• Elisabeth (9/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft, der Seeblick, die perfekte Unterkunft für einen Freundinnen Ausflug Leider waren nur für die Hälfte der Gäste Badetücher und Handtücher vorhanden. Um weitere zu erhalten hätten wir ins Weiße Rössel gehen müssen da in der Unterkunft kein Personal war.

• Adéla (3/5): Z ubytování jsem zrovna dvakrát nadšená nebyla, nemyslím si, že odpovídá cena výkon. - Blízko zubačky a blízko přístavišť výletních lodí Nikde není informace ze na check in a pak i check out musíte do jiného hotelu, který je na náměstí . Špatně značené nebo spíše vůbec, že máte odbočit k hotelu a že ten plac za ním je vlastně parkoviště hotelu . Když jsem si chtěla vyprat, musela jsem si jít koupit žeton do toho druhého hotelu . Vybavení uz starší, kuchyňka hodně malinkatá na uvaření kafe a namazání chleba tak akorát místo .

• Claudia (10/5): - Wir waren zu fünft in der Ferienwohnung, sie war sehr groß, die Lage war sehr fein und die Aussicht großartig. Von Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen bis zu Regenjacken und Schirm wurde an alles gedacht.
• Yuya (10/5): Best holiday in Austria ever. - Best location - between the town center and Schafbergbahn station, parking is included, lake view. Check in at he main hotel is smooth, no need to come back for the check out (automatic checkout). Enough rooms and space for two families, the kitchen is equipped in state-of-art. The wellness "in" the Wolfgabgsee is included in the apartment price, even for the day of checkout too. You must not miss it! Not at all. If you are a big group or family, planning to stay in St. Wolfgang and expecting something special memory, I would highly reccomend this apartment!!

• Johannes (8/5): Tolles Apartment mit ein paar Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten - Unsere Dachgeschosswohnung in der Romantik-Residenz hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse zu Sonnenauf- und Sonnenuntergang ist ein Traum, die Betten waren bequem, es war alles sehr sauber und das Badezimmer und die Küche haben uns gut gefallen. Starke Argumente für die Buchung dieses Apartments sind auch das liebevoll präsentierte Willkommensgeschenk (Weißwein, Orangensaft und Mineralwasser, allesamt von guter Qualität) und die Möglichkeit, den wunderbaren Wellness-Bereich des Weißen Rössl ohne Zusatzkosten benutzen zu können. Gut gefallen hat uns auch, dass uns ohne Nachfrage gleich 4 Schlüsselkarten für unsere Unterkunft ausgehändigt wurden, so konnte jeder von uns unabhängig St. Wolfgang erkunden. Der Check-in und die Gepäckaufbewahrung im Hotel verliefen ebenso reibungslos und wurden prompt erledigt. Einige Verbesserungsvorschläge gibt es dennoch und ich würde mich freuen, wenn das vielleicht umgesetzt würde: Die Küche ist zwar von den Geräten und vom Geschirr und Besteck her top ausgestattet, auch Müllsäcke, Toilettenpapier und alles andere ist in Massen vorhanden, aber wir haben schmerzlich diese kleinen Päckchen mit Tee, Kaffee und Zucker vermisst, die eigentlich heute fast überall zum Standard in einem Hotelzimmer und Apartment gehören. Das kostet nicht viel, wäre für die Gäste aber sehr angenehm, wenn Abends keine Geschäfte und Restaurants mehr geöffnet haben. Ebenfalls vermisst haben wir zusätzliche Kopfkissen und Decken, jedenfalls konnte ich in unserem Schlafzimmer nichts dergleichen finden. Die vorhandenen Kopfkissen waren extrem dünn und weich, so dass meine Frau und ich unsere zusammengerollten Pullover und Jacken als Notbehelf hernehmen mussten, um nicht gänzlich flach im Bett zu liegen. In unserem Zimmer war der Heizkörper außerdem auffallend laut und gurgelte die ganze Nacht vor sich hin. Eine Möglichkeit, ihn abzudrehen konnten wir in unserem Zimmer nicht finden. Der letzte Punkt dürfte vor allem für Menschen interessant sein, die so wie wir mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anreisen. Zwischen der Rezeption, dem Frühstücks- und Wellnessbereich im Weißen Rössl (Ortskern) und den Apartments in der Romantik Residenz liegt ein 10-minütiger Fußweg mit Gefälle. Wir hatten nur sehr wenig Gepäck dabei und sind gut zu Fuß, deshalb machte uns das nicht soviel aus, aber wenn jemand schwere Koffer dabei hat oder sich beim Bergabgehen schwer tut, dann liegt die Residenz nicht ganz so komfortabe wie das Hotel zum Weißen Rössl selbst. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt dennoch sehr gut gefallen und wir würden hier wieder buchen.

The kitchen is well equipped . The washing machine is in the building's entrance, and I have to go to another hotel about 100 meters away to buy tokens for both the washer and dryer. For families with children, this is quite inconvenient.

• hayoung (10/5): 멋진 뷰와 깔끔한 룸컨디션 - 4층(108호)로 배정받아 볼프강이 한눈에 보였습니다. 샤프베르크승강장이 가까이 있지만 11월이라 운행하지않았습니다. 츠뵐퍼호른 케이블카는 차로 20분 거리에있었습니다. 룸컨디션이 너무 좋았고 주방에는 음식을 만들 수 있는 도구들이 다양하게 있어서 저녁을 만들어 먹기 좋았습니다:) 단점은 엘레베이터가 없다는점과 룸청소 및 수건교체를 3일에 한번 해주어 3박4일을 묵은 우리 가족은 룸 청소른 받을 수 없었습니다

• JuHi (6/5): The picture is totally different from exact pensio - The staff were really friendly, and the view was also really great. The room was so nice, clean and big. But, the picture of hotels.com is totally not true. The pictures looks like this apartment has it, however, actually this apartment is quite far from main building that they don't have any spa, swimming pool or any staffs at there. The apartment is quite old, there is no elevator that if you have many baggage... you might be scured up. Also, I couldn't find any heating control that the room was so cold, but even I couldn't find any phone for connecting many building's reception. Hotels.com should changed the pictures, and have to mention it is not main building as easy customer to find it.

• Kyutae (10/5): 훌륭한 전망, 잘 정돈된 시설, 친절한 직원 - 3층 호수전망 아파트는 굉장한 뷰를 보여줌. 시설은 깨끗하게 잘 정돈되어있으며, 사용하는데 있어 아무런 불편이 없었음. 8~9대 주차가능한 무료 전용 주차장이 건물 뒷편에 있으므로 렌트카 이용시에도 편리함. 리셉션(빨간색 호텔건물 1층)이 도보 7분거리에 떨어져 있어 다소 불편할 수 있으나, 가는 도중 예쁜 가게 등 구경거리가 많고 리셉션 직원이 친절함. 탄산수, 샴페인, 주스로 구성된 웰컴 선물도 받음. 수건 갯수가 넉넉히 구비되어 있어 불편함은 없었으나 2박 동안 아파트 청소는 안해줌. 잘츠볼프강에 다시 간다면 다시 숙박할 의사있음.

We were originally given an efficiency apartment in a separate building a ten minute walk from the hotel, but when we found it did not suit us, we spoke with the front desk and we got exactly what we wanted: a room with a lake view in the main building with breakfast and access to the spa facility. The breakfast was delicious, too.
