- alyla (6/5): Soluzione smart ma poco spazio vitale - Sicuramente la posizione della struttura è il punto forte, a pochissimi passi dalla stazione di Nishishinjuko che è servita da due linee di metro, ci sono altre fermate servite da 4 o 5 linee ma per muoversi nella sterminata Tokyo va più che bene. Ci sono diversi 7eleven e Family Mart nella zona che sono sempre molto comodi. La struttura è nuova e ha una serie di servizi: lavanderia, spa, pub ecc che a me personalmente non sono serviti ma sono comunque molto apprezzati e utili. La finestra della camera al 15° piano aveva una vista splendida sulla città Mi rendo conto che gli standard di spazio giapponesi e in special modo quelli di Tokyo siano molto differenti dagli standard europei, però la stanza è davvero troppo piccola. Il letto è precisamente installato tra due pareti quindi se siete alti non ci state stesi per dritto, non c'è davvero nessuno spazio oltre il letto tra le due mura della camera. Se siete stesi e volete andare in bagno non c'è nessun modo per farlo se non passare sopra alla persona che dorme con voi. I materassi erano scomodi, comodo invece il cuscino basso. Il bagno piccolo ma completo di tutto. Non fanno nemmeno il riassetto giornaliero, per un soggiorno di 4 notti hanno pulito la camera il giorno prima di partire. In compenso cambiano gli asciugamani ogni giorno.

- Miguel (9/5): - El personal ,fueron muy amables y atentos.Agradezco al señor Miyazaki y al resto del equipo la implicación para intentar solucionar un problema que surgió con la rotura de una de mis maletas por parte de la empresa de transporte. La habitación ,si viajas con maletas grandes es algo pequeña ,aunque se puede aprovechar el hueco debajo de la cama.

- Aykut (9/5): - La chambre un peu petit mais très propre, si jamais il y a les bains chaud au 2ème étage et une piscine extérieure au 8ème étage qui sont compris dans votre séjour. Chaque jour vous recevez des linges et peignoirs propre, l'excellence japonaise ! La moquette dans la chambre c'est le seul défaut.
