- kenichi (6/5): 全体的には良い印象でしたが。。。 - チェックイン時の対応については、男性従業員の親切丁寧な説明と部屋までの案内で老舗旅館に相応しい対応と感じました。 しかし、翌日早朝6:30出発で対応した従業員にはガッカリしました😓 コロナ禍の中、マスクもせずに、お願いしてあった朝食弁当を持参し、履いて来たサンダルをお願いすれば、入口にある下足入れにありませんかと聞かれ、無いと答えると中の方へ探しに行き中には有りませんとの返答。 私自身も中の方へ探しに行き、私の名前が書いてある場所を見れば、きちんと所定場所にあるでは無いですか。 この従業員はどこを見て無いと言っていたか見当も付きませんし、挙句にもし無ければ入口にある旅館のサンダルを使ってくれと言われましたが、正直、決して綺麗とは言えないサンダルを言って来ました。 出発時のやり取りが無ければ、全体的に非常に良い印象でしたが残念です。 PS:温泉について、立って入る温泉の表示はしっかり有るのですが、常時入れる露天風呂の表示が無く従業員に確認し案内して貰った状況でした。 従業員も分かりづらいですよねと言っていましたが、表示を追加すれば良い話しではないでしょうか⁉️
- Syouhei (10/5): 老舗の温泉旅館 - 2時くらいからの急な宿泊予約でしたが、料理、対応等で全て完璧な対応でした。 温泉も素晴らしく、今回は1日だけの宿泊でしたが、次の機会は連泊してゆっくりしたいお宿でした。
