- Verified traveler (2/5): No check in! - Tried to contact the apartment to make arrangements for checkin. No return contact, despite email and phoning twice (no answer) . Expedia could not make contact either. Would expect contact to be made automatically not me having to do it. Stayed elsewhere.
- Disgusted (2/5): Room didn't exist - When we arrived we were told by the concierge that the room we had booked should not have been advertised for renting as it was a single apartment in an otherwise residential building. At great expense and a lot of time I had to book alternative accommodation elsewhere. Shame on Expedia for poor checks and due diligence.
