• Carol (10/5): Had a great stay in this comfortable, well maintained accommodation - Spacious Comfortable Well equipped Good location Filtered water A comfortable stay in a lovely apartment ( the bed is one of the most comfortable I have slept in ) , also , there are two balconies so you can choose sun or shade. Good value accommodation. Nothing to dislike

Cenowo bylo tak atrakcyjnie, że nie mogę dać innych ocen.Do tego klimatyzacja i wiatraki przysufitowe, woda pitna dostępna cały czas w korytarzu. Pani właścicielka, bardzo miła kobieta potrafi zrobić jeszcze zniżki i jak się ma najmniejszy problem jest oczywiście pomocna. Odległość od centrum bardzo bliziutko, a jednak w cichej okolicy.Bardzo wypoczęłam w indyjskim stylu.,za co raz jeszcze dziękuję. W salonie tv z dostępem do internetu, wf, bardzo dobre.

• Rohit (1/5): Bad - Nothing to like Very rude owner. Very worst service. No parking facility. Very narro road outside building. We have to park 2km away from building. AC is 0.5 ton with no cooling. Cockroaches all over the kitchen. Frequent power cut. Host removes the power purposely so that we can checkout before 10 am. If we inform her she says its check out time and nothing do with you. I have 8 months old baby and had literally beg care taker to switch on the power so that we can prepare the food for baby. If we complaint to host she says she is women and we cant complaint her, accordingto her we have to complaint only if there is a male person as a host. I told her there is frequent power cut. She says its nothing to do with you u can just check out the room. Did not expect such sites on booking.com, need to be very careful before booking the rooms here. Shit room with shit service after paying 2300 rs.

• Alfie (9/5): Candolim Hideaway. - Skyview Villa is set back from the hustle and bustle of Candolim but within walking distance of everything. The busy main road with all the shops and restaurants is the next street along and there’s plenty of little shops in the vicinity to buy food and drinks for the apartment. The apartment is huge. A lounge/kitchen with full size fridge, gas hob, kettle, sink and kitchen utensils with a large smart tv for when you need a chill night. A large double bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Two balconies with chairs and a table. Both the bedroom and lounge had ceiling fans and the bedroom had air conditioning. One balcony overlooked coconut palms and banana trees. We loved the wildlife and the people watching while we had our morning coffee. The WiFi was seemless. We always had a great signal and that allowed us to stream Netflix on the odd night we stayed in. Corian is the gem of the place. She is such a character. She made our stay very welcoming. She even got us a gift for our anniversary. We didn’t pay much for our 3 week stay. In fact it was a fraction compared to the other hotels and accommodation in our area. The price is reflected somewhat in the facilities but that was our choice. We would rather spend what we saved on enjoying Goa. Saying that, we would definitely return to SkyView because it was everything we needed and wanted. We loved our visit and we would highly recommend SkyView Villa, especially if you are on a budget. Thank you Corian and staff! We are going to miss you. Until next time…. The lounge area could do with an air conditioning unit and maybe a few comfortable chairs to watch tv. The beds are standard Indian hard mattresses which is the norm in Goa but Corian sorted out a mattress topper for our comfort.
• Darien (10/5): Quaint, great location with lovely staff - Wholesome, locally owned and run location. Corean is incredibly lovely and did so well to look after everything we needed and asked for. She left us locally made Christmas sweets as well. The property is a stones throw from the local beach and restaurants as well which is an added bonus?

There was nothing to like, the owner was very rude and she doesn't know how to speak with the guests. she will keep on telling lies about the place and when we will catch her then she will change her words. There were no proper water facilities, AC were not working properly and the utensils weren't cleaned. She was very rude to the girls and she wasn't allowing them to change clothes in any washroom after checking out from that place.

The room which we stayed is very good by looks but there was water leakage from roof. Hope it gets resolved soon. Also room freshener should be a must since the rooms are a bit stinking

This is a very nice property, not very far from the beach with all of the good restaurants and supermarkets nearby yet in a very peaceful neighbourhood. We appreciate the service, staff and cleanliness. Our host, Corian is a wonderful and very helpful lady. We would love to return. Nothing.

No drinking water provided. The water filter was installed for 'show'. 3. Bed sheets and towels were not changed during 5N6D trip, room cleaning is done on alternate days only
• Atharsha (2/5): It’s definitely not worth the money. For this money the should provide much more facilities. - The Property is very near to The Fisherman’s Cove Restaurant it’s just 2min walk. First thing first i feel this place is overpriced and overrated for amount of facilities they have. Half of the facilities the mentioned is not there. we had booked an apartment for 4 people but there the bedroom had two single beds and one normal cot. Definitely 4 person wouldn’t be able to fit. It’s like 2 need to sleep in bed and other two need to sleep down. No drinking water is available. It’s definitely not worth the money

The host, Corian Fernandes was always available, helpful, polite and respectful. The location was perfect for the peace it provided. The staff too were always smiling, obliging and helpful. The price is VFM (Value For Money).

• Swarup (10/5): Awesome and pleasant stay - Location wise it's in awesome place, no sound of vehicles on roads and completely peaceful. Beach is walkable distance and candolim market places are near by, good resturants also available. All good beaches of north goa are accessible from this place. I suggest everyone reading my comments to stay in SkyView Villa, Miss Corean is a very good and friendly person, she takes care of cleanliness of the home during your stay and can provide contact details of needed taxis and riksha. enjoy and stay safe.

Very close to all the Hotspots. Walkable to the beach too Parking is a little hard but courian was nice enough to help us finding a parking next door

• Sherin (8/5): Very good - The rooms were clean and had a lot of amenities. It was worth the money spent. Close to all the major places in candolim. Comfortable and a good stay. Families can surely check it out. There is no parking space, please speak with the caretaker in case you have a car. Also my request to the caretaker is to be a little active and help the guest find a parking spot. We had to search a lot for parking our car.
