- Pius (9/5): Nice hotel - Nice hotel Bathroom could do with being cleaned better
- Pius (9/5): Nice hotel in Chatham - Nice hotel Shower could do with a better clean
- Kerry (8/5): The stuff are very helpful and accommodating anything we needed tans helped us out - Clean and comfortable bed The shower wasn’t secured to the wall mount
- Stephen (8/5): - working away from home , clean, comfortable and good value for money. i use this hotel on a regular basis and find the staff both helpful and friendly. The Indian restaurant next door is first rate and would highly recommend. 4 minuets walk
from hight street were you can get most things and plenty of other eating houses.
- Rae (3/5): Don't use their Carpark unless you want to get a ticket - Location I had a parking fine, even though I typed my reg into their system Hotel didn't want to know when I phoned up about this
- John (6/5): Not bad ,but the parking fine made it not nice - The staff were very helpful.
Very quick getting checked in . When i checked in I validated my car in the car park at reception, however I received a PCN Parking Charge Notice for £100

- John (9/5): Quiet stay - A nice room The view
- Kimble (9/5): - Very friendly staff, clean room, location perfect for me. The road was a little noisy.
- George (10/5): My stay was a wonderful one - Just everything was in place The fact that I was not asked to put in my reg on the tablet upon arrival.
- Zaid (10/5): -
- Anthony (5/5): - Cleanness, tidy and good location. Space too small for 2 adults, TV not centralised
- Tyler (1/5): -
- Kayleigh (1/5): A night of terrors - Minus to the bed absolutely nothing Where to even start. Noise from the main road was not stop throughout the night. The shower was absolutely tiny. No fan when we entered the room despite the fact we asked for it. No mention of the staircase which for anyone with mobility issues by the car park entrance. Bathroom was dusty grime by the shower. Said room was soundproof yet there was a 2 inch gap between the door and the floor. No mention of breakfast at all despite the fact we paid for it. Location was disgusting with lady's of the night visible on street corners from our window. Shower was unusable for anyone of a bigger size.
- Remmie (5/5): -
- Adeola (6/5): Not comfortable at all - The Parking is located at the hotel. The staff and services was very poor
- Sally- ann (7/5): Great location but the shower was grubby and no reception on the tv - Location Shower was old and quite grubby, tv not working
- Jashandeep (1/5): -
- Emerald (1/5): Not the best hotel - I could check in before time.
Good value for money. The hotel isn't soundproof at all. There was so much noise around corridors. When doors are shut, its almost like someone is barging into your room.
Water is either too hot or too cold. No Hand-wash soap after toilet use. The pictures online isn't what is there physically.
- Adam (8/5): -
- Anthony (1/5): What stay - Nothing The hotel being open
- Aries (6/5): - The location is near Chatham town centre. The staff is also good. The TV was glitching and positioned far right from the bed. The wash basin needs to be more firm, and shower space should be deep cleaned.
- Andrew (8/5): -
- Sally- ann (8/5): -
- Caroline (1/5): Disgusting treatment - À dreadful experience. Got there late and tgey said hotel wasn’t open, despite having my booking on screen and having taken my money
- Marcus (10/5): -
- Roy (5/5): -
- Morgan (7/5): -
- Antonia (4/5): Reasonable given cost. - Restaurant affiliated to it lovely and staff very attentive. Noisy, could do with updating to communal areas and cold shower.
- Raghbeer (7/5): -
- pam (8/5): All well - All was well N/A all well
- Lisa (2/5): Not worth the money - Bed was nice but mattress and floor were filthy TV connection absolutely rubbish. Very static and jumpy and sounds like a robot. Told staff who could barely speak English who said manager wasn't available to sort until the afternoon after we would have left.

- Baafi (7/5): -
- Vivien (8/5): -

- James (1/5): A total waste of money - Rude staff, bad odour in room and generally a dirty premises inside and out.
Never again Everything and all staff
- Ranjith (10/5): Very good - Comfortable
- Steven (1/5): - Nothing Everything
- Allya (8/5): We would come stay again. - We loved the hotel staff were excellent very helpful. Room on the small side and no air conditioning. But we asked for a fan which was provided by the staff. We also had problems with the key card and door as we were trying to get into our room.
- Paul (1/5): Poor I would not recommend staff not helpful - Proximity to town centre Room was noisy with doors banging late into the night and morning
- Olugbenga Oluwadamilare (2/5): Slechte kwaliteit - Onbemande receptie ruimte, geen airco, vies gang en zitruimte, etc.
- Ann-marie (4/5): Stayed in much better hotels for less money and breakfast included terrible manners from staff - Comfortable bed No biscuits with tea and coffee
Staff very unfriendly
Toe nails in the bed
Blood on sheets
Building works from 7am
No shampoo only a tiny body lotion and bar of soap
- Jamie (3/5): Good be so much better with a little care and a decent cleaner - The room itself wasn’t bad and the bed was comfy. Decent towels and once you get into the shower it was ok. The cleanliness of the main hotel is a shocker carpets covered in sweet wrappers and dirt stairwell disgraceful with debris and dirt up the walls. Don’t fall for the scam of using the restaurant and being told you get a discount as whilst this is correct they actually give you the takeaway menu which is 20% more expensive. Whilst this isn’t the hotels fault the noise from a group banging doors constantly and stringing alarms was intolerable. But they should have room planned it better. Finally the handling of the complaint through booking.com only made it worse as they feel that an AI generated calling service is satisfactory when all it says it sorry can’t understand. Not good
- Wayne (8/5): We enjoyed our stay ,it was only for one night but would have liked to stay longer. - All went well. room was very tidy and spacious and staff were helpful and friendly
- Michael (5/5): AVERAGE - The room WAS SPACIOUS AND CLEAN. TEMPERATURE WAS GOOD THE PILLOWS WERE UNCOMFORTABLE, AND THERE WAS NO HOT WATER FOR A SHOWER FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS
- oladejo (10/5): Awesome - Nice and safe with the parking Standard and customer service
- Paul (5/5): - clean room No rv to watch because no signal
- Shannon (10/5): -
- Joseph (1/5): Robbed - The hotel was closed!! Customers outside crying because the hotel was closed and they had know where to stay.
- Kevin H (7/5): - Close to centre, easy walk
Rooms being renovated Rear access up spiral staircase - no good with heights. Is alternative front entrance thankfully.
- BOSSLADY43 (8/5): - Everything was clean staff was very polite and friendly The showers are too squeezed up little too tight
- Siyovush (4/5): -
- Dhiessica (10/5): Perfect -
- Jolanta (6/5): -
- Paul (8/5): - all good Nothing
- Val (1/5): Very disappointed had to book on another hotel - Had to get another hotel no lift. Staff unfriendly, carpet dirty three lots of laundry on stairs. Is winter room was not warmed, room smelt, duvet sheet did not fit bed. I requested that me my mum were not good on our feet and needed a room near a lift. Was not told no lift use a frame so could not get up the stairs was scared of falling down the stairs. We told the staff we could not stay their due to not being accessible and he did not say anything we had no choice but to book in another hotel so disappointing Staff not friendly no lift , floors dirty. 3 laundry bags on stairs. Room was not had heating on and it winter smelt damp, was scared of falling down stairs
- Carly (5/5): - Location The hotel was freezing when we arrived although there was heating it took a while for the room to warm up. Room wasn't as described, there was nowhere to hang clothes and staff were standing outside room waiting for us to leave. We were told we could get breakfast next door to the hotel at a discount but it was closed.
- Fabrizio (1/5): a hellish scam caused by this so-called hotel - You are scammers. Your hotel is closed despite my reservation being confirmed a month ago and payment having been made. You have exposed me to the risk of spending a night on the street. I had to book and pay for a second hotel for the same nights. I demand a refund of the cost you unlawfully defrauded me of, and I will file a dispute with Booking.com to have you reimburse me for the cost of the second hotel as well. I came from abroad specifically for these two nights, and you have turned my stay into a dangerous experience. I repeat, I risked spending the entire night on the street in the rain. I demand prompt confirmation of the refund, total, without penalty to me
- tracy (1/5): Poor service - I don’t know they closed the hotel 4 days before and didn’t inform me, no note on the door either. so at 6pm after waiting around for nearly 2 hrs I had to find another room for my stay.
- Quest01420274599 (2/5): SCAM - DONT BOOK!!!! HOTEL CLOSED!!!! - DO NOT BOOK!!!!!! HOTEL CLOSED!!!!!!
I turned up yesterday after speaking to someone from the hotel confirming booking to find out from the restaurant next door the hotel had been closed for 4 days!!!
Doors locked lights are off!!
- Jemima (1/5): - The hotel was closed so I was unable to got into the hotel. I was not notified about the hotel being closed and had to book another hotel as I had already traveled! I paid before melt stay but the hotel was closed, no-one notified me forcing me to pay for another hotel for the night. No one was answering the phone or door leaving me outside in the rain with no information
- jon (1/5): atrocious customer service - I arrived to check in and hotel door was locked. I managed to get hold of the hotel and was told the hotel was closed, no explanation and no apology and no attempt to redirect me to accommodation for the evening
- Sally ann (10/5): Good - Food was nice staff was very helpful
- Melissa (10/5): Cheap and central - Close to town, friendly helpful staff, easy parking. Bed was a little hard.
- Marc (3/5): -
- Liam (5/5): Looked good on the photos, sadly photos weren’t accurate. Carpets scruffy, very outdated, sheets weren’t changed all wee - Bed was comfortable Pretty scruffy tbh, carpets all dirty, no breakfast included, shower didn’t work properly, felt pretty rough
- vasile (10/5): The best - Perfect Everything I like it
- O'Grady (6/5): -
- Franklin (8/5): -
- Deborah (7/5): -
- Amy (5/5): -
- greenie215 (6/5): This hotel could go places with a few small tweaks - Room - very clean. Impeccable. I was very comfortable with the cleanliness of the room.
I received a room upgrade because I had to wait before being able to check in.
I was also given a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. Shower - there was a challenge with the hot water. On the first morning, I had no hot water in the shower; on the 2nd morning, I had a few minutes of hot water.
Breakfast: the bread for my toast was handled with the bare hands of one of the hotel personnel who had just emerged from the kitchen; this did not sit well with me.
- charlene (10/5): - Location and friendly Na
- thomas (5/5): - Budget hotel ,1 power cut due to road work,no option b provided? Carpet not cleaned on the corridor& stairs case
- stuart (7/5): -
- Augusta (4/5): - The staff Old fashioned, no chair or proper desk, tiny bathroom, parking problems, no lift and had long-term residents occupying the ground floor. Stairs are dangerously steep.
- martin (1/5): -
- Yadav (1/5): -
- Mel (2/5): A very basic, uninviting, hotel. - The bed was comfortable and the TV had a good selection of apps, Netflix, BBCiPlayer etc. When we arrived we should have known, because the intercom outside had a spiders web on top of it, with leaves and cigarette butt stuck in it... There was a telephone number taped to the front door to call, despite us arriving within our check in time, which went through to an answer phone with a list of options. Finally we just knocked on the door, and somebody came. The receptionist wasn't very welcoming and no documentation was checked on arrival (as stated it would be on the Booking.com site), we walked up to the room on the 2nd floor and all carpets throughout were stained and the hotel felt grubby. The room was very basic, and just didn't feel very clean, the door handle on the shower was broken and the shower tray wasn't clean. We had a knock on the door at 8am to ask if we were checking out that day, even though check-out time was at 11am. There were no breakfast facilities and the 'dining area' (which was right by the reception) felt more like a transitional space. (The photos of the dining area on the website are from the restaurant next door). My partner went out early to move his car and both the back and front doors of the property were just left on the latch, so anybody could have walked in. When checking out the '24hr front desk' was unmanned, with the same telephone number on a piece of paper taped to the desk. We stayed there because the hotel is relatively new and we thought it would be clean and modern, but we would never stay there again. Not recommended.
- Jozef (9/5): -
- David (9/5): -
- Mills (6/5): - Clearn loads of hot water ....you got what you paid for.... Loads of steps
- Shreema (1/5): Awful - Nothing Dirty hotel, unhelpful staff, unsafe practices such as fire doors being propped open by fire extinguisher. The room smelt like a 40 a day smoker lived there.
- TIMOTHY (7/5): -
- Desiree (6/5): - Room Location. Also someone tried to enter my room in the middle of the night!
- Susan (5/5): - The room was pleasant and clean. The staff were helpful. I was sent a car parking penalty notice which i am having to dispute despite entering my car details on the screen as directed.
- Olayinka (8/5): Great Hotel - Friendly staff Food was okay.
- Angie (1/5): Disgusting hotel PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ‼️‼️‼️‼️⛔️⛔️ - BEWARE ……‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
We turned up to this hotel and someone had been smoking in our room
Lots of health & safety concerns
We spoke to the manager who said we get a refund for the rooms we paid for cause we could not stay in this filthy hotel
We had to find another hotel
You will see what I mean for the pictures
STILL NOT REFUND AFTER 4 WEEKS OF CHASING IT WITH HOTEL & BOOKING.COM Dirty , broken windows mold in shower , dirty bedding , felt unsafe
- Anna (1/5): - Мне просто никто не ответил не открыл дверь, когда я приехала.
Я звонила и в дверь и по телефону. Но в ответ была тишина.
- Talla (1/5): - The stay was fine. BUT I parked in their parking facilities and entered my number plate onto their table at reception I have since been given a PCN in September saying I parked illegally and was charged a fine. Upon speaking to the management Mohammad, he said this was all cleared up. Today in November I ha e again been changed a PCN for the same stay as they never sorted it. Apparently the portal on the tablet wasn't working. But I get fined and trying to get anyone to answer the phone is just a no show. Really BAD customer service. Really bad customer service.
- jason (4/5): Ok - The room was big, and the hotel was okay, The staff were hard to contact and felt awkward to deal with, I am aware we were a little early,
- Mphadzula (8/5): -
- Rahneshin (10/5): -
- Walker (1/5): - Crao Everything
- danilo (8/5): -
- Steve (8/5): A convenient place to stay! - A very central location for Chatham. Basically clean and tidy, as you would wish for. The fact that there is parking available was useful. The establishment is getting a bit tired and needs some sprucing up. For example in our room a light fitting was coming off the wall. Also we would have appreciated bedside lights, not just the 'trendy' behind the head board lights.
