• Lowana (1/5): owner is rude. - terrible service from booking.com and the apartment owner. no where when booking did it say that we could only pay in cash, we had stayed in the exact same building the 7 days prior and paid by card. the owner messaged me and said “can you pay by cash?” i said no we can pay by card, then we left the hotel and our bags for the day and had no wifi. got back at 6pm with a tired crying baby ready to check in and seen the owners response saying they only accept cash. the owner was SO rude then hung up on me. we had to find a place last minute to stay. reached out to booking.com they said they would get back to me, i responded to their email and only got back a “mailbox not in service” message. absolutely should have to tell people when booking if the property is cash only!!!
• Johanna (6/5): Helt ok. - Låg lämpligt till marknaden ben Than. Når vi kom dit sa de att vår bokning inte fanns, fick bråka bra med dem innan de löste de med ett mindre lägenhet första dagen till att byta till en större andra dagen. De sa även vi skulle betala för en liten chokladflöck på ett lakan från barnen. Var ca 0,5*1cm stor, de hade inte ens tvättat lakanet. Samt en liten handduk vi haft på golvet på toaletten när vi tvättat fötterna så den var lite smutsig. Inte heller den hade de tvättat. Vi sa att vi kunde tvätta dem själva (var fortfarande kvar på hotellet i större lägenhet, gick bort direkt i tvätten.)
• Sheree (1/5): - We booked and the confirmation came through but when we arrived no one could help us with our booking. We couldn't ask the host or the phone number that was given we were told there was no booking

• Grant (1/5): Awful and never return - Nothing, late to get checked in, room not nice and very basic, made to move rooms next day with no warning and new room lock broke which they would not fix which meant we couldn’t leave room and they would not offer another room Nothing
• Rajib (8/5): Very good - We booked a two bedroom apartment. It was clean and maintained. Daily cleaning and changing ( bed sheets and towels) was not done. We have to remind them ( the owner of the apartment) several times for doing so. .If these services are properly done then it's a good property to stay. .
• Bronny (6/5): Can do better - Great location The staff didn’t know we were arriving, despite a message through booking.com. It took about 30 minutes to get checked in and it was late at night. Front desk staff were not friendly or helpful.
• Melanie (9/5): A perfect escape in Saigon - The location of this apartment was absolutely incredible! So close to Ben Thanh Market, great food places, shops and walking distance to everything else. The apartment was well appointed with a great view and the aircon was very much appreciated. Being able to access the pool was also great and it didn't matter that we had to go down to security for them to let us up to the pool level, they were all really friendly and the reception staff were lovely. Duke was an amazing communicator as we booked his room very last minute and he made everything really easy. It would've been good to be able to have two keys upon check in just in case one of us wanted to be at the pool and someone else at the market, for example, as you need the key to go up to the correct apartment level. This is a small thing though in the context of the stay which was otherwise really excellent.
• Charlie (8/5): I would 100% go back to room 14 1a great view. Comfy bed and peace and quiet - I loved my large apartment style room, new decor, lots of kitchen utensils and a water fountain in the room. The gym was also good. The pool was empty most of the time so had it to myself and will be very lovely when the bar upstairs is completed Service people were helpful although a little unorganised and language barrier was difficult at times, leading to misunderstandings with money (confusing hundreds with millions ect) I extended and got put in a second room which was still clean, however bed was not as comfy and did not have as much daylight.
