• marco (7/5): - Ottima assistenza La ragione per cui ho prenotato questa struttura è che offriva il parcheggio auto a 15 euro/notte Pur avendolo prenotato e avendo ricevuto conferma della prenotazione, quando mi sono presentato il parcheggio era già stato preso da altri ospiti. Ho apprezzato che il gestore ci abbia accompagnato a cercarne un altro, ma non avendolo trovato siamo finiti al posteggio della stazione Morale: 68 euro anziché 30. L’avessi saputo avrei soggiornato altrove

Otimo por ter garagem embora de muito difícil acesso. Os colchões já fazem cova e aconselhava a troca,pois se acorda de manhã com dores de costas. A garagem como ja falei,dificil acesso.

Quelques minutes à pieds de la gare et accès au centre ville. Confort, bien équipé, carte -20% top pour le petit dej dans une super boulangerie. Emplacement pour la voiture gratuit pas trop loin de l'appartement (possible d'avoir un parking payant aussi). Communication rapide avec Alex. Rien

A cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione, facendo una piacevole passeggiata passando per il centro pedonale. Camera e bagno spaziosi. Check in intuitivo e semplice. Ottima la possibilità del garage privato, anche questo a due minuti a piedi dalla struttura.

• corucci (9/5): - Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo alloggiato per due giorni qui ed è stato tutto perfetto...tutta impeccabile. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo, super preciso a darci tutte le informazioni possibili. La camera super accogliente, ci ha fatto sentire proprio a casa. Davvero ottimo in tutto. Fidatevi ne vale la pena.

• sanvito (10/5): Un vrai petit cocon italien! - La chambre et la réception étaient très propres, très bien décorées, une atmosphère très agréable et très confortable. Un QR code dans l'entrée permet d'avoir pleins d'informations très utiles sur les environs. L'emplacement est très pratique pour le train (10mn), les restaurants, les bateaux sont un peu plus loin, mais ça reste très bien situé. La Spezia est une ville où on se sent bien. Rien à redire, mais juste des détails à savoir : pour trouver la réception il faut aller au premier étage de l'immeuble et non au rez-de-chaussée. Tout se fait en autonomie, arrivée et départ. Des messages par WhatsApp vous expliquent comment faire ( penser à avoir les données mobiles activées). Le garage privé est un vrai plus, car le stationnement n'est pas possible dans les rues voisines, mais la sortie du parking est un peu sportive (très en pente et ça tourne). Pour conducteur aguerri.

• samantha (8/5): - posizione ottima, proprio all'inizio della zona pedonale, un po' arduo trovare parcheggio vicino, ma se si cammina un po' c'è disponibilità di un parcheggio sotterraneo con molti posti. La stanza è carinissima, con le lucine sul soffitto per sognare un po'. Molto spaziosa, c'è anche un divanetto e delle poltrone per rilassarsi. Nella zona comune, si possono trovare la macchinetta del caffè, il bollitore e diverse varietà di the. Ci ritornerei molto volentieri

La camera, seppur piccola, è davvero elegante, moderna e ben curata nei dettagli. È dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole Molto comodo anche il sistema di check-in e check-out, pratico e veloce, senza perdite di tempo. Abbiamo avuto a disposizione un garage privato a 15€ a notte, con telecomando e chiave di emergenza nel caso ci fossero problemi: una soluzione davvero utile e sicura. Il personale si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile tramite WhatsApp, anche se alle chiamate telefoniche non abbiamo ricevuto risposta. Nel complesso un soggiorno piacevole, in una struttura moderna e funzionale. Consigliato! Non direi non piaciuto, ma se può essere un consiglio metterei dei contenitori con dentro dello shampo/bagno doccia per primo utilizzo, così arrivando non ci si accorge della loro assenza e si deve uscire a comprarlo

Wlasciciel b mily i pomocny. Same miasteczko piekne jako miejsce do zwiedzania, odpoczynku oraz jako baza wypadowa do Cinque Terre oraz Pizy i okolic. -

• Montse (8/5): - La ubicación está perfecta si quieres visitar el cinque terre en tren ,limpio todo ,las camas muy cómodas ,muy íntimo y tranquilo,y la persona de contacto muy atenta y servicial. El wifi no funcionaba muy bien,la nevera no enfríaba muy fuerte y suerte que la habitación era fresca a pesar que hacia calor puesto que el aire no iba muy bien y no quisimos tocar mucho el mando....a pesar de esto volveríamos sin duda✌🏼

Habitación moderna con buen aire acondiconado. La nevera de la habitación hace bastante ruido por la noche y optamos por desenchufarla.

• Rebecca (7/5): Det er et fint værelse med moderne indretning. Der var rent da vi kom, men der bliver ikke gjort rent eller redt senge u - Beliggenheden kunne ikke være bedre. Det er en parallel-gade til gågaden og kun 10-15 minutters gang til togstationen. Garagen er meget smal. Har man en lidt større bil, tror jeg faktisk ikke, at man kan få bilen ind.

• Ulrich (9/5): Great place to stay in La Spezia - Clean and modern room with air conditioning. Fantastic location next to the pedestrian zone with many restaurants nearby. Only a few minutes to walk to the train station or the ferry terminal in the harbor. Owner is very responsive to WhatsApp messages and will help wherever she can. Good instructions on how to enter the property and the room. We also used their garage space and received a detailed video showing us how to get there. Nothing to dislike. But some comments: There is an elevator but you will still have to carry your luggage a few steps up to the elevator landing. Room and bathroom could use some hooks to hang coats and towels. The garage box isn’t very big and the whole garage is a bit tough to navigate. A lot of driving backwards required and a full size SUV will likely not fit.
