• Patrick (5/5): Geschichtsträchtige, interessante Wohnung, die eine Auffrischung nötig hätte. - Zentral und gut gelegen. Charaktervolle Wohnung mit Charme. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft kalt.
• Fabrice (8/5): Magnifique, hyper bien placé, mais..... équipement pas du tout à la hauteur et bruit invivable. - Situation extraordinaire, dans un palais magnifique. Très jolie vue. Pas de clim dans un appartement surchauffé (les appareils d'appoint ne suffisent pas du tout) Frigo qui fonctionne mal Rue extrêmement bruyante : voitures, camions, hurlement dans la rue toutes les nuits. Et impossible de fermer les fenêtres en raison de la chaleur. Attention : ne laissez pas l'une des clefs sur la porte à l'intérieur : il vous en coutera 250 € pour faire ouvrir la porte ! Lit d'appoint très inconfortable On y a quand même passé un beau séjour.
• Primiano (5/5): old, charming but poorly maintained flat in a palazzo. too hot. - The property is a spacious old house. Unfortunately it is due some upkeep / renovation: 1. There is no proper aircon, which makes staying in summer atrocious. We were provided with two freestanding aircon units, but there was no harness to keep the hot air flowing out on the window. the host suggestes we just let the hot air flow into the corridor, keeping the bedroom doors ajar. Unfortunately that's not how the laws of thermodynamics work. In a closed environment they generate more heat than cold. Hot air must be pushed out. 2. The bathrooms require some proper mainteinance. One of the WC is poorly screwed and moves as you sit down. It is going to leak anytime soon. one of the bathrooms is missing a shower curtain and it is impossible to have a shower without flooding the whole area. Overall it could be a splendid place to stay... if somebody took proper care of it (especially considering the asking price)

• Christina (9/5): Superb - The local was great! There were many shops and restaurants near. The apartment was spacious! The apartment is on a very noisy street and the furniture need a renovation.

• Jo (8/5): Great for what we needed, not good for light sleepers! - Lovely apartment, light and airy, very spacious and very good location. Very authentically old Italian! The Strada Maggiorre is a very busy and therefore noisy road, with traffic running along it from early in the morning until late at night. So you could not have the bedroom windows open at night.
• Olga (10/5): Great location, spacious apartment. - We were met by a representative that handed over the keys and walked us through the apartment and all of its features. We appreciated the welcome gifts of proseco and panetone...nice touch! nothing

• Polina (9/5): unique experience (you live in museum) - The location, the atmosphere of the amazing apartment, the antique furniture, amazingly high celling. You can find more modern and more convenient apartment, but the atmosphere of living in a kind of museum is a unique experience. Anna (the host) was very helpful. there was noise outside at night (on weekend) and it was not easy to sleep.
• Chiara (6/5): we enjoyed the location and the space of the property. - Location, space, and charm of the buidling Couches were very old, uncomfortable, with broken springs. The beds also were uncomfertable. since we stayed in December we kept the windows closed. Even then it was a bit noisy.

• Yang (6/5): Pleasant - Great location. Beautiful building, really high ceiling, high quality floors and furnitures in the apt. Lots of space, rooms are spacious. There is no AC. The portable unit they provided has to be vented out through the window which means window has to be open. They provide standing fans which is okay if it’s not too hot august days. Must be a great place to stay as long as you avoid august.
