- Keziban (9/5): War sehr angenehm. - Die Lage ist gut. Zum Frühstücken musste man auf die 7 Etage. Leider fährt der Aufzug nur bis zur 6. Etage, so dass man auf die 7. Etage nur über eine Wendeltreppe kam. Frühstücksraum ist für Rollstuhlfahrer oder Menschen mit Krücken nicht geeignet.

Ze spraken niet allemaal even goed Engels, maar daar kwamen we wel uit met Google translate. Tevens parkeerden zij onze huurauto elke keer en toen we vroeg moesten vertrekken, hadden zij deze alvast voorgereden. De douche veranderde constant van temperatuur. Het ene moment ijskoud en het andere moment kokend heet. We moesten extreem vroeg vertrekken uit ons hotel en toen was er geen warm water. Mijn partner moest heel veel hoesten. Mogelijk door iets met de airco.

- Yusuf (5/5): Personal sehr nett, Sauberkeit ist nicht die beste. - Personal war sehr freundlich, Frühstück war gut ist aber noch ausbaufähig. Ausstattung und Möbel sind noch ziemlich neu und modern. Zimmer roch extrem nach Zigaretten Rauch, mehrer Haare auf dem Bett und Flecken auf der Decke, allgemein Sauberkeit war nicht gegeben da ist noch großes Handlungsbedarf !

Скорее всего недавно был сделан ремонт. В отеле и в номере есть большие вопросы к чистоте, хотелось бы более тщательной уборки. В фене были обнаружены чужие волосы, на стенах разводы от жидкостей, кондиционер пережил не лучшие времена, лифт крошечный и в нем нечем дышать.

Well, mini-bar fridge was broken in our room, staff tried to fix it with no avail. Also, don't expect nice views from the windows, it's the city hotel.

- Janohah (5/5): Decent for the price but wouldn’t stay again. - The included breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly to foreigners. It smelled like cigarettes through the whole building. All our clothes stank when we got home. Also housekeeping came at inconsistent times so it made it difficult to choose when to come back to our room. The view outside the back of the hotel is pretty dismal too..it looked destroyed.

- Christine (9/5): Very nice hotel, felt safe and secure. Recommended - Very warm welcome. Absolutely lovely Turish staff. My room was available earlier than check in so I was very kindly able to check in early. I also left early and was able to get an early breakfast. Very nice breakfast with views over the roof tops. Very close walking distance to shops abd the seafront. Easily connected by the dolmuş buses. Lovely room, water supplied, good air conditioning, very spacious, good lighting and well thought out decoration. Bathroom was clean and well fitted but old. Toilet seat disconnected and the shower quite weak.

There were hairs from previous tenants in the corners of the toilet and clumps of hair on a “fresh towel”. The security guards were asleep when we checked out in the early hours of the morning.

I was catching the ferry to Cyprus the following day. The port is half an hour walk or a short taxi ride. Try one of the restaurants on a boat in the harbour.

The location of the hotel can not be better , in the city center where every thing is accessible. The hotel was perfectly clean and fresh looked. If i come to visit Mersin in the future for sure i will chose this hotel agian.

But I wouldn’t stay there again - There was no phone in the room, refrigerator didn’t keep anything cold, the inner elevator stays open when the elevator is in use. You had to tell them specifically what you wanted clean when you left your room.

- 940kamals (8/5): Reasonable price - İf you need a clean and reasonable priced hotel in Mersin. This could be a good choice. But the toilet experience was bad since it was put in a very narrow place in the bathroom. Breakfast not great but this is what you get for this price range.
