Рядом школа, может быть немного шумно, но нам это не мешало. Персонал доброжелателен. Если будете обязательно загляните в ресторан камбоджийской кухни Aaraama - рай атмосферы и вкусовых сочетаний.
• SADZIŃSKI (10/5): Oaza spokoju, w centrum miasta - Niesamowity klimat, dzięki zieleni, która dosłownie otula człowieka od samego wejścia. Przytulny, klimatyczny basen z którego można korzystać do późnych godzin wieczornych. Pokoje przestronne, z wygodnym łóżkiem, małą uroczą łazienką. Polecam każdemu, kto ceni spokój i nastrojowe wnętrza w klimacie Azji. Blisko do okolicznych restauracji i na zakupy oraz nocny market z jedzeniem. Chętnie znów skorzystam z usług hotelu Z uwagi na stosunkowo małą łazienkę i zamontowane w niej duże matowe okno, podczas korzystania z niej jest trochę za duszno.

• Philipp (8/5): Super Lage des Hotels - Das Hotel ist super gelegen – viele Restaurants und Cafés sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Der Pool ist schön gestaltet, allerdings war der Platz für die Anzahl der Gäste etwas knapp. Zudem hatten wir anfangs Probleme mit dem Wasserdruck im Zimmer. Das Personal hat sich zwar direkt darum gekümmert, ganz optimal war es danach jedoch noch nicht. Insgesamt dennoch ein guter Aufenthalt mit klaren Pluspunkten bei der Lage.

It's just a 10 minute walk to Miss Wongs, for the best cocktails, Tevys restaurant etc. And only 15 from Pub At etc over the river. Around the hotel is buzzing much of the time because of all the students. The staff are lovely, the breakfast is more than adequate, the pool is great, the rooms are very good and comfortable. Nothing really, we loved it, and we were there for 3 weeks, barring a couple of short 2 day trips to Battambang and Phonm Penn.

• Catherine (10/5): - What a beautiful place to stay. We were in walking distance to the Old Market and Pub street. The room was spacious and very clean. Lovely shower. The pool was fantastic and a great place to chill and have a swim after a long day in the heat. Opens until 10p.m . The staff were amazing and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We were on a very early tour for Angkor Wot and they gave us a wake up call at 3.00a.m and gave us a fruit breakfast to start the day. Very much appreciated. Would for sure stay here again. Nothing not to like . Great place to stay

• Joannou (7/5): 7/10 - Room was nice, pool was relaxing to sit near though very loud in the day as there's a school next door. Laundry came back clean and same day and rooms cleaned daily. I didn't have any hot water and everytime I needed some I had to go to the reception so they could send the maintenance man up to my room with a ladder and he did something to switch the hot water back on but it only lasted a short time. This got annoying very quickly. The internet was also very poor and often didn't work in the room.
• Julien (10/5): - Très bon hôtel. Tout - le confort, le design, le petit déjeuner... - est un cran au-dessus des hôtels bon marché avec piscine, pour un prix comparable (environ 30$). À recommander ! Il vaut mieux réserver en direct avec l'hôtel plutôt que par plateforme booking, c'est moins cher. D'autant plus que leur service client est désastreux. La localisation est du bon côté de la rivière (l'autre côté est souvent agité et livré au tourisme de masse, ce côté est plus tranquille), mais on est à une dizaine de minutes à pied de la rivière. Ce n'est pas forcément gênant mais il faut le savoir.

Unfähig, unkompetentes und ignorantes Personal. - Das Hotel an sich war ganz nett, das Personal eigentlich auch, aber maßlos überfordert Wir liehen uns am ersten Tag 2 Farräder aus. Das erste Fahrrad gab nach wenigen Stunden den Geist auf und man konnte nicht mehr damit fahren. Ich ließ mich dann mit einem Tuktuc und dem Fahrrad zurück zum Hotel bringen. Mein Partner fuhr mir dem zweiten Fahrrad retour. Bei diesem Fahrrad versagten dann die Bremsen und es kam zu einem Unfall. Er blutete am ganzen Körper. Am Hotel angekommen wirde ihm kein Hilfe oder ähnliches angeboten. Ich ging dann zur Rezeption um zu fragen aber dort wurde ich nur gefragt ob wir uns die Fahrräder vorher nicht angeschaut hätten. Es wurde uns keine Hilfe bzw. ein Verbandszeug oder was angeboten. Am nächsten Tag wurde uns dann von der Rezeptionistin erklärt, dass die Fahrräder in Ordnung gewesen seien. Es kam nie jemand auf uns zu um zu fragen ob alles in Ordnung sei oder ob wir etwas benötigen. Beim Checkout hieß es dann, sie würden uns die Leihgebür für die Fahrräder gnädigerweise erlassen.

• Chris (6/5): Good Potential - but poor ownership/management ruining hotel. Do Not Book. - The actual hotel fittings are very good - big rooms, comfortable beds and sofa, nice shower and bath. The Assistant Manager (not sure of name) was very nice and pleasant to deal with. I have stayed in around 8-10 hotels in Siem Reap. This is the worst one I've stayed in to date. The other staff all looked grumpy all the time, particularly the cleaners. Also your room is not cleaned unless you put out a sign, but the staff do not inform you of this on check-in. The staff in general seemed like they didn't want to be there. I understand a number of staff quit, the owner barely spends any time at the property, and they only have 9 full time staff when before they had over 20. There is no sun reaching the sunbeds - they are constantly in shade - and the space is very small. Breakfast is ok - same every day, not great (but again this is down to the fact that the owner/manager is not hiring enough staff) I accidentally broke a glass when filling water from the water dispenser and was charged for this. Not a big deal, but adds to negative impression. There is no social scene - I ended up watching Netflix in my room most nights. It's a tuk tuk ride from the centre (I knew this before, so that's fine, but I had expected there to be some life at the hotel). It seems like the Assistant manager has good suggestions to improve the service at the hotel, but his feedback to upper management is not being taken on board. As a result, unfortunately I would not recommend staying here, and recommend that the owner and main manager seriously consider improving particularly the service offerings of the hotel and the attitude of the staff, who are most likely overworked given the number of staff who have quit working at the hotel. To people considering this hotel, I'd recommend considering another one in the same price-range such as Residence Wat Damnak, The One by Nika or Blanc Smith Residence, at least until this hotel improves its services and offers more services to its guests and invests more in the soft product in this hotel

• Hilda (8/5): 2Nights in Siem Reap - What I truly like about our stay was the beautiful and warmth that we felt from the staff. The front desk was polite and friendly, and spoke good English. The location was also quite central, and you can easily explore going to other important areas by yourself. Our room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. I actually booked a balcony room but am not satisfied with it. I was expecting a nicer view from the balcony, but it was just right across another house. I assume that they have limited rooms with better views, and we were unfortunately given the least one. Our room was on the second floor. Maybe higher will have a better view.

En revanche le ménage n’est pas fais automatiquement il ne faut pas oublier de le demander chaque matin. Assez déçu du petit déjeuner, très minimaliste, très peu de choix. La localisation est également pas la meilleure à 20 minutes du centre à pied environ avec des rues pas très éclairées la nuit.

After a long 6-hour travel with two kids, we hoped to relax but - Friendly staff We checked in from April 24 to 26 and extended for one more day. We didn’t change hotels anymore because we were tired and didn’t have time. After traveling for six hours with our two kids, we were hoping to relax, but the room was extremely hot and made it very stressful. Our baby was crying because of the heat, and we had to request a fan to make the room more comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they changed our room, but the new room was still hot. We were really expecting a more restful and comfortable experience. We hope you can consider improving the room conditions for future guests, especially for families traveling with young children.

• Jacqui99 (8/5): Very good - We had a wonderful stay at Vihara. The location was great and was about 1km to the bustling centre of town, with many markets, restaurants and night life. Very easy and cheap to get transport into town if you don't feel like walking. The staff were lovely and especially Yi (Yee?) who has fantastic English and went out of his way to assist us with our questions and serving us drinks. The room was clean and fresh water delivered daily. The pool towels were marvellously large and soft and the food we ordered was quite tasty and budget friendly.

• Valentin (9/5): Great value for money, but don't expect anything special. Budget, clean, nice. - It’s quiet, good pool, clean and 2 really friendly cats) you can pay by credit card. Breakfast is OK. Wi Fi is too slow and it was unstable. If you need to call on zoom, you can’t do that. Breakfast is pure, coffee is not good too. The stuff don’t speak English or little but it doesn't bother me. One evening the electricity in my room went out and I was offered to sleep in another room. It was not so comfortable. Overall, I recommend it if you live in a budget room, but if you pay for a suite, where I moved, then I would recommend looking for something else for that money.

• Dominika (10/5): Excellent hotel - Kind and friendly staff. Lovely and spacious room with a comfortable bed. The complementary breakfast was a nice touch. Good location if you want to see Angkor Wat, and on other days it is nice to sit by the pool, we enjoyed the relaxing music playing in the background. There were also two very friendly cats at the hotel which we loved Everything was good, wish we stayed longer.
• Lazarus (10/5): Best mid-range hotel in Siem Reap - Best hotel I've stayed at in Siem Reap. Great vibe; awesome staff; rooms have giant windows, natural light, and stylish decor. Breakfast was decent. Friendly cats on the premises if you ever need a cuddle! A bit far to walk into town, but quick on a bicycle, motorbike, or tuk tuk.
• Barrow (10/5): Friendly helpful staff - Friendly helpful staff. Spacious accomodation and easy to get to places Breakfast wasn’t great but for the money, I can’t complain.
• Loryck (10/5): Absolutely fantastic - Absolutely fantastic hotel, super friendly staff, clean, tidy & nice pool area. Just a short ten minute walk to the Pub St area, markets & dining by the riverside. I have extended my stay here for five days as I love the vibe in Siem Reap and the Vihara

• Joanna (10/5): A tranquil piece of heaven in a busy city - Boutique feel, staff very friendly, loved the 2 resident cats, pool was a dream, breakfast superb, modern room. Loved it ! Would have been good to have the bar properly manned at night to encourage guests to use it more

• karine (10/5): - Very nice hotel for the price! It is a good place to stay in Siem Reap, 15 mins walking to the center. The pool is awesome to relax one day when you are tired of visiting.
