Please pass on my thanks to Ruslana at the bar for making my stay such a nice one. Always nice to see her friendly face and have some nice conversations. The spa staff were also very pleasant! Ok there is one problem. No Ukrainian beer on tap. I’m sorry but replace your Czech beer in the bar with some Ukrainian beer. Also corona in the mini bar. No thanks.

Breakfast was not of the same league as the rest of the place, but not bad. Also. I ordered a room with a double bed, got a room with 2 singles - no disaster this time since I traveled alone so I did not even bother telling them. But a blunder.

Біда з басейном - привезла дитина висип алергічний по всьому тілу і саме після басейну, які хлоркою так обробляють, що очі сльозяться, а ще й чимось дико хімічним, бо лікар сказав, що це алергічний висип саме після басейну. І це у дитини, яка ніколи не мала ніяких алергій! Весь відпочинок було зіпсовано.

- Ivan (7/5): Добре, але є недоліки - Розташування чудове, в самому серці міста. Чудове спа і смачні сніданки 1. Гучна робота система вентиляції, заражає міцному сну 2. Постійне тікання (кожні 3-5 секунд протягом усієї ночі) датчиків світла, що заважає міцному сну 3. Чекав на фреш в зоні спа 30 хвилин, так і не дочекався, але включили в рахунок 4. Великі сліди від плям на килимі в номері. Потрібно оновити килим 5. Жодного(!) гачка у ванній кімнаті, нема куди повісити халат, купальники та рушники після спа

- Oleksandr (8/5): В цілому чудовий готель, з крутим спа, сніданками та розташуванням, трохи підвела вентиляція, але загальне враження чудо - Якісне обслуговування, крутий СПА, відпочивали з неділі по пʼятницю, завжди було мало людей і спокійно можна було відповчивати. Дуже смачні сніданки. Не зрозуміла система-компʼютер яка вмикає-вимикає світло та кнопки прибирання чи не турбувати, то працює, то ні, біля кроваті вимикачі працювали теж максимально странно, з одного боку увімкнення, з іншого вимкнення, і то через раз. Постійний шум вентиляції , не просто продув, а саме як щелчки постійні, то були, то пропадали, скоріше за все в вентиляції щось, номер 403, можливо перевірять🫶

Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Nothing at all. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Шикарний лоббі-бар, розкішний інтер'єр, великий і атмосферний спа-центр. Дуже смачний та різноманітний сніданок, гаряче змінюється щодня, смачні десерти. Рекомендую пожити в цьому отелі, отримаєте задоволення! Не знаю, що може не сподобатись в цьому отелі. Все просто чудово!

- Marina (8/5): - Смачний сніданок. Знадобилася антиалергійні подушка - швидко принесли. Тихо, спокійно, не зважаючи на те, що розташований готель на вулиці, де постійно проходять музичні заходи, тусує молодь.... В нас був заздалегідь заброньований номер в готелі, вели переписку з готелем...., а коли приїхали заселятися, виявилося, що броні немає ????? В готелі були вільні номери і нас заселили....., а в день виселення прийшло повідомлення, що готель безкоштовно анулював попереднє бронювання???? Яке бронювання, якого готель не бачив, коли ми заїхали? Що за ігри? Для чого це робить готель?

- Tytskyi (9/5): Загалом задоволений, дуже мало до ідеалу( робочі години спа і можливості телевізора в номері бажать кращого) - Ідеальне місце розташування, ідеальний персонал,якісні матеріали в номері та хороше спа. В номері періодично через вентиляцію затягує різні запахи в тому числі з кухні, шумоізоляція номера могла би бути кращою,також телевізор в номері без ютуб, нетфлікс, тощо( лише стандартні канали 1+1,стб…. Спа з 10-21, не розумію чому не відривається хоча б о 7-8 і раніше і не закривається після 23((( Виселення о 12:00, відкриття спа о 10:00, хотів піти в сауну, всі холодні, 11:00 розігріті на 30%

- Alex (10/5): An impeccable 10/10 stay at Grand Hotel Lviv with flawless luxury and service. - The outstanding staff provided exceptional service, the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the prime location in Lviv’s city center made exploring effortless. - Sakari (9/5): Really good, would go again! - Overall really enjoyed my stay. 24/7 downstairs bar is of really really good quality. I had no clue how to operate some of the lights in my room. Also, having showers in bathtub is something I didn't enjoy too much. Just the normal shower would be preferred.
