- Choco_robba (10/5): Convenient location and clean - Great location, and very convenient to the Centum City and Spa Land. The lobby is very nice, and there is also a convenient store that is accessible from the lobby. There are the main elevators and also a side elevator, the only thing about the side elevator is that it doesn't display the number so you never know how long to wait. It's better to use the main elevators where there are 2 elevators. The laundry machines were also very convenient to have at the hotel.

The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking, offering one of the most scenic vistas I’ve ever enjoyed from a hotel. It’s definitely a highlight of the stay! The staff were exceptional—welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist, which made the experience even more enjoyable. While the room was a bit on the smaller side, it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making up for the lack of space with its charm and efficiency. Overall, despite the size of the room, my stay at Centum Primus was fantastic, and I’d highly recommend it for anyone looking for great service and incredible views in Busan. I’d definitely recommend!

The parking lot is narrow, the elevator is small, and the room is small, but the convenience and proximity are very good. It is a good hotel to visit during the event.

- JINA (6/5): 별3개 - 공연을 보러 온거라 근처에 숙박을 잡았었더랬습니다. 7시쯤 체크인 전에 짐을 맡겼는데, 핸드폰 뒷번호와 이름으로 확인을 해주시고는, 10시쯤 체크인을 하는데 예약번호 없이는 체크인이 어렵다고 하여서... 빨리 체크인 하고 짐찾아서 올라가 쉬고 싶은데, 이름이랑 휴대전화번호 만으로 처리가 안되서 아쉬웠어요. 조식뷔페도 9시쯤 방문했는데, 불고기가 소진되었는데, 꽁치 구이? 같은게 나와있는데, 팻말이라도 치워주시지, 9:30까지 입장인데 벌써 소진된 건 주말인데 준비가 좀 부족하게 했나 싶게 아쉬웠어요. 그래서 최종 별 3개 입니다.
- Verified traveler (6/5): 무난하지만 기대치엔 많이 못미쳤음. - 선착순 룸 배정으로 뷰 제로인 A동에 배정받았어요. 2박이라 월요일 1박이라도 이동 안되냐고 부탁했지만 단체 고객으로 만실이라며ㅠ 앞동에 완전 가려져 대낮에도 어두컴컴. 생각보다룸이 작아 더 갑갑하고불편했음. 여긴 차라리 A동과 B동을 가격차별화 하는게 맞다고 봄. B동은 수영강 뷰라 그나마 좋을거 같은데 A동은 완전 꽝. 호텔 정문 입구가 차가 들어갈 수없어 트렁크케이스 들고 호텔 안쪽까지 한참 걸어 들어가야 해 완전 불편. 호텔 구조가 좀 이상하고 전체적으로어두운 느낌. 직원들 불친절까지는 아니지만 친절하지도 않음. 청소는 그럭저럭. 변기 물내림 버튼이 뒷쪽에 따로 분리되어 있어 완전 불편. 샤워 수압 강한점은 장점. 센텀호텔보다 여기가 훨씬좋대서 첨으로 묵었는데 차라리 센텀호텔이 좀 더 나은것 같음. 잠만 자기엔 괜찮음. 조식은 첫날이랑 둘째날이 아주 차이가 많이 나눈거 보면 숙박인원에 따라 내용이나 레벨이 달라지는 느낌. 센텀쪽은 편리하긴 한데 벡스코 단체 숙박객이 많아 호불호 .

- Michelle (10/5): Busan with a view - The premier suite was superb. Stunning view from the 2 story windows. Felt very elite with the type of accommodations. Loved the separate toilet room. Only issue was with the ac unit. Difficult time trying to adjust the temperature so that it wouldn’t turn off and on every 15 seconds. The elevators were extremely slow also. Overall the stay was very good!!

- Daniel (6/5): - Located in Centum City, hip and vibrant. It’s a short distance walk to the metro station and Shinsegae mall on the other side of the Centum City Station. Shinsegae has really awesome food court and other restaurants. 2-3 stations away from Haeundae Beach where you want to be every chance you get. We stayed at Centum City bc it was a bit more affordable than hotels in Haeundae. However, the hotel was a bit disappointing. We stayed on the 17th floor hoping for an amazing view, but the room faced Building-B of the same hotel, so not only we didn’t have any views of the ocean or the city, we couldn’t have the curtains open due to directly facing the other building. Room was small, a bit outdated. Most annoying part was there weren’t drawers or place to unload our clothes. The pool looked interesting in the photo, but in reality, it’s not that nice. Be sure to have a swim cap to enter. Towels at the pool weren’t free either. I’ve never been to a hotel with pools where I had to pay to use towels until this one. It wasn’t expensive, but it’s silly that they would charge for it in the first place. It’s located in Building-B, so if you are in building-A, you would have to come down to the 1st floor, walk across the lobby to Building-B and up to the 12th floor. Elevators are weirdly located and separated, making things confusing and annoying. I would pay a bit more to stay at a hotel near Haeundae next time.
- Jules (8/5): - Close to Centrum City and SpaLand but the small rooms and placement of furniture lack some common sense. Small details needs to be addressed like cracking / missing grouts, no air-conditioning in hallways, slamming room door. What makes this hotel outstanding are the front desk and cleaning staffs

- Lit Yuen (8/5): First impression of Busan - Centralised air-conditioning means the room was set at 30 degrees celsius, which makes the room uncomfortably warm, especially during the night when outside temperature drop to single digit, and the heater turns up hotter. Furniture aged with signs of wear and tear, due for a slight make over, especially the sofa. Free bottled water stated in Welcome card, but another card says water chargeable at 1000 won per bottle. Front desk always seems busy with their monitor and guests are not greeted at the front desk. Small details which could improve the overall ratings further.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not good as expected - Not as satisfying as expected. The room was small and there was not enough space for luggage storage. The maid was nice but there was a hole in her towel which was not nice. On the last day, the electricity in the room was broken, so they replaced the room, but at dawn, I couldn't sleep properly because the back of both ears were itching, probably because bugs were biting on the pillow. The fitness center had an uneven floor and needed repairs, but it was inconvenient because the materials were still there. Most hotels provided water and towels, but this hotel had nothing but exercise equipment. One breakfast was better than expected, but other than that I was not satisfied. I have no intention of using it again as a bad experience.
- Inspire13126424729 (8/5): Nice hotel - We were pleased overall with our room, the hotel staff, and the cost. Some of the furniture was a bit old and the chair had some stains, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good location near Metro Line 2 (exit 11), restaurants, cafes, coffee shops and shopping.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Remember to factor in temperature and extra charge - Read other reviews and they said that the hotel staff wasn't nice, which was not true. However during check in, the staff said to me that there wouldn't be aircon. Which to me was not a problem as it was winter and I could open the windows. However the staff then said that there was heating through the building... this was the main issue. There is NO WAY to turn off the heating, and staying the the duplex, heat risen to the bedroom level and it was unbearable. It was impossible to fall asleep. Also the remote controls were hidden inside boxes through the room, and there was a price list next to the bed that listed every object in the room for a price (i.e. tooth brush, towel etc.). These are additonal, so for every extra towel you ask for, you are charged. Staying in the duplex, i would've expected a "room tour" by a staff, showing me where all the remotes are, how to control what... instead i spent a good 30 min looking for the curtain remotes which were in a box under the tv cabinet. Also i had to wheel my own luggage up to my room and staff didnt offer to help bring it up or subsequently delivered.

- Sunho (6/5): - The room was not clean, saw several long hair in bathroom which is definitively not mine. Windows are useless as they are all facing towards inside of the building.

- Cheng Leong (10/5): - Small room but cozy. But room should at least have a chair to sit. Very near BEXCO. Plenty of coffeeshops around the hotel.

- Jung Won (4/5): - This is the very first hotel ever in my life charging their guests for additional water, pillows, towels, etc. I understand that the hotel business wasn’t doing well due to pandemic but doesn’t mean that they can be so stingy and try to make money out of their guests for unreasonable stuffs. Hotel staffs were also very cold and unwelcoming. I am not expecting them to be over nice but they don’t have to give an impression to the guests checking in about them hating their jobs. This hotel, in general, seems to be new to business where needs to do more market research and learn about industry standards.
- Sang-Hyun (10/5): - Clean and great location (close to BEXCO and a subway station) They provided good customer service. I didn't like the initial room they allocated because it had such a bad view through the window; it was blocked on top and bottom by some other structures and I was only able to see some buildings in between the structures. I asked them to change the room and they did. Also, I was able to get an iron and ironing board upon request.
- Petr (6/5): - I have got neither free upgrade nor a free bottle of wine as my Gold benefit; I was only offered an upgrade for 850$ (to suite), but because the standard room was very unsatisfying, I went for it and paid
- NA RAE (6/5): - It's not my first stay at this hotel, but found the standard twin room is pretty small, almost no space to place your bag open. Compared to the room, the bath is roomy. Would recommend to take room with one double bed or deluxe room.

- Myeongwoo (10/5): - Nice hotel. Clean and well maintained. Wish if they have more towels but provided couple more for free though. Close to subway stations and a fancy shopping mall. Price was reasonable. I will definitely stay there if I visit Busan again.
- SFowler16 (10/5): Beautiful, modern hotel - The location was great with an awesome view of the city. There were restaurants nearby and the subway stop was within 2 blocks. The room was modern and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with a bidet and waterfall showerhead. The laundry room was clean and in excellent working condition. There were only a few minor negatives. The mattress was more firm than we like. There is a bright blue light on the ceiling above the bed which was unpleasant.

- Jinny (10/5): - The location couldn't be better! I had a beautiful view of the river, a park across the street, a few minutes of walking from major shopping malls and the subway and plenty of restaurants nearby. However no room service or laundry pick up service were available. I had to ask for and then pick up iron and ironing board from the front desk. The towels clean but were old and frayed. If you don't mind those, then it is a great place to stay while enjoying the nearby Haeundae which took us about 20 minutes on taxi because of traffic.

- Jason (8/5): A weekend stay! - The location is ideal for transportation and eating standard meals. The hotel was clean and staff is attentive. The room was in good condition. Aside from stains on the main part of the carpet and damage to the wallpaper, it was comfortable.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Hotel is in a great location , walking distance from Shinsegae Department store . Short cab ride to Haeundae beach . I loved this hotel . 24 hour convince store in the lobby, and the lobby is absolutely beautiful ! By far one of the nicest and spacious hotels I’ve been to here in Korea . Only cons were the room got really hot , and there was no outlet beside the television to hook up my game
