- O.J.T. (8/5): Prachtig uitzicht over de baai - Wij vonden de locatie perfect voor een bezoek aan Porto cervo en Porto rotondo. Ook diverse mooie strandjes zijn er te vinden. De kamer was groot met een terras en een prachtig uitzicht. Wel enigzins gedateerd maar alles functioneerde goed en het bed lag heerlijk. Het ontbijt is goed met keuze uit diverse eiergerechten, tosti of crêpe. Ook de koffie is goed. Je kan er ook avondeten en dat was prima al waren wij de enige gasten die bleven eten. Het zwembad is heerlijk om baantjes te trekken met een mooi uitzicht en prima ligbedden. De auto mag met het uitladen van de koffers naar boven gereden worden maar daarna moet je beneden parkeren. Het is een aardige klim naar boven. De verlichting in de kamer mag wel iets sfeervoller

- Bruna (10/5): Perfect place to our honeymoon - It’s a beautiful place, the pool is super clean (they clean it everyday), and we had a lot of silence. The breakfast is also good (it is possible to ask for a « to go » breakfast in case you need to leave early) and you can book a home made dinner there. The hosts are very friendly :) It’s not possible to bring food and eat there for hygiene reasons.

- Okan (10/5): Lovely holiday villa with a magestic view. - The hosts are great, kind, helpful and fun. If you stay more than a couple of nights, make sure you eat one dinner here. Federico helps with some tips about the beaches and timings. They are also so kind to prepare us some breakfast baskets for our boat trip. And we learned that Toto Cutugno is not the coolest Italian music at all :))) It’s not that we didn’t like it but beware. This is not a hotel, it’s a villa b&b. They run it with their way and principles and if it’s fine for you (it was with us) then perfect.

Je conseille fortement vous ne pouvez pas être déçu. Endroit calme ou il y fait bon se reposer au bord de la piscine avec une magnifique vue sur Porto cervo et à l'écart de la circulation intense en cette période. Nous y retournerons sûrement.

- John (10/5): - Frederiko and Francesca could not have made us more welcome. They run and beautiful oasis away from the main hubs of Obia and Porto Rotondo but although peaceful it is not isolating and within easy access of all the normal amenities, loads of walks, beaches and small villages. Anastasia is a lively property, loads of space, great pool and enough separation of the various rooms to make all feel very individual. Aside from the normal breakfast, we had dinner twice there, each time is was really top quality, fresh fish, locally caught and expertly prepared. Francesca prepared equally outstanding deserts, all with a little Italian flair. I could not rate this place enough and we will certainly return.

- Grainne (10/5): Warm Sardinian hospitality with the most amazing view - Beautiful villa with amazing views, just on the outskirts of Porto Redondo. Perfect spot for exploring Costa Esmerlda and all of its beautiful beaches and ports. Everything is only a short drive away. Wonderful hospitality and recommendations on beaches, restaurants to visit, etc. shown by the owners. The breakfast offering was a lovely addition. It felt like a home away from home. Peaceful, picturesque, and with warm hospitality. I'd highly recommend a stay. No negatives, but a car is probably required.

Struttura pulitissima e ben curata, camere molto spaziose e pulitissime. I proprietari Federico e Francesca sono disponibilissimi è molto cordiali e accoglienti. Offrono un servizio di ristorante solo per gli ospiti davvero eccezionale, cibo fresco e di qualità. Struttura da 5 stelle piene per tutti i servizi.

We had the unexpected bonus of 2 extra nights in Sardinia due to flight can - Great location - not far from the airport and towns, but also lots of beaches nearby. Lovely clean and spacious rooms. Great pool and nicely kept grounds. Delicious breakfast and evening meals which were great for kids and adults. Fantastic friendly hosts who helped with daily trip and restaurant recommendations.
- Marcos (6/5): Great views - The place is really beautiful with a lot of potential, it was clean and the breakfast is good with quality items, it’s not a typical all you can eat buffet but it’s ok for us, we prefer quality over quantity, the gardens are well maintained, really beautiful and pleasant, the views are astonishing, the pool is a decent size and the water was a good temperature. Really good hairdryer in the room. The rooms lack some decor, doesn’t match the exterior, the beds are not comfortable, they could invest a bit more in the comfort, beds, mattress, sheets, pillows, etc.. The breakfast is only from 8:00 to 9:30, but they make you a early breakfast if you need it early. The restaurant must be reserved in the morning for the evening. The pool only opens from 11:00 to 19:00 if you’re planing on staying in the hotel you finish your breakfast and you have to wait for the pool to open. I didn’t feel at home, and I always had the feeling that they were making me a favor to stay in their place, that’s a shame when you are paying almost 300 a night..

- Youssef (9/5): Excellent stay and nice area to be based to explore north east Sardinia. - The B&B is exceptionally well managed, beautiful garden, nice shared swimming pool, the suite was big and clean, it had a beautiful view on the sea in the distance. The breakfast was great and generous, and the hosts were kind and present. They catered for everything we asked for, they offered advice on nice beaches to visit, they even prepared dinner for us on very late notice and wouldn’t let us pay. The property is a short drive from beautiful beaches and ports, there are also lots of restaurants to choose from in the area.

We loved the view and balcony in our room and the pool was especially nice to cool off in at the end of some very hot days! We loved the fact we could eat on site in the evening and not have to drive as Francesca would (notice at breakfast time) prepare the most delicious food, with Frederico always on hand as our genial host with stories and tips. The grounds and rooms were immaculately kept and we enjoyed a fabulous five nights here. Thank you to Frederico and Francesca for all their hard work and love they pour into this outstanding guest house.

In my opinion they should not consider themself as four star hotel but as home accommodation. As that would describe this location more accurately. Maybe yes we should look more carefully if we make reservation. But we just had a superb experience in Tuscany hotel what was hotel.

- Ricardo (10/5): Amazing, super recommended, I just wished I had more days to stay there! - The owners were amazing doing their best to accommodate our requests in order so I could keep up my tight schedule that I have booked for some activities. The villa is super quiet with a great resting/swimming pool where you can spend some nice afternoons. The breakfast was amazing and believe me when I say I am quite picky with this. Even though you don't have a crazy amount of different choices compared with the high-end hotels, the freshness of it beats most of the hotels I have been to before, just make sure you let them know what is your preference the night before and most of the things will be cooked/prepared on the morning. The location is amazing if you have a car and wish to visit all the attractions close to Olbia. The internet connection was good and the apartment was very comfortable. The lights at night make it stand out even more. The place is beautiful and super well treated, will definitely return to this villa if I return to Sardegna. Nothing really important to point out, maybe a smart TV would be welcome but I can't say I would be using it a lot anyway. We could not find a hairdryer as well but I forgot to ask the owners about it.

The pool area is beautiful with good quality sunbeds and a great infinity pool! Our favourite part about this place was the fabulous food. Breakfast was a delight and dinner was even better! You order a day in advance as the guest house is very small, we ordered the mixed fish grill and it was delicious!!! It might be important to note that the guest house is slightly out of any town or village so restaurants are not a walkable distance - not an issue for us due to the great food served at the Villa Anastasia! We would highly recommend Villa Anastasia as a great base to explore the Costa Smeralda! :-)
