- RAJENDRA BALKRISHNA (8/5): Location, staff, Pricing , Rooms with Lift, AC Fan TV, Near Metro station & restaurants. - There is a metro station near to hotel and 3 stops to BIEC hence its was good for this purpose. Room rent is reasonable. There are good and reasonable hotels for breakfast and meals at justv200 meters walk . Rooms are good Ac /Fan and TV ok Bathrooms are good. Cockroaches are seen all over when u return back late evenings . They start to hide moment you switch ON the lights.
- Mohd Rafeeq (1/5): Unfit for family stay. - The staff charged us 400 rupees for each room for the early check in and I had no choice as it was very early in the morning and couldn't look for another room as I had my family with me. The staff did not give me an Invoice or receipt for the extra 800 rupees. During the night time, there was big noise from the neighbour room as it was occupied by drunk people. The hotel also had an alcohol bar attached to it and it is not fit for a family stay. There are spider webs inside the room and it is not only dirty but also potentially dangerous to stay inside such a hotel room.

- Sur Roy (1/5): - Rooms are extremely dirty, bedsheets and towels are torn , old and stained. Bathrooms are pathetic, with layer of black dirt deposits on all buckets, basis and commode. The hotel is filled with smell of moss. It was a pathetic experience. Wastage of entire money. Never going back.

- Shreeganesh (1/5): Miserable place - Nothing in particular for a quality traveler. More of a lodge category. There are all items as listed in the advert, but the general feel is not good. Typical Lodge. Bathrooms are horrible. Floor is all different levels. Taps are all centuries old ones with scale looking very dirty. There is no water flow. THe ventilator glass is all open. No privacy at all. nearby lodge people can actually see inside the bathroom!!! The Room Door does not have a proper facility to lock, inside.

- Sridhar (7/5): It’s a decent stay. - 1. Location 2. Room size was good. They had a nice table and chair. 3. They had no restaurant in the hotel. We ordered food from outside. They allowed the delivery guy to deliver at door step. This was convenient. It would have helped if they provided a small seat in addition to a chair for two of us to sit at the table and eat. It’s a minor one. 1. There was no parking facility. Had to do road side parking. 2. The tap in the wash basin wasn’t working. While we told the staff about it, it wasn’t addressed. Had to manage with a mug which was quite an inconvenience. 3. It was a bit noisy outside the room with phone ringing often. 4. There was no provision to close the door with a knob from the inside. The latch on the top door was also not working. So, every time we had to bend down and use the latch at the door bottom to close the door. This was inconvenient.

- Subhayan (5/5): Best place nearest to Bangalore International Exhibition Ground. Has cockroach. - The location is perfect if you are in town for any event taking place at Bangalore International Exhibition Ground, as I was. It is also close to the metro station (Dasarahalli) and the main road. The staff are very polite and helpful. The all you can eat complementary breakfast on the roof is on par with those at 5 star properties, in terms of the taste and authenticity. The price is as good as it gets. I booked just a few days before I travelled and paid under Rs. 2000 per night. Unhygienic. I found cockroaches in the room on three occasions over 4 days. Staff was very helpful in cleaning and spraying the room. But come on. Room itself was unclean. Bathroom had shampoo satchets and soap boxes left over from previous guests.
