• Leeanne (10/5): A brilliant, well-located and authentic place to stay in Rome – we’d happily return. - We absolutely loved the authentic Roman feel of the property, set within a residential apartment block which made the stay feel really local and immersive. The location couldn’t have been better – everything was within walking distance, with fantastic restaurants, cafés and bars right on the doorstep. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and always easy to reach via WhatsApp. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, with great facilities including tea and coffee, a good shower and bidet. A perfect base if you want to experience Rome properly, including breakfast at nearby cafés alongside locals. One thing to note is the plug sockets – most are the Italian Type L (three-pin) sockets rather than standard EU two-pin, so you’ll need the correct adapter. Nothing to note – we had a really enjoyable stay.

• Patri (10/5): En el corazón de Roma - La ubicación es inmejorable, apenas cogimos el bus o tranvía ya que estaba todo a unos 15/20 min del alojamiento a pie. La cama fantástica y no se escuchaba ni un ruido ya que está en una calle peatonal muy tranquila. Las chicas un 10 con facilidades extra como dejar las mochilas hasta la tarde que volábamos. La habitación muy cómoda y relación precio fantástico. Las indicaciones para hacer el check in son clarísimas con vídeos, todo más que perfecto! La verdad que repetiría
• anónimo (9/5): Anónimo - El sitio es muy céntrico y la calle preciosa, típica de postal italiana. La cama es muy cómoda. La habitación tiene secador y artículos de higiene. También tiene hervidor de agua y sobres de café y azúcar. El servicio regular, solo vi una vez a un chico. La habitación vecina hizo mucho ruido por la noche y no dejaban dormir. No había nadie en recepción para poder reclamar. Los impuestos los tuve que dejar en la habitación y ahora los reclaman. El enchufe del secador solo sirve el de la habitación y no tiene espejo. Los mensajes preguntando cosas los contestan a los días.

Water trickled from the tap so difficult to wash hands. No water pressure in shower and water got continually hotter. Shower continually dripping. Not much wardrobe space only 4 hangers. No draws or shelves to put anything.

Dazu kam das die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche einen sehr unangenehmen Duft hatten, was mich leider sehr enttäuscht ist auch, dass die Temperatur des Wassers sehr schwer zum regeln war….

Tisse lukt som var kraftig. Selv om det ble renset men ble det ikke bedre. Masse støv og slitasje. Ser pent på bilder men mareritt plass. nøkkel og koder som var vanskelig å bruke og huske. Vi bestemte oss å flytte ut til annen hotell og fikk selvfølgelig ingen refusjon. STAY AWAY !!!!!! INGENTING

• Anne-Grethe (8/5): Veldig fornøyd med beliggenhet og at rommet hadde gode senger og airconditon. - Var ikke frokost å få på overnattingsstedet, men spiste frokost på bakeri rett rundt hjørnet av overnattingsstedet. Perfekt beliggenhet med gangavstand til de fleste serverdigheter. Rommet var bra, rent og fint. Hadde heldigvis aircondition. Det var heis, den er ikke å anbefale til annet en bagasje.

• Aya (9/5): Great location, great room! - This room was very clean and well-equipped. Compared to our other stays in Europe, the room was quite spacious and comfortable! All staff that we met during our stay were also very lovely and helpful. Location is also very handy! Wifi wasn't working initially and then when fixed by staff was quite slow and patchy. Also at times a bit loud with the neighbours on the other side of the door.

Bed had no mattress protector and we never had the sheets changed in the 5 days we were there, although they said they change them every 3. The cushions and bed spread were grubby and well worn. The tea and coffee supplies were minimal and there was no milk, although there was a fridge in the room and we were able to buy some and keep.

Under bed had previous guests rubbish, old dirty clothing including underwear and covered in dust. Rubbish bag from other rooms left on floor by cleaner. Hair dryer caped in dead skin and dust.

• Hayk (7/5): Good - Great location, responsive and helpful staff. Getting to the room was a quest on its own but it was fun. The layout of the room was very weird and the room had one very small window very far away from the bed so the room essentially got very little natural sunlight. The view from said tiny window did not live up to the expectation. There were other unpleasant moments but they got fixed when I reached out. So once again thank you to the staff!

• Cristina (9/5): I recommend this hotel. - Close to the attractions we planned to visit. The staff was very communicative and helpful. They setup our transportation from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the cruise port at the end of our stay. The room was cozy, it had a rustic Italian vibe. Exactly what I expected for the area. They do not provide breakfast however, there is a cute little bistro just steps outside the hotel where you can get food and coffees. It was a bit of a hassle getting into the hotel, we arrived after normal business hours (2pm) however, they did provide us with detailed information on how to access the building and a video via email and WhatsApp.

• Philip (8/5): - If you want to stay close to the Jewish Ghetto, this hotel is a great option. The rooms are confortable. There is not an reception per se, a person came to clean the rooms for a few hours, you need to use different key and codes to enter your room. The building is not in the best condition

Staff member at the residence was fantastic and helpful. Walkable to main attractions. Water takes a while to drain in the bathroom basin. We found there was a loose plastic cap in the drain and pried it out. Still, the water took a while to drain. Water pressure from the main shower head was patchy. There was shower scum on the hand held shower head. Socket in bathroom didn’t work.

The building and entrance very secure, however rooms don’t feel secure and more like a private room in a hostel. Close to other room, not sound proof and just a key to lock the door.

• Jonah (8/5): The pros outweigh the cons. I would come back! Thanks! - Great location, clean, and friendly and helpful staff. They let you keep your bags by them before the room is available and also after checkout, you can keep it there the rest of the day; this was very convenient. The WiFi connection in the room I stayed in was weak and sometimes wouldn't connect. You can hear the staff walking/chatting in the morning, but that's already at 9:30, 10 in the morning, so most visitors have already left for the day, so I don't think it's a big issue. Shampoo/body wash bottles were a little small and we ran out quickly. But I'm sure if you asked them for more they would give, just remember to ask.

Good location - Location was the only thing good about the Property The staff was completely unavailable and had terrible customer service. Place was not very clean. Several items were broken and the staff tried to blame us at checkout. Would not recommend

• Anastasia (4/5): Don't recommend. - Location The staff of the hotel will send you a million messages and push you to do a million things to do before arrival. It's super arrogant. In addition: mold, noise, broken amenities, and even a bottle of water in the fridge which was opened and used by someone else. So this was the worst experience ever
• Paul (8/5): - This is a very interesting place to stay that is full of history which enhanced our holiday greatly (we recommend you find out as much as you can from the ladies on front desk, the internet and local Museums. The entrance to the rooms is in Via delle Reginella and only a few metres from the Turtle fountain in Piazza Mattei. If arriving by taxi get them to drop you in the piazza. Beware that arrival after 2:00pm when reception is not manned will involve a slightly complicated set of instructions to get into your room. These however worked perfectly and as consequence rooms are incredibly safe. The room we had was very comfortable but perhaps a little small and lacking in shelves and cupboards for our 7 day stay. If you are staying for a week maybe talk to staff and consider trying one of the other hotels connected to Reginella in the area. All staff were excellent and helped us out with enthusiasm. Thank you Reginella we enjoyed our stay on the edge of the Jewish quarter and we saw a part of Rome we’d not seen before.
