• Jolanta (10/5): - We really loved this place, located right by a quiet, peaceful beach. The host was exceptionally friendly and attentive, reaching out in advance and sharing useful information about nearby shops, dining options, and transport. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, making our stay comfortable. It was also easy to get to the city. We would definitely be happy to return if the opportunity arises.
• Toni (9/5): Subliem. - We verbleven een week in in gelijkvloersappartement van Juan en hebben enorm genoten van onze reis. Juan was bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat ons verblijf extra aangenaam maakte. Het appartement is uitstekend gelegen, met een prachtig zicht op de zee — echt genieten van ’s morgens tot ’s avonds. Alles was netjes en zeer goed voorzien. Enkel de bedden vonden we persoonlijk wat aan de kleine kant, maar verder was alles top. Zeker een aanrader voor wie een ontspannen verblijf aan de kust zoekt!

• Sigrid (9/5): Eine erholsame Woche in einer schönen Umgebung - Die Lage direkt am Meer/Strand in einer verkehrsberuhigten Umgebung. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf Wunsch hatten wir Handtuchwechsel. Es hat alles gepasst! da gibt es nichts, was nicht gefallen hätte

• Wallace (10/5): Book this house with no reservation at all. We came back and stayed again and it feels like home. - Juan is the owner. He is fabulous; attentive, solid, dependable, caring, invested in us and warm and friendly. The house is great, clean and pretty and everything is there that you need. Grocery store around the corner. Sunsets...whew! Worth the money and a memory for life. Nothing! except that I had to leave to go back home. I hope we can book a third time!

• Willemien (10/5): Excellent location, lovely stay. - This location is just perfect. Right in front of the beach. Lots of restaurants around. Supermarket and bus stop very close (5 minutes walking). In 20-30 minutes you are in the center of Málaga. The beds were very good and comfy. Very clean appartment. Good shower. Nice little terrace in the shade for breakfast and drinks. I only wish the appartment would provide beach towels. You have to bring your own. Another thing that might be good to know before you come, is that there are a lot of mosquitos around. The appartment has screens on most windows, but still a lot of them sneak in. So definitely bring some DEET or other mosquito spray. Maybe Juan could provide an electric fly-swatter, so it's more easy to kill them.
• Jenjen138413 (10/5): Perfect stay - Everything about our stay was perfect! The property is brilliant with stunning views from the terrace. The property was spotlessly clean on arrival, and the bed was very comfortable. Juan is very friendly and welcoming he has thought of everything, from essentials in the property to the best guides and recommendations you could wish for. Communication was excellent both before and throughout. His passion for the area is understandable as El Palo is a beautiful, peaceful area with an easy picturesque walk into Malaga city centre. However there are frequent buses if you don't fancy the walk. There are lots of nice restraunts to eat within El Palo offering lots of variety. We have loved our stay and are already planning to come back next year, it's a wonderful place for a relaxing break and a gateway to other gems like Mijas Pueblo, Frigiliana, Nerja, Granada to name just a few. Thankyou Juan! Nothing, apart from having to go home. One week is not enough

• Conor (10/5): Get it booked! - Perfect location, right on the beach, endless amounts of restaurants within a 10min walk, apartment was spotless, has everything you need in the kitchen to be able to eat in, Juan was so nice and gave us lots of information before we arrived, just home and my Mum is already talking of going back in the next couple of months. The area is not touristy like other places close to Málaga and was full of locals so really felt like being in Spain and not in a resort Nothing at all. Couldn't find fault with anything, apartment and Juan were lovely.

• Kenneth (9/5): We have booked again for next year- need we say more? - Excellent host who did all he could to make our stay really enjoyable. We walked out of our gate across a quiet road straight on to a really nice clean beach with shallow warm water for bathing. The promenade was very attractive with shade tress and many restaurants; a speciality was B-B-Q fish including red snapper, sea bass and sardines. The apartment was very well mainframed and equipped with all we needed. There was no view from the bedroom but that was more than compensated by the view from the terrace.
• Chaya (9/5): Great beachside house, well appointed - The property was right on the beach front. The family loved it. Great beachside BBQ places around. The property was well maintained, and reasonably appointed with all you can expect. Very relaxing. Nothing really to complain. Had to find a parking spot nearby.
• Dita (10/5): Great place if you want to enjoy Malaga in a comfortable and peaceful location. - The location is perfect, literarily 20 meters from the beach. It is a quiet area but still there are many restaurants close by to choose one of your liking. The apartment is about 3km from Malaga centre, so you can take a wonderful stroll along the coast. If you don't feel like walking you can take a public bus. There are 3 lines going directly to the center and the bust stop is about 2mins away. So is the grocery shop. The apartment was very clean with a beautiful sea view from the terase. The kitchen is surprisingly well equipped. And on top of that Juan is a great and very helpful host. He provided all the necessary information clearly and without any delay. He even has a handbook prepared for the guests with many travel, dining and other useful tips. Cannot think of anything.
• Dolly (10/5): Exceptional - Beachfront apartment! The apartment was very comfortable and terrace is facing the beach. The host was very responsive and I appreciate all the details he put into the apartment to make it feel comfortable. He also had a book full on tourist information. The restaurants nearby were not open during the day, but we did arrive on a Monday.
• Srinivas (8/5): Apartment right on the beach and decent facilities! - Excellent communication from the host Juan right after the booking up until we left. The apartment‘s location is nice. it’s right on the beach; we could go out every morning to see the sunrise. The host made a great effort at furnishing the apartment. Smart tv with Netflix, good furniture, well stocked kitchen, nice towels and bed linen. We were lucky to find parking in the same street. It’s a good bet for long stays. The neighborhood is not exactly upscale but ok. The beach can be rated as decent. I thought I ended up paying a bit high for the property; would have been happier to get a better price ( better price performance ratio).

Our accommodation was beside the beach, which is exactly what we wanted. Restaurants beside us and small shops. Beautiful walk to Málaga approx 1hour 10min, or you can take the bus On our last day we were able to leave our luggage in Juan family home just 3 doors away. We were able to change to go to airport and Juan father greeted us with a big smile thank you. Unfortunately the mosquitos liked me so bring extra repellent.

• Gerli (10/5): Everything was perfect! - Perfect place to stay, threre was absolutely nothing to dislike! It is almost on the beach - 10 steps and you are there! Rooms were clean and nice, bed was comfortable. Bus stop and supermarkets were near and also basically next door there was a restaurant, that we liked so much. And Juan was super nice and sweet host. I am already making plans of going back :)
