• Gerrit (8/5): Ein gutes Hostel, das seinen Zweck erfüllt - Wir haben das Hotel ausgewählt, um uns auf die Weiterreise in den Nationalpark TDP vorzubereiten. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, in der Umgebung gibt es fußläufig Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Austattung des Hotels ist eher einfach, aber alles in Ordnung und sauber. Das Frühstück war auch eher einfach, aber reichhaltig.

• camila (10/5): Muy agradable - Nos encantó la comodidad de las habitaciones y que el desayuno es muy completo. La gente es muy amable, nos ayudaron a solucionar un problema de estadía y nos dieron datos sobre qué hacer en Puerto Natales.

Προσοχή, στη Χιλή για να έχεις απαλλαγή από το ΦΠΑ 19% πρέπει να πληρώσεις σε δολλάρια Αμερικής μόνο με πιστωτική κάρτα (credit) και όχι με χρεωστική (debit). Η booking δεν αναφέρει αυτή τη σημαντική λεπτομέρεια.

Cabe destacar que los servían temprano desde las 06:00 de la mañana, para las personas que íbamos en dirección a las Torres. Las camas muy cómodas al igual que la habitación. Patricio era muy atento y preocupado de todo.

The person at the reception was very courteous and spoke with me in English. His father prepared breakfast in the morning and also helped to store my luggage and get a taxi at the early hours of the morning to the bus terminal. They kept my luggage for free for 4 days I was going to go for W trek in Torres del Paine since I was going to stay with them again. I would highly recommend this place for you stay in Puerto Natales.

Responsive staff. Keyless entry to the hostal. Would stay again. Early checkout. Noisy housekeeping compared to other lodging. Housekeeping uses part of common area to fold bedding etc so it’s not quiet for guests. Breakfast hours earlier than elsewhere. The shower in first room drained so slowly it had standing water 24 hours later. Second room faced a high concrete wall that you couldn’t see over.

Very comfortable bed. Good, plentiful breakfast. Free coffee/tea/filtered water available at any time. They provide breakfast from 6am which is really appreciated as tours start early. Reception member of staff wasn't very welcoming or friendly.

Buen desayuno lo necesario y útil. La habitación amplia cómoda y el baño igual.

El tamaño de las habitaciones, la comodidad de la cama y la limpieza se agradece mucho. Además el Hostal esta en pleno centro, puedes ir caminando a tomar los tour, a comprar o pasear por las costanera. La única sugerencia seria incorporar más alimentos sin azúcar en el desayuno, como el yogurt o los jugos.

• Maria (10/5): Cosy family run hostal - We stayed in a triple room with bathroom. The room was spacious and bathroom had good pressure shower. Rooms were cleaned and beds made everyday. Breakfast included yogurt, toasts, jam, eggs, ham, juice, cake and coffee. The hostal is in centre of town so very convenient. It is a family run hostal and everyone is so lovely. Definitely recommend. Nothing

Todo muy limpio, nada de lujos pero todo muy bien logrado, se nota la dedicación de sus dueños, que están siempre presente y dispuestos a ayudar en tener una buena estadía. Volvería de todas maneras a este alojamiento y lo recomiendo.
