Marzulli (10/5): Sleep Walker, I’ll be back for you and Thailand!!! - The staff was so helpful from tips on where to go, to making sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect! Great walking distance to a lot of temples , spa’s, coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Honestly I would want to stay here again. Also, they will hold your luggage prior to your stay and after your stay if your flight lands early or leaves late. It’s a short distance from the airport. But we’ll take him into consideration if there’s any festivals going on that it may take longer than the regular about 12 to 15 minutes. We dropped our laundry off and they had it done by the next morning. They made us stay smooth and efficient!

El acceso a las habitaciones es laberíntico y la habitación carecía de luz natural y ventilación adecuadas, con una ventana mínima. No contaba con mobiliario básico para apoyar ropa o valijas, ni el baño tenía estantes o superficies de apoyo, lo que dificultó la estadía, especialmente siendo tres personas. Además, no hay asistencia con el equipaje y el funcionamiento se asemeja más al de un hostel que al de un hotel, sin ofrecer servicios básicos como desayuno, pese a figurar como hotel en la plataforma.

Great restaurants (its good kitchen, Chaa Chong) and the best coffee nearby (Akha Ama Phrasingh) also a continent 7 eleven 3 mins away. Had good facilities, everything we needed, communal fridge and laundry on site. Would clean the room everyday if you put the card out. 1000b deposit for the key so you will need cash, you get it back at the end though. Let us leave our luggage after check out so we didn’t have to lug it around before our flight. On the first night we saw a flea on the bed… however we didn’t see anymore for the rest of our stay. No safe. Shower a bit temperamental but if you got it at the right spot it would be hot. Not much natural light in the room.

Es ist wirklich nur ein Ort zum Schlafen. Nicht mehr. Das Bett ist recht hart. Wir hatten ein Zwei-Bett-Bidget-Zimmer. Für mich persönlich ist das nichts.

Caroline (6/5): Humid and smell of drains - Great location in the old city. A serious problem of humidity and smell of drains throughout the whole hotel. The room smelt very bad as soon as the A/C was off. They do quite a good job of covering up the smell in the rooms when they've just been cleared but if you stay more than a night it comes back. Strong smell of drains in the reception area when you arrive. We also had a couple of cockroaches in I our bedroom. This being said, the hotel is very clean and the room was comfortable. However, our kids were on the ground floor and it was very dark and dank.

My room was cozy and comfortable and I could see the street from my room. I liked the design and commodities. The most special thing I found at this place was the staff, specially Mild ❤️ who took care of me at all times. She really made my stay happier and stole my heart 🫶🏻

Søren (7/5): Alternative room close to the old town - The hotel is located within walking distance of the old town in Chang Mai in a nice area with plenty of cafes and restaurants. The room is small but efficiently designed. No table and nowhere to sit in the room. For that, you had to go to the common area. Only indirect daylight via a small window.
Alejandro (9/5): Limpieza impecable - El hotel estaba extremadamente limpio. Maravilloso servicio. Olor impecable. Cumplió perfectamente nuestras espectativas y la ubicación era perfecta. En pleno centro de la zona amurallada, se llegaba rápido a todas partes. Dormimos en unas literas y las camas eran lo suficientemente grandes (y cómodas) como para poder dormir los dos en la misma cama. Así que todo perfecto. Hay una cocina pequeña en la que sirven café / té / chocolate por la mañana con unas galletitas. Puede servir como desayuno rápido aunque no es nada del otro mundo. Lo bueno es que nos dejaron usar esa misma cocina para poder cenar comida que pedimos a domicilio. Gran detalle. El sitio es precioso. Todo perfecto. Si le ponemos un 9 en lugar de un 10 es sencillamente porque no es barato. Al menos no tanto como otros hoteles similares en los que estuvimos en la zona.

Greg (8/5): Would stay again - Cleanliness location bright airy room Traffic got noisy on Sunday night probably due to markets. There were noisy intoxicated people talking and sitting on verandah until midnight. Not the property’s fault

Mara Canivet (6/5): - L'emplacement, personnel sympathique et bon accueil. J'ai eu une chambre côté rue et aucune insonorisation donc très inconfortable la nuit. Heureusement que j'ai profité d'une offre promotionnelle car les chambres standards sont minuscules et la salle de douche vétuste. Rapport qualité-prix très bas. Si j'avais dû payer le prix annoncé dès le départ 70€ par nuit pour ce type de chambre cela aurait été pour moi une arnaque.

Elise (7/5): Belle localisation mais c’est tout - La localisation est top. La douche est assez rudimentaire, il y a beaucoup de bruit de la rue et les lits pas très confortables.

Alexandra (8/5): If you’re a first time visitor to Chiang Mai, it was the perfect place to be! Super close to everything taxi and walking - Perfect location to get around the old town, was also really easy to get Tuktuks and Bolts to and from. The staff were lovely and super helpful with everything. The hotel in general was very quiet, not sure if that was because it was rainy season but wasn’t noisy at all. Was just a lovely little place to stay in. The room was lovely, just the bed was very firm for our liking.
