The TV never worked. when I called the desk they set some one up who told us that sometimes there is no wifi. and tried to do whatever and then told us that he would try to get us another TV and if that didn't work they would give us another room.We left to get something to eat and when we returned everything was the same. I went to the desk and was told nothing could be done. there were no other rooms available no one to fix the TV and that she could refund my money and we would need to find another place to stay. GREAT SERVICE ?

• Jonathan (1/5): Terrible experience, NEVER coming back - Nothing Management, environment, rooms, shelter. I stayed there for 5 minutes and left. I will never come back. I don’t recommend this place if you are visiting the city with your family. Cheap options will cost you more in the long run. Get a nice hotel - spent more somewhere else, so you don’t get disappointed and stressed out here.

• Kristen R. (2/5): *I forgot to mention that there was a LARGE TICK in the bed that attached itself to my husband. - It's very difficult to find anything to say here. It wasn't the worst hotel I've ever stayed at and the location was conveniente. I should have been more wary of why the price was relatively low. This was a dirty unpleasant hotel. The parking spot right out front said, "Police Parking Only". That should have been my first clue. The lobby had the feeling of what used to be known as a "welfare hotel". There were people who were clearly locals down on their luck. We felt like there were certainly some illegal activity happening at this location (drugs/prostitution etc). The room looked clean at first but upon closer inspection it really wasn't clean. We didn't take off our shoes (until getting into bed). We didn't shower. We didn't sleep well because of the constant noise from other rooms. We woke up hours earlier than planned and grabbed our stuff (never bothered unpacking anything.) In the breakfast area, there were a few items (muffins, oatmeal packets, carafe of coffee). However, there were no plates or bowls or cups or cutlery. Nothing. When we asked the staff if there were any coffee cups, they shrugged. Couldn't get out of there fast enough!

• Lakeisha (1/5): Infection Control Issue! Disgusting - Nothing. Towels are dirty ALL of them. You see gray shades on the ones you think are clean. The single seat chair is ripped, dirty, and needs to be discarded. The window screen looks like someone tried to break in before. Windows were unlocked on arrival. Suspect. Building stinks. The environment looks and feels like a low budget environment, not to my liking. Disgusting. I don't live in the area, so I was attending a conference and did know the RI area. Avoid this location. Nasty 🤢

• Stacy (1/5): - I did not like it. It was not clean. Me and my kids was scared to sleep in the bed. Shower curtain was discolored. The chair in the room was filthy. The door was dirty. It's olthe worst place I have ever booked. And I have 📸 if u don't believe me. There was hair on the towels. I had to use lysol wipes to wipe down stuff that's how uncomfortable it was for me. My kids say mommy im scared to sleep here.There was no one at the front desk at night too. I need help with the wifi and went to front desk it was closed with a shutter. I would never book with this hotel brand again. Never.

Very brith and smell like a dead body discompose the fridge was dirty inside The shower floor need to be clean with bleach was nasty and don’t walking inside your room barefoot. Your foot will be black in 3 step. Very noise hallways. And a police car is in the back parking permanently.. all night.. wonder why ?

Bed was full of crumbs and hair, toilet seat cracked and falling apart, dirty used tissues and diaper in the elevator when we arrived .... and left. Arm chair in the room looked like it was picked up off the street. In the middle of the night a hotel room party got rowdy, fighting in the hallways, screaming, banging, for hours. No one at front desk or around to help control the situation, drunk people banging on every door

• Adrianne (2/5): This was not worth what I paid at all and I will not return. - The manager was friendly. Everything about the room was dingy and run down. The chairs and walls were peeling, the towels were thin and almost see through, and the baseboards were coming off of the walls. The “grab and go breakfast” was basically non existent. There was nothing left within minutes of it being put out and no replacements are made. Less than 20 items are put out for the entire facility. The other guests were so noisy.

You could hear every movement from the people upstairs also the type of people that go in and out that place looks like is a housing for people in the shelter.

• Assadakarn (3/5): Good location - Location Hygienic. It is pricey compare with stayed for 6 nights and no cleaning room and towel changed. I used to stay here once back in 2021 and it was good. Now it seems like the hotel is provided for the homeless people.

I didn’t like a lot of things. As soon as we walked in to check in the whole lobby, it smell like cigarettes, and there were four individuals that you could clearly tell they were drug users, and we went up to the room, The floor was dirty. The curtain was dirty. The cabinet was missing a drawer and the chair was rip.

Il manque des serviettes dans la salle de bain, pas de glace de fait donc on n a pas pu boire notre vin. Le congélateur coule. Pas de cadran ni téléphone. Personne au bureau lors de notre départ le matin.

• Francheska (5/5): Limpiar mejor las habitaciones - El hotel desde que entras tiene un olor buenisimo a limpio, hasta llegar al cuarto 325 tenía un olor horrible y al día siguiente habían cucarachas en el área de la estufa. Lo entregue antes de tiempo. No me gustó el olor que tenía el cuarto y tenían cucarachas.

• Kristen (1/5): I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE, IT WAS AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! - Nothing It smelled so bad. The sheets were dirty. The toilet was rusty and chipped. There was 2x4 piece of wood holding up the sink. It felt unsafe. No front desk availability after 11PM. No security. Kids wrestling in the hallway. Strange people in and around the facility. Someone openly was walking around with a marijuana blunt although it was a “drug free” facility. It was very disappointing all around. I didn’t even complete my full stay. I drove back to CT at 1AM. I called to “check out” since no front desk was available and was directed to leave the key in the room and leave. They didn’t ask my name or room number. This place was beyond unacceptable!

Accommodating when asked for missing items the room There was no toilet paper, towels, soap or shower curtain. I also reserved a room with 2 beds but when I arrived there was only one mattress. The other bedframe was empty. All of these options are unacceptable
