La ubicación genial, es la periferia del centro, por así decirlo, digamos que a unos 20 minutos de la catedral y plaza principal y es sólo camilar a lo largo de esa calle que te lleva directamente. No estuvo mal, pero sugiero que agreguen más trastos de cocina y utensilios, además de platos y tazas y que la estufa tuviera al menos una hornilla más, porque sólo tiene una. También haría falta ventilación en el baño (instalar un extractor de aire). En realidad son pequeños detalles, el espacio es cómodo y en general, tiene lo necesario y la señora Rosy y las demás personas super atentos, respondían los mensajes de inmediato y estaban al pendiente todo el tiempo.

And the electricity going off all the time, mostly just for minutes is very annoying. Not that the people are to blame, it's the old grid Google tells me.

• Bianca (10/5): Beautiful and quiet stay - A perfect place, the apartments had everything needed, it was clean, the patio was beautiful and very quiet with a nice little pool. At first we had trouble getting the keys, but the owners arrived quickly and repaired the lock box immediately. They were very friendly and gave us very helpful advice about the surroundings. It was only 25 minutes walking to the center. We could park in the street without any problem. A place I would recommend to everybody! /

La chambre était sombre et sentait l'humidité car c'était difficile d'ouvrir les fenêtres. C'est aussi dommage que la climatisation soit orientée sur le lit directement.

• V. (10/5): If you are looking for good basics and a nice, quiet place to stay in Centro, this is it! - I was greeted with a friendly smile and instantly made to feel safe and welcomed. The hosts, Mr. Ismael and Ms. Rosy were great! They were very attentive and the couple of issues I had were dealt with and resolved promptly. You're given a set of keys for the outside entrance, and to your apartment with the ability to lock from the inside. The studio apartment was clean with a comfortable bed, sofa, good WIFI, cold air-conditioning and two ceiling fans. It was very peaceful and quiet. I did not use the pool. I walked alone, to stores nearby and to the beautiful La Plancha Park and felt safe. If you're a late sleeper, bring a sleep mask as the skylights will bring the sunlight in full force! I always travel with one; so, I was prepared. I was able to stock a few groceries and prepare a meal. I also used Uber Eats for delivery. It was quiet; any noise I did hear was minimal and over the weekend. I would definitely recommend and would return if needed. There was nothing really I didn't like, but the street is very, very busy and as a pedestrian, you'll need to take care in crossing.

The hosts were really really nice and they helped us a lot since I did a wrong booking and they accepted us one day in advance. The aircon works well and for those who want to relax withing the building there is a small but nice pool with some reclining chairs. The place is quite close to Mérida's main square and the street to reach there is really nice. Recommended to everyone who wants to stay in Mérida for a few nights! Nothing wrong here

• Anna (8/5): Very good - There are 3 small apartments off a corridor which then leads to the lovely patio/ terrace area. Note, all the studios are internal, so no windows apart from the sky light. But it is spacious enough, sufficient kitchen equipment for 1 pot meal or breakfast. Good shower and very clean. Supermarket 1 block up on Calle 57. The oxo on 61 only good for snacks/ drinks. The Wayan e cantina o heading into town on 59 is good for cheap daytime eats. We don't mind walking but location is probably 20-25 mins walk from the main square which some people may not want.

• Leah (8/5): My favorite out of the 3 places I've stayed in Merida! - Mr. Ismael and Mrs.Rosy are very welcoming. They let me check in early, because my room was ready. Outside in pool area it was very peaceful, the pool was refreshing and beautiful greenery everywhere. Mr. Ismael brought me coconut water, which was so thoughtful of him and he also showed me the Solar Eclipse through his lens ( that was really cool!) I had a hard time getting out of bed, because it was way too comfortable also it was my favorite thing by far!!! Not being able to flush toilet paper. Makes for many different critters flies etc.

• Stacey (10/5): Warm & Welcoming Space with caring bilingual hosts - Let me start by saying that we drove to the location, called the host Rosie, and she came out to greet us and show us to our room. The bed was the most comfortable bed we've had so far during our four weeks of travel through the Mayan Riviera and the Yucatan Peninsula. It's a double pillow-top mattress, the best we've experienced. We had asked about off-street parking when we booked, and Rosie was able to accommodate our request. The location is steps away from several little mom & pop shops and C-store chains like SIX & OXXO, where you can find ice-cold bottled water, local provisions, and snacks. There is a great little coffee shop within walking distance called "Dulce Ch'uhuk," which is also right across the street from a market with fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as food stalls with seating. It's an easy 18-minute walk to Centro Merida and several museums, including the "song" museum, with adult tickets priced at $50 pesos and child tickets at $25 pesos, which you'll pass along the way there. Parking can be tricky in Centro, so be prepared. A large supermarket called Chedraui - our favorite Mexican chain - grocery store, with a great bakery, is just a short 1.5-mile drive away from the apartment, where you will also find Super Aki. We loved the induction burner when preparing meals as it was super efficient. The apartment comes with everything you need to create meals if you tire of eating out. Rosie & Ishmal were kind and hospitable hosts, and I highly recommend them. We loved the communal garden and pool area, which has a few tables and chairs, as well as three sun loungers, perfect for chilling in the garden patio surrounded by hundreds of potted plants. Before staying here, we were at a boutique hotel called JARDIN, but Rosie & Ishmael have far more plants on their property. We found this place to be more like a “home away from home” type of vibe. Thank you for the clean, cozy accommodation, comfortable bed, and warm hospitality, Rosie & Ishmael. You have created a delightful place to rest and explore the city from.

The air conditioner was excellent during the hot summer days. The bed was very comfortable. Getting in and out of the heavy glass door.

The bed was really comfy and the shower had hot water. Few meters from the house there are 2 kiosks and a bakery with delicious bread and a small grocery store few blocks away. To get to town you need to walk for 15/20 minutes or you can just call an Uber.

The women was not sure about the price in the printout it was 21 not clearly with or without tax, I was not sure so I give here 25 for the case. At 9.15pm big bambam on the door,i was one dollar short. I mean really going behind a guest at 9pm for 20 piso?
