• Vassallo Fernández (9/5): Fantástica estadía a solo 45 minutos del sector oriente de Santiago. - El hotel (una casona antigua de más de 100 años) es impactante, al igual que los jardínes que la rodean. Todo el enterno es espectacular. Mi habitación era enorme y muy linda. La limpieza fue perfecta (con un pequeño detalle). La comida en el hotel estuvo espectacular; mejor aún que en el restaurante doña Paula. El personal muy amable y atento, siempre disponibles para ayudar y solucionar cualquier inquietud. Además de todo lo anterior, en la habitación dejaban múltiples detalles (chocolates, snacks, etc.) y nos regalaron una botella de vino y otra de espumante. Un detalle de limpieza fue que el segundo día tuvimos un olor fuerte a desagüe en la habitación. Le avisamos al personal y rápidamente fue remediado. Otro aspecto que debieran mejorar es el gimnasio. Para un hotel de este nivel creo que es mandatorio contar con un gimnasio bien equipado (el actual es, honestamente, triste). Finalmente, no pudimos hacernos un masaje junto a mi señora, porque el hotel informó que la masajista que va "no podía ir ese fin de semana". Ese tipo de explicaciones están bien para un hotel más sencillo y rudimentario; no para un hotel de este nivel, en que, si no cuentan con servicio propio, debieran tener alternativas para suplir esas bajas.

Der Pool ist eine herrliche Oase - allerdings circa 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt vom Hotel. Die Betten sind extrem bequem. Das Bad ist modern, wobei die Möbel im Zimmer leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind.

Pero me gustaría destacar la cena, todo estaba delicioso ( felicitaciones al chef). Con respecto a los vinos ...., todos muy buenos. Indiscutblemente es una experiencia que repetiremos con mi esposa. Dentro del parque pondría señaleticas para indicar que caminerias tomar para llegar a los distintos lugares, como el museo, cafeteria, piscina ect.

• Sandra (10/5): Una estancia para repetir. - Me encantó, el lugar precioso, con un parque lindísimo para caminar. Muy cómodo porque queda muy cerca de Santiago y a la vez uno está en el campo, un lugar perfecto para descansar. No podría encontrar algo que no me gustara. Nos encantó y definitivamente regresaría más días porque solo estuvimos una noche. La próxima vez me gustaría quedarme dos noches para aprovechar más del precioso lugar.

• Jonathan (10/5): One of the best hotels I've stayed at, and I've stayed at quite a few - An amazing boutique hotel in the midst of beautiful gardens -- and a winery. Large comfortable rooms, great good, free-flowing wine, and swans! There's even a beautiful chapel attached to the property (a former summer house of the vineyard owner). The museum is also top-notch, if you're into pre-Colombian art and craft. Free bikes if you want to ride amongst the vines. And lots of great birds, if you're into birds! The pool is a little far away from the main property. But the walk was probably good for me.

Vegetarian sandwiches for packed breakfast contained meat, staff wasn't that knowledgeable about wine (i.e. said their Chardonnay was unoaked when it was clearly oaked). For the premium wine tasting it was clear that the guide also wasn't that familiar with the wines and primarily recited a script.

Nous avons pris une visite avec dégustation où nous avons vraiment apprécié les qualités de notre «  hôte » Nous avons déjeuné et dîné , dans les deux cas les mêmes vins au verre ont été proposés , dans un domaine n’avoir que 2 références en primium et ultra premium est décevant s’agissant de menu «  gastro » , sans possibilité d’un service à la carte.Et petite surprise désagréable le service le soir était désinvolte, dommage pour un tel établissement.

• Heather (10/5): A Truly Memorable Experience. - We especially liked the restaurant staff and front office staff . The food in the restaurant was superb and the recommendations for wine pairing was excellent. The waiters were very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. We also liked the tour of the hotel and its history. The wide open spaces and the hotel's botanic gardens made it a truly memorable experience for us. Difficult to fault this hotel. However we would have liked to have service by the pool, although a fridge stocked with water and juices was found. It would have been nice to order food and alcohol whilst lounging there. Perhaps have a telephone there so that guests can call for service?

Rima was fantastic in our tour around the park and the winery. The wine-tasting was lovely, and with the best red wine I’ve ever had. Breakfast was fantastic too. The scenery around the whole park is incredible, and it’s only open to hotel guests so feels nice and private

Steeped in history and gardens are kept to a very high standard. We had a premium win tour followed by lunch at Dona Paula Restaurant. We could not fault any aspect of our time at Hotel Casa Real and the winery. We had planned to visit other wineries in the Maipo Valley but cancelled and spent our entire time at this exceptional place. Absolutely recommended. The gardens, the estate and all the staff. The premium wine tour with Victor was one on the best we have had. Dona Paula Restaurant was exceptional.

Yogurt natural fresco al desayuno muy bueno! Muy rico vino! La comida podria ser mejor. El tartaro de res no estaba blando y el postre era mucho mas grande que el asado de tira (que ese estaba muy bueno). El desayuno tambien podria ser mejorable. Los huevos eran de aspecto gris no amarillo. Falta variedad de fruta (solo frutilla que estaba rica pero la piña y uva estaban inmaduros y sin sabor) y el jugo de naranja no es natural teniendo muchos naranjos afuera. Precio calidad deja mucho que desear en este aspecto.

• Julio (10/5): Matrimonio en casa real - El lugar muy lindo entremedio de árboles añosos, la casona antigua preciosa, el personal muy comprometido y servicial, la calidad de la comida un 10!!!! Muy muy buena!!!! Lo único a mejorar , la cama que me tocó estaba suelta y se movía y crujía mucho !!!! Lo otro a mejorar es las llaves de la habitación, por tarjetas magnéticas. Son muy grandes e incómodas de usar y llevar!!!!

• simone (10/5): Equilíbrio entre história, gastronomia e paisagem - O hotel é maravilhoso! Um lugar histórico, cheio de antiguidades, super bem conservado e extremamente limpo. Os quartos são muito confortáveis. A comida é deliciosa! Os jardins são lindos. No complexo onde fica a vinícola, há um museu da civilização andina impressionante. Muito bonito e bem estruturado. E além de tudo isso, há as degustações de vinho e a visita a vinícola. Realmente um programa que valeu cada centavo! Só para não deixar em branco, a única coisa que me fez falta foi um creme para mãos e corpo. Porque todo o resto foi perfeito.

Nuestra primera impresión fue un señor de chaqueta roja muy enojado que nos recibió a gritos en barrera de entrada al recinto. El resto del personal del Hotel es increiblemente amable pero la primara impresión dio muchas ganas de irse rápido de ahí.

Solo una sugerencia muy menor, puede ser que se disponga de cargador eléctrico en el estacionamiento para autos de este tipo que cada vez son más comunes en el país.

• Selina (9/5): Historical winery hotel in suburb of Santagio - The historic site with lots of European design in Chile. Staffs were lovely and professional. Free of charge to use the bike around the area. We were the only 4 guests on the first day which we could have all on our own. The lady who do the wine tasting was very professional and knowledgeable about the winery history. I was recommended to those who love wine. We did ask for airport pick up service, but the driver was 45 minutes late and with unprofessional manner in approaching.

• Matías (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay. There are historical landmarks all around, and the food is great. It’s also super relaxing—you’ll be surrounded by nature… and there’s a pool to chill. Santiago is just a short 40-minute drive away. We’ll definitely be coming back.

• Mary (10/5): Stunning grounds, excellent room, great food and service - This is a stunning hotel. the grounds are especially beautiful. The food and service were excellent. our room was large, comfortable, and we'll equipped. We loved everything about this hotel.
• blaise (8/5): - Location/grounds/house was incredible - food was uninspiring. Enjoyed the wine tour but even the premium was a little limited in scope and what you get to see. Didn’t try the restaurant at the wine shop but looked good.
