Detto questo la stanza, denominata Oriente, non è molta curata negli arredi e nella pulizia. Assente aria condizionata e riscaldamento. Il materasso è vecchio oppure molto economico a molle sul quale è stato applicato un materassino memory form; comunque letto molto scomodo. Il bagno senza finestra con ventola rumorosa che emana cattivi odori, non so da dove provengono.In ogni caso il bagno è sporco. Sul pavimento molti capelli lunghi che ho raccolto con carta igienica bagnata. La doccia funziona solo il doccino. Le ascigamani piccole, non teli doccia. Per 294 euro due notti si è pagata forse solo la posizione nel Bairro Alto a 10 min a piedi dal quartiere Chiado? Discreta la colazione con una ragazza molto gentile che raccoglieva le richieste delle bevande. Monika (8/5): Mittendrin im Bairro Alto und trotzdem ruhig. - Die Lage war gut mitten im Bairro Alto, in einer kleinen Gasse versteckt. Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet. Zum Schlafen ist es ruhig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im EG, zum Innenhof, mit kleinen Fenstern, also keine Aussicht und wenig Tageslicht. Leider gibt es Kakerlaken im Bad! Das hat den positiven Eindruck getrübt.

Janina (6/5): Nettes kleines Hotel, aber aufpassen, welches Zimmer man bekommt!!! - Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral, Check in und Personal sehr gut und freundlich. Das Hotel ist mit einfachen Möbel aber liebevoll eingerichtet. Zum Frühstück gab es frische Brötchen, Toast, Gebäck, Aufschnitt, Käse, Marmelade, Obst…. Unser Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss, angrenzend an den Frühstücksraum. Es war sehr hellhörig. In unserem Zimmer konnte man zwei kleine Fenster öffnen, trotzdem roch es extrem muffig und feucht. Im Bad war die Dusche undicht, sodass das Wasser schon mal den Boden halb unter Wasser setzte, in der Toilette lief kontinuierlich etwas Wasser, die Toilette hatte eine Klobrille bekommen, die leider gar nicht auf die Toilette passte. Schade mit dem unangenehmen Geruch. Wenn wir ein anderes Zimmer gehabt hätten, würde ich eine klare Empfehlung aussprechen. Bei diesem Zimmer befürchte ich, dass das gesundheitlich fraglich ist.

De kamer was niet erg groot en badkamerdeur gaf niet heel veel privacy, maar het was allemaal goed genoeg voor een aantal nachten. De kamers waren schoon, iedere dag schoonmaak en nieuwe handdoeken. Ontbijt was niet super uitgebreid, maar goed genoeg. Lekkere koffie, roereitje en verse broodjes.

DORIN (7/5): Bien mais marches pour aller à la salle de bain. - L’emplacement est très bien. Le lit est confortable. La dame de la réception est très sympathique et agréable. L’ensemble est très propre. Les 4 marches pour accéder à la salle de bain sont pas pratiques, surtout la nuit ! La cabine de douche et le meuble sont vétustes. Les meubles dans la chambre sont inappropriés. Il faut poser la bouilloire par terre ou sur le radiateur pour pouvoir la brancher. Je n’aime pas les vitres teintées, on ne profite pas de la vue extérieure. C’est mieux des rideaux. Il faut sortir et contourner l’immeuble par le trottoir pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Pas de fenêtre dans la salle du petit dej.

gernot (9/5): War glücklich über die Wahl Zimmer (nach hinten) top. - Von außen absolut unscheinbar. Innen wunderschön. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum winzigen Innenhof, Milchglas, aber absolut ruhig. Dies ist uns immer das wichtigste. Mit einem 3qm Vorzimmer zum Fenster mit Extra-Stuhl/-Tisch und Kaffeemaschine u. Kühlschrank. Quasi Mini-Veranda, nur ohne Blick. Sehr freundliche Rezeption. Temperatur im Ende April kein Thema. Es sind hellhörige Zimmer/Holzböden, aber alle im Hotel waren ruhig.

I asked before just to make sure and I kept the booking because they told me that the breakfast was starting at 7.30am and was perfect for other bookings that I had. But when my parents did the check in they informed me that it was at 8 am. I contacted them hotel again and they told me that was a misunderstanding and they tried to help and I appreciate it but still communicating could have done better. Also the bed sheets were dirty when my parents arrived, not sure if they weren't changed from before their arrival or because they were stained, in any case it isn't nice to have a stained sheet even if they were washed.

Abbiamo fatto presente dello scarafaggio, si sono mostrati dispiaciuti, l'hanno tolto ma la stanza non è stata pulita. La stanza era gelida, niente riscaldamento, solo un calorifero elettrico portatile che non scaldava quasi nulla. Secondo me in inverno si gela. Il bagno piccolissimo, uscendo dalla doccia si finiva direttamente sul WC.

Wat een verademing. Ietwat kleine badkamer maar dit weegt niet op tegen alle positieve dus eigenlijk ook ok.
