- Valerie (6/5): - Compact and adequate for our needs but expected more spacious accommodation. We didn't have a car but a car was parked outside our apartment making it difficult for us to access the property. The apartment was clearly marked as a Mobility Apartment with disabled sign. We mentioned this on check-out. Unlikely to stay there again.
- steve (6/5): - Parking is tight, and all surrounding roads have various yellow lines. Closest free park is the country lane behind the church. Bathroom extractor didn't appear to work and only one breakfast bowl in the room. Bathroom need some tlc.

- Margaret (6/5): Style over substance - Om arrival we had our room change toa larger room however tye shower head was so scaled up we couldnt get much water out The towels ee had were frayed and ready for the bin. I did get reception to change them but also the towels are too small. The windows could do with a clean along with the net curtains that are grunby and torn. The hotel has so many positives and are let down by the negatives. Im not sure if we would stay again which is a shame. Maube if improvements are made we nay reconsider

- Verified traveler (6/5): Parking a problem - Parking is a major issue. There is only 4 free spaces available for 20 apartments. On-street parking is restricted by yellow lines and usually full each night. The advertising seems to imply that they have "arrangements" at public car parks but they don't - and they are a long way from the accommodation. I think that it needs a more honest description.

- Fiona (10/5): Great find - Wonderful facility. All rooms have a mini kitchenette facility with full size fridge, hob and oven. As I was working nights this suited me perfectly. Was a great find for me and I will 100% stay here again. The town was just around the corner with a Morrisons a 5 minute drive away. Easy to access and helpful hosts on hand if needed. Felt like home.

- Marianne (10/5): Lovely view of the Abbey - Really enjoyed our stay. The setting is remarkably quiet considering it is so close to the village centre and opposite the Abbey. The concierge was really helpful and always cheerful! We had some issues with parking in the limited Hotel spaces but there is plenty of free parking close by. Would definitely stay there again.

- Elizabeth (10/5): Lovely stay at No 10. - We enjoyed our stay at No 10, the room was first class, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen area was really useful at breakfast time. It was in a lovely location, next to the Abbey and an easy short walk into the town. The only comment I would make was that the staircase could do with new paint and carpet. Overall a really enjoyable stay, and the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful.

- Jolene (6/5): - This is a really really lovely property and was furnished to a high standard with a comfortable bed. Clearly, a lot of toughy has gone in to the presentation of the whole building. However, the heating in our room didn't work and so it was absolutely freezing and this spoilt the stay. We also booked this type of room so we could cook our own breakfast in the morning, however, the frying pan was so dirty (even after a good scrub) that we decided not to cook there and ate in a local cafe instead. Overall, it was a good stay and if the heating and cleaning of cooking equipment could be sorted then we would stay again.
- nathan (8/5): I can't quite put my finger on it, just odd. - Hotels.com says there is parking. You pay a non-refundable rate. After you have booked the non-refundable room, the 'hotel' emails saying that there are only 4 spaces for 10 rooms. You email back saying you need one and the reply comes that there are actually no parking spots owned by the 'hotel'. Note that this is not an hotel. Also note that the communication is entirely automated and no human intervention is possible. Caveat emptor.

- Tyrone (10/5): - Sometimes pictures of hotel are not what they seen in real life view but I’ve got to say this was exactly what the pictures show. Was really nice, went for few night getaway with my parter and it made the time away that much better. Definitely recommend. (Nice pub right next door too) and even though our hotel window was next to the beer garden there was not a lot of noise at all. For sure I will be going back

- Alain (8/5): Great central find. - Really nicely appointed , spacious room that had everything you need. Everything worked and checkin/checkout was really easy. The room was generally clean other than the hob still had a spillage from a previous stay and the shower waste was full of hair. The front door could have been quieter and you could hear the occupant walking around upstairs so not great if you are a light sleeper. We would defiantly use again as the location was perfect and only a short walk from the town centre. The deposit was paid back the same day we checked out

- Verified traveler (2/5): - Absolutely appalling that no one from this property can be bothered to even apologise firstly for the first two nights the noise level in the room was like being at a concert as they failed to advertise that the room we booked backed straight into a pub garden !!!!! This property’s owners seem to completely ignore the paying customer as I’ve sent a e mail explaining our experience but to no avail !!!!!! If you don’t like peace and quiet, don’t mind showering in half a shower don’t mind using backward plumbing love being ignored by the owners then book at once, if you want a nice holiday look elsewhere
- Verified traveler (4/5): - I didn't like the fact that there was no air conditioning in the room or that the front door banged loudly whenever anyone came in. Another nuisance was the fact that the double bed was shoved into the corner of the room against a wall.

- Jane (8/5): - We were very comfortable staying at the Abbey, there were a few things that we were not happy about and have told the manager. One being that the clothes hanging bar was too high for me to reach, and the room could have done with a chest of drawers, one small thing is that black bedding is not very popular with most people. Overall it was very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen facilities were really good, we will definitely be staying there in the future. It is very near the Abbey and the centre of Wymondham. I will be recommending it to our friends who will be visiting soon.

- Dean (8/5): Overnight - Lovely room , clean next to the lovely abbey Was a little uncomfortable as it was very warm and there is no air conn , maybe bigger floor standing fans would help , Overall great though
