cleaner. No extra blankets, towels, soaps, etc. bedspreads had many soiled areas on them. Age really shows!
- Kayla (10/5): - The hospitality was great! Comfortable beds. So worth the stay
- Dennis (10/5): Great nights rest - Stopped in for a nights rest. Easy check in and great breakfast, big smiles from our host.Room was renovated with new carpeting, bed was very comfortable. Quiet night
- Brooks (8/5): Adequate - Room was clean, on small side but adequate. Breakfast was good but provisioned slow. Coffee was like a poor quality instant. Overall acceptable.
- Verified traveler (4/5): A average/below average hotel - Everything looked ok, but because of areas of disrepair and poor decorating, it didn't feel clean. Again, the room was ok, but untidy.
There was a strange smell in the corridor of the second floor.
The breakfast was cold.
- Marcella (10/5): - Friendly, courteous staff.
- Terry (8/5): - It was great place to stay and thank you
- Marilyn (10/5): - Good value
- Eileen (10/5): - Check in was smooth. I had asked for a ground floor pet room and was accommodated. Hotel was quiet and breakfast was very good
- Susie (10/5): - The best staff ever. Both the evening and morning team were super.
The evening housekeeping young women was remarkable. The guy at desk and his team in am were super
A male staff member in evening made sure that temperature was comfortable.
Great assistance in finding restaurant that we wanted in evening. the breakfast was a 10.
The fruit was fresh. And we had decaf. Super.
Couldn't have been better.
- Eric (8/5): - Family owned and operated - very friendly and helpful. Quiet. Rooms were clean and well-maintained.
Door to one room was difficult and tricky, and access door from parking lot to hallways didn't lock, but location seemed safe and somewhat isolated.
Breakfast was fine, but food ran out each day, and front desk had to be prompted to re-stock items.
- Sarah (6/5): - At least the mattress was firm
- Heidi (10/5): - We got to the hotel late and they was having a plumbing issue. They apologized several times about the water being off due to this issue. They put us on the second floor away from the noise of them working. The new owner made sure we was ok with everything. We got up the next morning and water was fixed. We had a decent breakfast and the staff was wonderful. I spoke with a few different staff members and they were all very nice and helpful. We have stayed here before and will stay again!!
- Betty (6/5): - A chair to sit in instead of always sitting on the bed would have been nice. Vending machine not working, We liked the access to the Interstate which allowed us ample time to get to our Dance competition. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay.
- Regina (6/5): - It was an ok hotel. Outdated and there was smoking somewhere in the hotel. You could smell it in the hallways and there was a dog barking in the morning in one of the rooms.
- Clayton (2/5): Bed bug infestation - Check in was fair. Quick inspection of the room and we thought was ok. Grabbed showers and sat down on bed to begin to relax and found bed bugs. Went to front office immediately with pics and videos of the bed bugs, requested a refund and was denied by the manager. Notified Hotels.com the began trying to contact hotel with no luck. So we are out the money for a room infested with bed bugs
- Joseph (2/5): - Nothing
- Brenton (10/5): Great Staff - The staff was great!
- Allen (10/5): - Very easy to check in Expedia reservation was easy and the clerk was very professional and nice as well as the cleaning staff and other front desk clerks.
- Thomas (6/5): - Lack of staff More common on hospitality industry now
- Lauren (6/5): - I won’t stay again
- Adam (6/5): - Smelled like smoke with non smoking signs every where
- Lon (10/5): - Easy access
- Johnny (8/5): - It was quiet and had shopping close by but the pool wasn't heated, and had caution tape around what looked like a whirlpool was removed. Also the rooms had paper for room numbers
- Sonia (4/5): - The room was clean and nice.we had two queen beds one had BIG lump in center hard toin.Bathroom had ants allover floor , tub had a BIG crack in it. Mold around spicket. When we got there pool was closed for cleaning, so we went to have supper, come back 1 1/2 hour's later still closed for cleaning.Got up this morning still closed for cleaning. Breakfast, the juice machine didn't work, had hard fried eggs, not scrambled no bread to toast, one kind of muffin. Had waffle makers and sausage, biscuits no gravy.3 yogurt ,1 of each flavor they show pictures of breakfasts , looks good but just a picture, when we left pool was still closed for cleaning, i just think they didn't went to open it
- Sandra (8/5): Served the purpose. - Adequate. Beds very hard. Breakfast, hmmm, adequate.
- Kathleen (4/5): - The pool was out of order. The exterior needs repair. The rooms are barely adequate, even though they were supposedly all remodeled. The food at the breakfast was terrible. The juice machine was broken. The eggs were not edible. The choices were really limited. Would not recommend this place!
- Jeffrey (10/5): - It was nice and clean friendly staff but the rooms only had one chair and no dressers for clothes
- Moise (8/5): - Overall it’s good place for short stay.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Upon check in, there was a lot of refurbishing going on on the 1st floor. Was given a room on 2nd floor, it was clean, new carpet, microwave and fridge, qu beds were very firm, no hair dryer, room was half empty, only a desk chair, no other chair. Overall for one night it was good. or small table
- John (8/5): Booked our Motel closed since December. Took hour tolocateanother - We were offered a suite in another motel because hotel.com cashed our check when they knew first motel was closed for water problems since December and didnt tell us til the day of reservation. Joy from the phillipines, customer service, got us a room in another motel. Light by sink and microwave didn't work.. No elevator. Not handicapped acceptable. .Desk clerk was only person available, to keep breakfast containers filled up and answer phones.
- Rick and Peggy (8/5): - Very clean staff went above and beyond
Breakfast was ok
- Lauren (8/5): - Great hotel for the money!
