• Robert (7/5): We all had a great time for the week we were there. - The staff were excellent. Friendly, helpful, efficient, responsive and made us feel very welcome. Room was clean and tidy. Pool was also clean. Grounds are kept clean and well maintained. A real authentic Bali feel top the Hotel as a whole. The only thing that could have been better would be if they billed drinks by the pool and the sports bar to your room. We were there with family and friends, so it was difficult to keep a track on who had what during an afternoon by the pool. Only a very minor thing.

• Will (10/5): The staff went above and beyond. Modern room great facilties. - The staff went above and beyond and it was easily the best place I have stayed at in Bali. Cythina, Agus and the crew are amazing, and it is definitely worth paying the extra money to get a pool access room. The rooms were modern and clean. The location is ok. Short 10 min walk to the Beach with some nice cafes and La Brisa, but a scooter ride from the town and markets.

• Edith (10/5): Amazing, good location! - The pool bar was my best chill out spot. They serve variety of cocktails and there's karaoke everyday! The evening is the best time to be at the pool. You can request for music of your choice. The staff were amazing especially Cynthia. The breakfast was also good. Nothing really not to like. However I wish they could extend pool time to 8pm. The weather is cooler then for a swim.

• Eleanor (1/5): Don’t stay here. There are much nicer hotels and villas in Cangggu for the same price or less. - Only positive is that it’s a short walk to the beach. The room was incredibly unclean and some of the furniture was broken. There was a layer of oil over the floor of the bathroom, as if it hadn’t been cleaned with a proper detergent. Other customers have complained about bed bugs and I can completely understand why - it was gross. The pool has a layers of green algae that makes you think it hasn’t been properly cleaned in years. We decided to stay at a different hotel because it was so disgusting.

Although staff offered a complimentary dinner and re-cleaned the room, the first impression was poor. The pool had a strong unpleasant smell, and noisy neighbors kept us awake until around 3 a.m. Due to these issues, we left one night early. This does not meet 4-star standards and felt more like a slightly upgraded hostel.

Nous avions réserver une chambre de trois nous avons dû payer un lit en plus, il était préciser dans les équipements que la chambre de trois procéder un canapé lit. Essayant de réglé le malentendu avec la réception il nous on fait comprendre que nous n’aurions le lit que pour le lendemain n’ayant pas avertie en avance que nous en avions besoin (chambre de trois, trois personnes, mais qu’un seul lit double…)

I enjoyed using the pool and again the friendly staff at the pool. The shower and shampoo dispensers were empty and they didn’t get filled after I asked. When there was heavy rain, the rain came through the door when it was shut and it got very wet.

• Madeline (8/5): - The property wasn’t too far from some shops. But not close to bigger shopping areas. The staff were very attentive and the room was very luxe. The hotel had a sports bar at the front of the reception so it didn’t feel very hotel like to get through the reception.
• Martina (10/5): Alles hat gepasst - Schönes Hotel, 5 Minuten zum Strand, Zimmer mit direktem Pool Zugang. Super freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, abwechslungsreiches, gutes Frühstück. Am Eingang ist eine Sportsbar, im Obergeschoss die Frühstücksterrasse und Restaurant. Wir haben dort sehr gut gegessen. Alles hat für uns gepasst 👍😊

Завтраки хорошие, разнообразные. У бассейна есть бесплатные игры, что тоже радует. Кстати на 1 этаже есть бильярд и бар. Влажность, в наше проживание еще и пошел дождь, все протекало. А также в комнате была дверь и слышно было каждый шорох.

If I’d known about the noise I’d have requested a room further away so it was a bit quieter

• Emily (7/5): Gorgeous - The property is really gorgeous, in a great location, the staff are so lovely and welcoming. Beds were really comfortable and the balcony views above the pool were so scenic. It’s so easy to get bikes into the more central areas as well. Such a safe place to stay. The only downside was the sheets/pillow covers and towels seemed a bit worn and the bathroom amenities could have been a bit better like filling up the soap dispensers. But honestly we really did fall in love with the hotel and the people during our stay and this wouldn’t stop me from booking again
