Guest Reviews
- LeAsiah (10/5): I enjoyed my stay I loved the quiet hours part the most I love a place that has quiet hours it makes where you are so mu - It was a great location and the staff was amazing N/A
- Ketchum (10/5): Lee and Shony was very pleasant i highly recommended they made me fill right at home -
- Nicholas (1/5): Drug deal when we pulled in said hell no and turned around - Didn’t stay Everything
- Courtney (1/5): - The location was the only positive to this hotel. It was disgusting. The amount of pets here was insane. People just hanging outside at all hours, the smell of animal was awful. Not clean at all. There was no toilet even in the room. But guess what, the front desk closes at 4 so to bad if you need anything. We left the next morning at 7 and the front desk was still closed. I would not stay here period.
- Ladarius (3/5): The day was OK but could use better cleaning - Rest all over the fixtures in the bathroom and to top it off dog hair in the room and when you turn on the air, it just smelled like a wet dog
- Kori (1/5): -
- McG (8/5): Great place - Not Served Everything ok
- George (1/5): Collusion of Corruption - Nothing Everything, had to call the Police on the HOTEL STAFF/ MANAGER.. Floors were so dirty and disgusting that they clearly are NOT being washed. Fridge would not get cold, had to keep moving my food and drinks into freezer and back,TV had a issue where a pop up kept going around the screen every 3 minutes Every channel so TV was not a option.Manager Lee and Manager Sunny very unprofessional,no communications between staff and management....they say 1 thing yet expect to then change what they said and tried to blame me( very Unprofessional) Will get your floor cleaned up NEVER HAPPENED.Will swap out your Fridge NEVER HAPPENED They knew the room had a bad microwave, yet wait till after I arrive to switch it out? Lee stated he would fix the issues and instead because that night the guest above me kept me up half the night walking loudly around on the floor, boom, boom, boom over and over and over and over get it now!!! Only after reaching out to Police and bookings.com was there any offer of a Room change and at that point it's to late for THAT AS WELL. Woodspring Suites never offered another room until after I reached out to You bookings and they lied to your representative claiming they offered another room and I declined,Grrrrrrr that is a Bold face LIE 100%. They then called the Police on me and claimed Disorderly contact yet I never had a face to face conversation so even though I chose to stay in the original room, they sent someone to my room to ask me again if I was checking out? Why would they do this? To make a false claim of disorderly conduct, they were trying to falsely get me kicked out.BIG BIG MISTAKE,I WILL be contacting a ATTORNEY/ LAWYER over this HOTEL.
- Ktora (5/5): Just okay - Great price Great location

- Brittany (1/5): DIRTY - The staff at check in were friendly EXTREMELY DIRTY. Mold on the window sill, the floors in our room were sticky and had black sections of caked on dirt. Toothpaste on the door stopper, painters tape trying to hold an outlet on, the bathroom door didn’t even close, splatters of things that have been spilled on the walls. It was absolutely awful. We checked in at 3, put our stuff in the room and didn’t return until 11:30 so we didn’t have a chance to look over the room before we left. Had we done that, we wouldn’t have even stayed.
- Kathleen (1/5): - Nothing Everything... there was 3 of us staying in the double queen room. The bathroom only had 2 sets of towels and when we asked for one more towel the night front desk said "no, you know the rules." We asked what that meant and she said they only cleaned the room every 2 weeks! We were only staying one night! Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
- Valdez (10/5): - Everything I liked everything
- Tatum (1/5): - The property had bugs everywhere I did not stay at the hotel There where bugs everywhere I did not stay at the hotel overnight I had to shorten my trip due to this hotel being really nasty
- Michael (3/5): Will not return - The location was near restaurants The room was dirty, the bed uncomfortable only giving 2 pillows, bugs guts all over wall and not cleaned off.

- Adisleydi (1/5): - It's the most horrible place I've ever seen. Not for the place but for the atmosphere, starting from the receptionists to all the guests.... That's a drug addict hotel, with children sitting outside at 1:am smoking. The receptionist was there with 3 children surrounding the place at 1:am.... That place is crazy, I felt fear and extreme discomfort. All the people who came in and out could be seen on their faces and appearance that they were under the effects of coughing drugs, horrible! I had never seen anything like it. They gave me a phone number to call if there was a problem (apparently I was lucky that nothing happened to me but it seems that it is a problematic place) arriving a man with a strong smell of marijuana was fighting with the receptionist. The dirty floor, spider web, the homeskeper does not have. Clean towels ... you have to ask for them at reception .... The craziest place I've ever known in my entire life. I have much more to say, but it would take me much longer.... I don't recommend it to anyone

- Tarice (7/5): -
- Alex (10/5): - I love how I can travel with my emotional support pet. Everyone is treated equally. I have an express need to be treated novelty. I want to feel special. Equal is also good just not excellent.
- Jose (3/5): - Sucio

- Chatica (5/5): My stay at Woodspring - I didn't like it much but the front desk clerk was nice people hanging outside, it was lady bugs and stink bugs all over the room and I didn't feel safe
- Darren (10/5): Enjoyable - Worth every penny!
- Orlando (4/5): -
- tayes (10/5): - I loved everything about the hotel I didnt like the fact it was cold outside
- Sierra (2/5): -
- Harvey (3/5): The worst - I like the location It had bugs, and it was a hole in the tub. It was a bug in the tub, in the sink and on the bed.
- Angela (7/5): -
- Abraham (10/5): - Was clean and comfortable for my week stay.
- Constandino (2/5): Never again - Load people at all hours of night roaming halls trying to get into room that were not there’s . Room smelled and amenities were not provided that were listed in description
- Lauren (8/5): -
- Gary (1/5): LEFT IN DISGUST - NOTHING EVERYTHING
- Benny (8/5): - The otdoord was not nice with people all over the place others didnt have their keys and wanted to get in when one is passing around
- Victor (2/5): - Roaches were running everywhere when I turned the lights on in the room. Needless to say I didn’t stay and went to a different motel. Now this place won’t even refund me my money. Absolute nightmare….
- David (4/5): -
- Tim (2/5): - This place has no staff on duty when needed. It's also Infested with roaches!!!. I only stayed 1 of the 2 nights I paid for!
- Michael (10/5): - Staff was wonderful and assisted immediately when I discovered the desk did not have a chair I needed for my business travel. Within 5 minutes I had what was needed.
- Deborah (2/5): - Call me.
- Kontreal (2/5): - The first room that he gave us was used the second room had roaches the area around the door was left open all night. It’s a terrible nasty hotel.
- Brandon (2/5): - Trashy place. The front desk hung up on me when I called about extra charges for days after I checked out. Then they never answered the phone again. I had to call multiple corporate numbers to get 50% of my extra charges back. Stay away
- Neville (4/5): Will stay elsewhere - Was disappointed in the accommodations and seemed like a rough neighborhood. Next time I will spend more money on nicer accommodations, the Quality Inn or LaQuinta would have been a better choice.
- Kristi (2/5): - No one was at the front desk to check in at 10:30 pm. Tried calling the provided phone number multiple times and no one answered. Another customer had already been trying to reach someone for 30 minutes. I ended up having to go to another hotel. The right thing to do is to give a full refund.
- Lester (10/5): - Really enjoyed everything about our stay
- Dorothy (2/5): - Terrible. The area itself leaves a lot to be desired. We still decided to check in as it was later in the day and we were exhausted. The girl behind the counter charged me twice for the room because she couldn’t figure out how to check us in. People were steady coming in and out. We finally got to the room after being bothered for money in the hallway from a “guest” and it wreaked of smoke. We immediately checked out and left. No refund despite not staying.
- Elizabeth (2/5): - Couldn’t even in check in to my room. Limited check in times. Forget getting a refund for a place I never stayed in for.
- Kiana (2/5): Don’t do it! - Made my reservation on hotels and when I got the no one was at the front desk, they had two number to call and I call both numbers multiple time waiting about 10 mins before one of the workers came to the lobby. He checks me in only for the room to have roaches, he then tried two other room but roaches everywhere. I refused to stay there hopefully I can get my money back.
- James (7/5): -
- Taha (1/5): VERY BAD - VERY BAD DON’T GO HERE. THERE WAS NO ONE AT THE FRONT DESK I COULDN’T CHECK-IN LAZY PEOPLE
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Disgusting and filthy
- Jessica (2/5): - The lady at check in was super nice and that’s the only good thing I can say. I did not feel safe here with my children. There were people outside the hotel doing drugs in the open right by the door to get in, no regard for anyone. Staff did not say or do anything. Parties all night long, constant noise. People are obviously living here. Roaches on the wall. Mold on the ceilings that made the smell awful. Hole punched through our bathroom door. Would not provide a hair dryer or an extra pillow for my handicap mother to get comfortable in the bed, which was way too high and a very cheap, uncomfortable bed. The smell in the room is absolutely awful from the mold. Some type of burns all over the floor. Broken blinds with no curtains so shady people can look in on you while they’re outside smoking w**d. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and this was by far the worst.
- Miranda (2/5): Awful stay - The place was disgusting. Our room didn’t look clean at all. Bugs everywhere and a really sketchy environment. Floors were sticky and the room looked nothing like the pictures. I needed a hairdryer and there wasn’t one. Had to call front desk and they hung up on me. Roach motel
- Larry (2/5): - THERE WERE BED BUGS AND ROACHES IN THE ROOM!!! I HAD TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL FOR ME AND MY CHILDREN TO STAY AT! There was no staff after hours, so I couldn't even report it until the next day!!! Disgusting and dirty, I would sleep in my car before I stay there again!!!!!!
- Rachel (1/5): Had to call the police to safely escort me to my car, people kept trying to knock and get into my rooo. DO NOT STay - If I could give a negative rating I would. I was traveling on a roadtrip as a solo female with my large dog and the reviews were mixed on this place and I should have listened but when I arrived around 9 pm it was an unusual check in to start, you have to phone someone who comes down to unlock the garage door covering over the desk and gives you the room key and handles the check in. The room smelt of smoke and it was barely clean. I could've got past all of this if it wasn't for my room phone beginning to ring at 10 pm, followed by multiple people knocking on my door from 10pm to midnight, and then someone physically trying to open my door. I have never been so glad to purchase days before a hotel door lock off amazon. I ended up having to call the police to make sure I was safe enough to get downstairs at 1230 am to my car to drive as fast as I could away from there. I felt safer sleeping at gas stations on my route than this hotel. NEVER BOOK HERE.
The icing on the cake is the hotel will not refund the money they changed me for this 3 hour horror stay. Everything was the worst experience of my life in a hotel and I have stayed at hotels all over the world
- Mary (6/5): - OK for short stays, clean and tidy and near shops and restaurants
- Ottinger (1/5): Bad - Could have been better people up all night beating on walls and doing stupid shit Everything
- Lugendo (4/5): - There was as stain on the covers of the mattress. Some of the towels had some hair on it before we even used them. The top of the fridge had dust and debris and a couple of leaves. The icing on the cake was the live cockroach we seen on the wall on our second night.
- Bonnie (6/5): Definitely not the nicest place we've ever stayed. - It was close to our venue & in my price range. The dumpster was overflowing & trash was piled in heaps around it. The floors in our room were grimy & sticky. After walking around in socks, our socks were black & dirty. The beds were HARD as rocks. No front desk staff when we went to check out at 9...had to slide room keys under window cover.
- Tiffany (8/5): - The staff
- Nicholas Gerard (2/5): - Roach Motel
- Tiffany (8/5): - The staff were very helpful
- Kristina (6/5): - The property itself was ok and the staff was friendly, but there was a shooting the first day we were there and the doors were locked out after that and even with our key we couldnt get in. We had to call people to let us in or wait until someone came out to let us in, which was very inconvenient. It seemed more like a halfway house than a hotel.
- Chasity (10/5): - Booked a room with two queen beds in it they fail to succeed I had to go buy a air mattress for the kids cuz they booked my room with someone else didn't even give a discount I paid full price for the one bed room
- Maria (4/5): - No comment
- Jemel (2/5): - I arrived at my hotel and the hotel room was under construction and I couldn’t stay there I want my money back I had to find a place to stay after driving 9 hours
- Kyle (10/5): - Would stay again
- hr (8/5): - The elevator Always Smells bad due to Customers Animals!!! The Outside area Always has Overflowing Trash!!!
- hr (10/5): - The Owners were Very courteous and Informative. The Most Cleanest Hotel I’ve Slept At Since My Move to Tennessee. I Will be Back🤗
- Jeremy (4/5): It was clean - The hotel room was clean and thats the highlight. The front desk worker was super nice and worked wirh Hotels.com when he couldn't find our reservation and they were able to sort it out and give us a room. You can tell they are trying to update the hotel and i can appreciate that.
Our room was clean but we had no towels when we called in the evening they had ro wash some and took until morning to get some. Our toilet was slow to drain after using which isnt great.
Blinds in the room were broken and dirty, no curtain to close to block out light and the ac/heater slates were dirty. (That was the only thing dirty in the room).
- Elizabeth (4/5): Don't stay here if you are used to anything nice. - I instantly regretted not spending more for the stay but I was looking for some place that could accommodate for parking a large tractor trailer close by. It was fine to just have a place to sleep and shower, but if you're used to staying somewhere kind of nice... this is not the place. Fresh coat of paint is the minimum needed to cover the spots where there is no paint, once you get past the black moldy spots on the ceiling in the bathroom and all the hair stuck on the lampshades. Some new bedsheets and covers would be nice as its not nice to see spots and stains of previous guests. The positive thing is that the bathroom was clean, shower looked like it was newly fitted and the mattress was comfortable.
- shannon (10/5): - M
- Dustin (4/5): - Had bugs
- Patricia (4/5): - Booked for 3 people, only 2 towels provided. No coffee pot. No vent in bathroom. Trash all around property, Walmart carts all around property. I'm assuming people rent monthly and go get their groceries and bring the cart back with them
- Joseph (1/5): The worse hotel I've ever stayed at - I was not impressed with anything unfortunately. The room was extremely filthy, roaches in the room, paint peeling off the walls, mold in the bathroom area, 🤢 someone tried to come into my room in the middle of the night. I will never stay at that hotel again. It truly needs to be renovated
- Quannah (7/5): Good -
- Jason (2/5): - Unclean.
Smells horrible.
Has bugs
- Lakesha (2/5): - The outside looks good but the inside is horrible. I switch rooms three time’s. The third room, I just stayed since I paid ahead.
There was a big party outside. The first floor smelled like smoke throughout the office. The rooms are outdated, broken blinds, and old furniture. I had another family that supposed to stay but I told them no because I was too embarrassed that I chose this place. It was like living in the projects.
- Scotty (2/5): - As soon as you walked into the lobby, you could smell cigarette smoke, even though we though it was a smoke free facility. There was a friendly man that checked us in at 6 pm. I went to the car to get our suitcases and when we came back, the window for check in was closed. When we got to our room, it smelled like smoke. There was a cigarette burn on the toilet seat. There was a cockroach on the ceiling, and later that night, one in the bathroom. We asked to change rooms but the hotel was all booked. The TV remote was broken. There were no hand towels. And no one answered the phone number at the front desk for assistance. There was so much noise inside and outside that we didn’t sleep well. The cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel was not good. When we checked out or tried to check out in the morning, the front desk window was still closed. We have stayed at other Woodspring hotels that have been well cared for, but we will not stay at this one again.
- Stefanie (6/5): Pleasant -
- Nicholas (6/5): Pleasant -
- Williams (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alan (2/5): - A lot noise and security service CAN NOT do anything about it. Cockroaches are running around. See attached photos
- W3480WHstevev (2/5): Disappointed - We stayed at a Wood Spring Suites in Bowling Green Kentucky.and it was great:clean, well supplied, and the staff was friendly. The Wood Spring Suites on Liberty in Nashville was 99 dollars. It was dirty, no staff were present, and the internet and TV, were not working in the entire hotel,
something they should have told us since I had work ro do that required internet. Quite disappointing!!!
Not even an apology about the internet and cable.
- Stefanie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kayley (10/5): - Staff is always accommodating. It’s been a really good experience even amidst the stressful situation of being without a place to live and going through the process of finding another place.
- Ronald (10/5): - Good experience all around.
- Jennifer (1/5): I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE ELSE UNLESS THEY ARE ALSO ON DRUGS! That’s the only wa - Absolutely nothing The CONSTANT smell of marijuana, the food scattered all over the floor, elevator buttons were sticky, doors slamming ALL NIGHT LONG, neighboring room acted as if they were on an deserted island alone with ZERO consideration for other guests, TV didn’t work in first room I was in so got moved and then the remote didn’t work, IT WAS HORRIFIC ALL THE WAY AROUND!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good
- Brenton (10/5): - nice interior
- Tiffnie (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE EVER! - Nothing a roach infested hotel The room was infested with roaches and the hotel refused to give me my money back
- Joy (10/5): Exceptional -
