• Michael (10/5): Fall Trip to Pucon! - Hostal Muller was an absolutely amazing stay right near the main street (O'Higgins) in Pucon. Our room even had a direct view of Villarica. The owners were very accommodating and even helped us book expeditions while we were there. The room and bathroom were much bigger than anticipated, breakfast was included, entry and exit were very easy. I couldn't speak better about this place. If you are looking for an easy and well priced hotel room in Pucon, Hostal Muller is the place.

Me deram dicas do que fazer, onde ir. Sempre solícitos. Cama e quarto confortáveis, café da manhã simples, tipo "continental". Particularmente poderia ser melhor, mas deu para curtir a cidade. Recomendo e voltaria a ficar lá.

• Carolyn (8/5): Lovely place to stay in Pucon - A lovely place to stay for a few days in Pucon. Easy walking distance to the town center and the lakeshore. Had the Mountain View room which was comfortable. The owners were nice. Great value for the price. Would stay here again.

El desayuno para nosotros estuvo bueno, quizás algo liviano para alguien con un apetito grande, pero aceptable. Pieza y baño limpios, agua caliente las 24/hrs. Estacionamiento y a pasos del centro. De seguro vuelvo. 100% recomendable.
• Loren (10/5): Nice hotel - Nice hotel. I needed early breakfast and they left it in the refrigerator for me. It’s a short walk from town and serviced by the airport shuttle (at least from the airport). If you have an early flight, you may need other plans to get back to the airport (public bus or private shuttle).

• James (10/5): - This is a wonderful place to stay; the owners clearly take pride in making it so. We were welcomed by our host who was very friendly and informative. The room we had was large and spacious, with some traditional decorative touches. It was very clean, and had nice sheets and towels. The bed was incredibly comfortable and cosy, giving a real home-from-home feel. The accommodation is secure and accessible at all times. Breakfast was served in the mornings in a nice lounge-dining room that could also be used during the day. Early breakfast was left out when required. Nothing we needed was more than a short walk away, including shops, good restaurants, tour companies and the bus station. If there is anything that we could suggest, it is for there to be some fruit with breakfast and for cereals/porridge to be left out for early breakfast; it would be very welcome before hikes and volcano climbing. Neither is enough to deduct anything from the hospitality and comfort. Highly recommended.
• Roberta (10/5): Sensacional! - Sensacional!!!! Ficamos encantados com o atendimento e dicas. O quarto que escolhemos é muito espaçoso e confortável. Cozinha bem equipada, com fogão e geladeira. Varanda (em dias ensolarados com vista para o Vulcão). Além disso, o Hostal é extremamente bem localizado. Basta atravessar a rua e você já está na avenida principal, onde estão os restaurantes, mercados, bancos e guias para os diversos passeios. Recomendo.

• Ana (10/5): Buena atención , muy amables. - Buena experiencia, solo que por la aplicación aparecía que la habitación tenía 2 camas y en realidad sólo era 1 grande , tuvimos que dormir con nuestro hijo de 7 años. Nos recibieron muy amables en todo momento y preocupados de que estuviésemos cómodos. Buen desayuno y atención en todo momento.

Lo único incómodo, fue que nuestra habitación estaba en un segundo piso, contigüa a 2 habitaciones más, donde las personas que pernoctaron eran un poco bulliciosas, escuchamos todo lo que hicieron en la noche y posteriormente en la mañana. Ojo con eso, porque no tienen buena aislación las habitaciones.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - A lovely room. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. It is in a great location near the bus terminal and the centre of town but in a very quiet street.
• VERA (10/5): Viajando_com_amigos - Gostamos do Hostal logo na chegada. Os proprietários Pola e Walter, nos receberam com muita simpatia, nos deixando super a vontade. Pola nos deu uma mapa da cidade e nos assinalou onde ficavam alguns restaurantes que eles gostam, onde ficavam as casas de câmbio, supermercado, etc. O café da manhã é bem caseiro com umas geleias deliciosas e pães quentinhos. O horário do café é as 08:30, mas são muito flexíveis. Caso você precise sair mais cedo para um passeio ou traslado por exemplo, eles deixam sua mesa preparada, o café na cafeteira elétrica já com água para você ter um café quentinha da hora. O hotel tem 8 quartos, a maioria com 1 cama de casal ou 2 camas. Como éramos em três, nos deram um quarto com 4 camas de solteiro, bem largas e confortáveis. O banheiro, como tudo é muito limpo. Tem sabonete líquido tanto no chuveiro quanto no lavatório e toalhas limpas e cheirosas. A localização e ótima, fica a 2 quadras da avenida principal, onde se encontram varias agências de viagem, bancos, farmácias, casas de câmbio e também alguns restaurantes e cafés. Deixamos o hostal com a certeza de que quando voltarmos já sabemos onde vamos nos hospedar. Muito obrigada Pola e Walter!

Das Zimmer war nicht sehr groß, aber für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt OK. Was das Badezimmer betrifft, so haben wir selten ein so blitzsauberes vorgefunden! Super, 100 % Weiterempfehlung der Unterkunft!

Eines der besseren Hostals, in dem ich seit lange war. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und kam obendrauf mit dem besten Kaffee, den ich seit langem in Hostals/Hotels hatte.
