• Agius (6/5): This stay was a stop over from Europe, it served basics needs. - The bed is very comfortable! Breakfast excellent. The hotel foyer was very inviting as well.. Food at night was also excellent. Very poor Lighting in Bedroom and Bathroom. We were informed that we had been upgraded to a better room (really!) Couldn't open curtains, as whole view was of Slums just outside, and mouldy rundown shacks. I found that very confronting.Taps and power points very loose, Shower head was dreadful as couldn't stop water going everywhere over the floor.

• Sara (8/5): Für den Preis habe ich mehr erwartet, war aber im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden - Der Pool ist einfach toll. Vor allem, wenn es dunkel ist und die Lichter an sind. Er war immer sauber und das Personal brachte Essen und Getränke auf Wunsch direkt an die Liege. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Dusche. Es war alles nass, sobald man sich geduscht hat, da die Dusche in der Badewanne integriert ist und der Schlauch undicht war.

• David (10/5): Excelente hotel y muy buena experiencia - La estancia fue excelente. El hotel estaba muy limpio, la habitación era cómoda y moderna, y el personal siempre fue muy amable y atento. La ubicación también es muy buena para moverse por Bangkok. La piscina y las zonas comunes estaban muy cuidadas y tenían unas vistas increíbles. Sin duda volvería. La verdad es que todo estuvo genial. No tuvimos ningún problema durante la estancia.

• Marvin (10/5): Super preiswertes Hotel mit super Lage! Würden wir wieder buchen! - Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und hat täglich gewechselt. Es wurde sehr viel angeboten. Der Balkon war sehr klein und kann nicht mit zwei Personen genutzt werden. Die Klimaanlage war etwas laut.

El área de la piscina y la terraza ofrece una vista panorámica impresionante de la ciudad, ideal para relajarse después de un día de turismo. La cama es muy confortable y el baño está bien equipado Se agradece encontrar albornoces y un espacio de armario bien organizado. Sinceramente, todo cumplió con mis expectativas. La ubicación y el servicio hicieron que mi estancia de 3 noches fuera perfecta.

• Reviľák (7/5): - Celkom dobrý pomer kvality a ceny ubytovania. Izba bola čistá, pravidelný upratovaci servis. Raňajky formou bufetu aj v menšej turistickej sezóne v máji boli famózne. Obrovský výber raňajkových možnosti od vajíčok až po polievky a mäsové pokrmy. Strešný bazén stojí tiež za zmienku, je to pekná výhoda hotela. Poslednú výhodu čo spomeniem je smart televízor na izbe, ktorý ponúkal aj funkciu internetu a youtube čo milo potešilo. Aj keď hotel pôsobí na fotkách lepšie v skutočnosti nie je až taký ale to je asi bežné.

• Michelle (9/5): Würden wieder kommen! - Für uns eine sehr gute Lage. Zur Metro ist man ca. 15-20 Minuten gelaufen, uns hat das aber nichts ausgemacht. Man kann sonst auf grab nutzen, funktioniert super. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und wirklich sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück reichlich und vielfältig. Man konnte sich Eier auf Wunsch zubereiten lassen. Der Pool war etwas salzig aber man hat eine tolle Aussicht. Bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt in Bangkok würden wir wieder dieses Hotel wählen. Der Duschkopf hat etwas gesponnen. Der Pool war gefühlt etwas zu salzig aber das ist wirklich jammern auf hohem Niveau!

Our room was very big, bathroom was excellent, beds were comfortable, it was so dark and quiet- amazing for a great night's sleep. Breakfast had many, many options. Rooftop pool was great, there's a small but sufficient fitness centre and they give you sweat towels! Staff were lovely and helpful. Located in a bougie part of Bangkok. If you'd like to take public transport, it's quite far from this location (especially in 36 degree weather) and the nearby cheap street food options are a bit limited, but that's what you get for staying in a bougie area.

• Karolína (7/5): Convenient choice, but not 4+ stars hotel rooms - The location of the hotel was okay-7/11close, the neighborhood was nice,there were some bars and restaurants around. The pool looked better in person then in the pictures, great vibe. Very kind staff. We took the breakfast package with us as we were leaving early morning and it was quite solid. Breakfast were sufficient but very basic, not many european choices. Had to take taxis when we wanted to be effective with time as the metro was 20 minutes by walk, and the busses were not reliable. The hotel looks amazing at the reception, otherwise the rooms are old and not so clean - found body hair in the shower, walls were already dirty, mold in the bathroom… also very thin walls.

Un piscine est disponible en toit-terrasse. Le petit-déjeuner proposé, sous forme de buffet, est très varié. Personnel agréable et souriant. Nous recommandons grandement !

• Deborah (3/5): Pas un 5 étoiles ! - Le lobby donne l'impression d'un hôtel haut de gamme. Le petit déjeuner est grand avec beaucoup de choix. Le personnel de cuisine très sympa. La piscine est agréable. L'hôtel ne peut pas être considéré comme un 5 étoiles. Pas du tout comparable à d'autres hôtels 5 étoiles à Bangkok par la qualité du service et de la chambre. La chambre bien qu'elle soit "Deluxe" est mediocre. Pas de table de nuit des deux côtés du lit. Tâches sur les draps. Balcon pas nettoyé. Lit et oreillers extrêmement durs. Trous dans la tapisserie. Pas d'armoire pour ranger les habits. Échantillons dans la salle de bain pour le savon et shampoing. Aucun aliment et boisson ne doivent être consommés à la piscine et dans le lobby à part s'ils sont achetés à l'hôtel qui fait des prix bien élevés. La chambre n'est pas du tout bien isolée (intérieur de extérieur). Si on aime dormir dans une chambre sombre, impossible.

There was an issue with the aircon in our first room, so the hotel immediately gave us another room which was even bigger and better than we initially booked. We are really thankful. • Marzena (2/5): Poor.. Broken aircon - The hotel was clean and stuff was kind. Plus good location. I specifically choose two separate beds, but got one big. They gave me another, but smaller room, and it was a downgrade.. Aircondition broke down in the middle of the night, we woke up sweated. Couldn't sleep in this stuffy room. They said they can't refund, as well as give me another room - allegedly fully booked... Upon checkout the manager agreed to compensate with a free lunch.. I appreciate the gesture, but Tom Kga Kai I've got was the worst I've ever eaten. Chicken had skin, bones and cartilage.. Bad experience. Never again!

Alueella on paljon ravintoloita, mutta suurin osa niistä ei ole autenttisia Thai tyylisiä. Kaikissa niissä ei saanut palvelua Thain kielellä. Huoneessa oli parveke, mutta se oli täysin käyttökelvoton, koska se oli suoraan toisen talon seinää vasten eikä siitä ollut näköalaa minnekkään. Huoneessa ei ollut kuin yksi tuoli. Minibaaria ei ollut vaikka se oli varauksessa mainittu.

I have repeatedly complained about the hotels TV channels and nothing changes. I am hesitant to return again because they are so limited with English channel and bad quality picture and sound. When traveling alone (for business) good tv is a must and even better is smart tv with Netflix and YouTube.

• Xabi2017 (8/5): Buen hotel pero cama supletoria mala - LA ubicación y la piscina La cama supletoria. Fuimos 3 amigos y la tercera cama muy dura e incomoda. No lo recomendaría para 3 personas.
