Grit (9/5): - Für eine Nacht im lauten Berlin eine super Option, gut zu erreichen, Zimmer mit Balkon super, mit gutem Ausblick und nachts absolute Ruhe, bis auf lautes Türenschlagen im Flur, aber ja....,gute Matratze und nettes, hilfsbereites Personal, Kaffee mit Milch und Zucker auf dem Zimmer für den Morgen.... kostenloser Parkplatz in den Straßen ringsherum, also wir sind zufrieden und kommen wieder, wenn wir in der Gegend übernachten müssen.Danke und alles Gute.

Tisch und Stühlen Tram- und S-Bahn-Station nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Mehrere Bäckerfilialen mit Früstücksangeboten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zimmer sehr sparsam eingerichtet. Neben dem sehr weichen Boxspringbett nur schmale Blechspinde als Schrank, Kleiderbügel nicht vorhanden. Vorhandene Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine war kaputt, konnte nicht ersetzt werden, da Chef in Urlaub

Claudia (9/5): - Ein hübsches Zimmer, liebevoll dekoriert und eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben in den bequemen Betten gut geschlafen und konnten den Tag, Dank der Möglichkeit Kaffee oder Tee zuzubereiten, gleich mit einer Tasse Kaffee beginnen. UND es ist ein kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden! Der Bahnhof Karlshorst ist in der Nähe. Man kann also von hier aus wunderbar mit den Öffis ins Getümmel.

Stacie Letizia (9/5): Sehr schönes Zimmer mit guter Lage - Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und uns wurde alles erklärt. Wir hatten ein Hotelzimmer nach hinten raus mit Balkon. Alles war sauber, es gab einen Wasserkocher und eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Das Bett und die Decken waren sehr bequem. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Der Zugang zum Zimmer geht auch in der Nacht ganz leicht mit der Karte. In der Gegend gibt es viele Seitenstraßen zum kostenlosen Parken, Bäcker, Läden und eine S Bahn Haltestelle vor dem Hotel. Die Tür zum Flur ist nicht ganz schalldicht, man hört, wenn nachts jemand durch den Flur geht und die Türen zuknallt. Das ist aber nur ein kleiner Minuspunkt.

Richard (7/5): - Sehr nettes Personal, hat mir sogar mein Welcome Berlin Ticket bei sich ausgedruckt, weil der Quatsch nur ausgedruckt in Papierform gültig ist. Es gibt auch 2 kostenlose Parkplätze im Hinterhof. Ansonsten kann man auch gut auf irgendeiner Nebenstraße parken. Bahnhof sehr nah, mit dem man gut nach Berlin kommt. Wände sind leider aus Papier und manche Kleinigkeiten fehlen, wie z.B. ein Gepäckständer.
Stadtbesichtiger (5/5): Zimmer sehr hellhörig , aber ansonsten okay - Hervorragende ÖNV Lage . Ein sehr hellhöriges Zimmer . Geräusche , Unterhaltungen vom Flur und vom angrenzenden Bad sind Deutlich zu hören .

Lot (10/5): I had a great, quiet and private stay. - I was greeted with a very warm welcome. My room was situated in the back, so no traffic noise at all. I was surprised by the size of the private balcony attached to my room. The bed was comfortable and bathroom and toilet very clean. The city center is not within walking distance, but there are plenty of public transport options to get you anywhere in Berlin. Overall a great stay, will definitely book again.
Babette (10/5): Maritim und liebevoll - Das Zimmer hat uns sehr gefallen. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und dank Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher ist man hier morgens auch mit einem Käffchen versorgt. Es wäre schön, die Wegwerf-Becher gegen Tassen zu tauschen, aber das ist nur eine Kleinigkeit.

Siebigteroth (10/5): Schnuckeliges, kleines, sauberes Hotel - Wir waren sechs Tage in diesem kleinen gemütlichen Hotel. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und bekamen ein maritim eingerichtetes DZ im EG mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und einem Kühlschrank. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und die Betten bequem. Alles sehr sauber. Kaffee, Milch und Zucker wurden täglich aufgefüllt. Unser Auto haben wir nicht einmal benötigt und konnten es auf dem zugehörigen Parkplatz stehen lassen. Wir haben alles mit der Bahn unternommen. Die S-Bahn hält 2 Minuten vom Hotel und fährt alle 10 Minuten in alle Richtungen, egal ob Berlin Mitte, Potsdam usw. Wenn wir Berlin wieder besuchen, werde ich auf jeden Fall hier wieder buchen. TOP
Ines Rhau (9/5): - Zimmer war sehr sauber Betten waren top Die Hofbeleuchtung hat das Zimmer nachts mit beleuchtet, dadurch war der Schlaf sehr unruhig. Hier sollte man dunkle blickdichte Vorhänge anbringen, statt Lamellenvorhänge.

Ute (8/5): Eine gute Botschaft - Gute Zimmergröße. Zum Hinterhof ruhige Lage. Gute Lage zum Ärztehaus Karlshorst. Wegen eines Termins dort auch nur eine Nacht verbracht. Gutes Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis.Fußläufig ein sehr gutes italienisches Restaurant. Es wäre ein großer Spiegel im Zimmer schön. Platz dafür ist vorhanden. Das Wasser in der Duschwanne lief schlecht ab. Nur 2 Hotelparkplätze

Elsever (8/5): - Otel çok temiz ve konforluydu. Odalarda ihtiyaç duyula bilecek herşey vardı. Çocuklu aileler için bebek karyolası ayarlaya biliyorlar. Odalar önceden ısıtılmış halde ve gerekli ihtiyaçlarla donatilmisdi. Şu, ketl kahve makinesi süt kahve şeker vesare. Çok memnun kaldık. Tekrar gidersek eyer kesinlikle orda kalmayı düşünüyoruz.
Marek (9/5): Great gem of a hotel away from the tourist crowd. - Rooms are spacious! It’s very conveniently located for visiting Europe’s largest inner-city animal park (15 mins walk / 4 mins by tram). It’s tucked away in a lovely residential area with abundant green space yet only ~20 mins away from central Berlin (Hackescher Markt / Rotes Rathaus) on the subway or S-Bahn.

Neel2504 (9/5): Wochenende in Berlin - Der Empfang und die Verabschiedung waren sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war groß, hell und freundlich eingerichtet - inklusive Kapselmaschine, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. In der Nähe gibt es Bäckereien und Restaurants - für das leibliche Wohl ist von Frühstück bis Abendessen gesorgt. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Uta (9/5): - Sehr liebevoll gestaltetes Zimmer im maritimen Stil. Sehr gemütlich. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein ausklappbares Sofa, welches als zusätzliches Bett genutzt werden kann. Auch steht eine Kaffee-Pad-Maschine und ein Wasserkocher bereit. Kann ich weiterempfehlen.
