- Malcolm (9/5): Impressed with photo of cottage online and was not disappointed. Great breakfast & very clean room. - Staff friendliness who welcomed me with a smile.
Lovely location which facililtated a good nights sleep. in fact better than at home.
I liked how the tea & coffee plus snacks were displayed in the bedroom.
The unique way that the breakfast items were laid out on the indivdual tables which meant that visitors did not have to keep going to a central place for the next item to eat. Everything was either brought to me or was on the table. It is these little, unique, touches that means thought has been put into how to make the visitors stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. There was nothing that I disliked about my stay at the White Cottgae

- Lionel (10/5): Lovely quiet B&B with superb breakfast on offer - A lovely cottage in rural Lincolnshire.
Very close to the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre as well as being close to a lot of lovely villages, the Lincolnshire coast is not overly far away either.
The host was lovely, chatty and friendly, the garden area of an evening was nice for a glass of wine and relax after the drive and although roads are close the noise is not intrusive.
Breakfast was amazing, most certainly one of the best breakfasts we've had for a long tie with home cooked and home made fare on offer There was nothing not to like
- Darren (10/5): Exceptional - The room, the host, the garden, and the breakfast. Everything at this B&B is excellent. I stay at many B&Bs and this is the best yet. The room is very big, the Bed is sooo comfortable, the room has its own private Garden with a Summer house.
You book your breakfast on arrival, it was ready bang on time, and was fantastic. Above and beyond what you get at most B&Bs. A "Full", Full English, cereal, Tea, Cold water, Homemade Yoghurt, toast.
Ellen greeted me with a warm welcome, explained everything, helped me with local takeaways and could not do enough for me in the morning at breakfast.
It's a real shame that I only had a few hours on site, as it is a great place to stay and now my "go-to" when I am in the area. OUTSTANDING Nothing
- Alison (10/5): Excellent stay- host was very accommodating . - How the host had thought of everything to keep you comfortable . Loved the gardens and the solar lights in the evening . I had the room with the patio doors and I could open them in the morning and hear the birds. Nothing to dislike .
- Gerlind (9/5): Idyllic accommodation in the heart of Lincolnshire - The White Cottage provided a very comfortable and spacious room with views of their delightful cottage garden which is actually open to guests. Fruit from the garden was served at breakfast with a number of other delicious homemade items. Our hosts were lovely and very helpful, and were able to offer some interesting advice on the area which we explored. It was really good all round - there was nothing we did not like.
- Cameron (10/5): Exceptional - Ellen and Stephen were fantastic. Their attention to detail was impeccable. The whole house is immaculate, and the gardens are beautiful. The fresh fruit waiting for you at breakfast is such a nice touch, I was also incredibly impressed that they had the fruit for our toddler already cut appropriately! - Kirsty (7/5): More insightful local knowledge needed - Friendly owner, excellent location for our activity next day and good quality breakfast. We stayed on a Monday night but the owner didn't give us any indication at all that ALL restaurants, food outlets and pub restaurants were closed as was apparently normal every Monday night. Nor were we warned about road closures on the road to the town we said we were going to for food. Found a chippy in Spilsby 5 mins before it closed at 8pm who saved the day!!

We stayed in the family room, which met all expectations and more! The photos shared online are EXACTLY what we got, and we weren't disappointed. The room was clean and spacious for a family of three. Facilities to make hot drinks with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and biscuits.
Our en-suit-wow! Perfect size and more for a family! Lovely sized bath and a shower also.
In our room, we had a book with information such as WiFi code-teen was happy! Also, leaflets of places to see and visit. We were visiting for a family wedding otherwise we would have made use of the leaflets.
We also had two fans in our room as the weather was so warm-the hosts had thought of everything!
In our bathroom cabinet, there was a choice of body washes and shower gels. We didn't need them, but a fantastic idea if these had been forgotten when packing!
Breakfast was lovely, having a cooked breakfast every morning-we completed a breakfast form the night before. You could choose between a certain time for breakfast. Cereals on offer, yoghurts, individual fresh fruit pots, and
Fresh pure orange. The food was so good, and nothing was too much trouble.
