- Laoudikos (7/5): - The only thing I liked about the accommodation was the staff, they were always polite and always willing to help you with anything you needed. The bathroom in the room is unacceptable, no one knows the hotel, the entrance to get inside is tragic, the wires are hanging from the electricity at the entrance to the hotel and the road is unacceptable, I would not stay there again.

- Stuart (1/5): Unsatisfied - Looks good in pictures but when you get there, it's not what you see in pictures, my room was terrible, bed was uncomfortable, small space, so when you turned on ac ,you froze and you couldn't control it, they replaced it but because of the small room you still froze. I used a fan they gave me . Stayed 4 days not once they cleaned the room. Room was probably 2-3 out of 10, shower barely trickled . All around i wish I could have canceled when I got there but I didn't want to go through the hassle. Everything above, staff was not very helpful, but at least you got free breakfast.

The place is a 3-minute walk from the beach and is also near convenient stores and restaurants. Wifi is also strong and stable The pavement along the beach is still under construction I think. There are also dangling electric wires on the way. I hope it gets fixed soon. But all and all, the place is worth the money

Knowing that it is so hot and humid, the window type ac that I think just atleast 1hp is so no effect! 3. There’s a leakage in the ceiling in our bathroom. 4. The shower head is broken, have to ask them to change. They should have check all of this before and make sure there’s no leakage or broken things! 5. Should provide 2 card keys! Which is a standard for hotels.

The road/walkway is muddy and puddles of water everywhere. It would be impossible to walk at night . The room wasn’t clean. Hair in the bathroom and on the toilet. Mosquitos everywhere inside the room. One bedroom comes with a bug light if that tells you anything . We walked straight to the beach and found a nice hotel and booked it . Walked back and checked out. Staff wasn’t friendly . The staff at uptown were very friendly .

The staff told my family that it’s ₱950 per additional pax with mattress however they inform me thru chat that it’s ₱900 only. 3. They didn’t inform us that there will be a additional cost for additional pax. 4. Every morning the water supply is so small. 5. Towels in the room has stains. 6. No initiation of changing rooms trash bin. 7. I didn’t know that there suites floors count are like you are in France Ground, 1st floor, 2nd floor.

We still have an issue outstanding with booking.com to get this resolved. The bed sheet was either too short or not wide enough for 2 depending on which way round you had it. The hotel wanted to charge for an extra blanket

- Douglas (4/5): - The first impression of the hotel is the entrance. A muddy path with trip hazards. Forget trying to wheel a nice suitcase up the entrace path. The rooms were fine. Clean and a good size. But you better hope you are not on the 4th floor. Quite a walk up the stairs with no lift. There are basically no facilities. No pool, bar, restaurant, deck chairs. Your only option for entertainment is a 5 minute walk down an uneven and muddy path to the beach. Its negotiable during the day time, but a bit hazardous at night. Overall not my idea of a 3 star hotel.

I just wish they would put a broom on the room so we could sweep the sands that accumulated from our shoes. Best of all are the dogs at the lobby. The only downside is that there's no elevator which makes it hard going up and down especially if ur pregnant or have a toddler or with a senior.

Once you do find and enter, it wasn’t as nice as I thought it would be. The staff was very nice. A light/simple but good breakfast was included, so that was nice. Hotel is set back a ways from the beach, makinh it very quiet at the hotel location. The room and amenities, air con all were good. Room was small, but iwas clean and comfortable. TV worked fine, but had limited channels.
