- ASAKO (10/5): 贅沢 - luxuryと名付けるだけあって、部屋も館内もとても豪華。特に朝食がすごい。落ち着いた部屋でメインメニューを選んでからサラダやパン等をセミブッフェ式で取る方式。コーヒーはマシンではなく、スタッフが丁寧に淹れてくれる。 強いていうなら日本語対応のスタッフがいなかったけど、特に問題はなかった。

- Schäfer (9/5): PERFEKT! - The Amnis war ein unglaublich toller Aufenthalt für uns. Wir waren während unserer Hochzeitsreise dort und wurden auf eine Suite upgegraded. Das Personal war unglaublich zuvorkommend und die Zimmer sehr komfortable. Es war das beste Bett während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes in Taiwan. Auch die Lage is sehr zentral um Kaohsiung gut erkunden zu können. Das Frühstück wirkte noch etwas chaotisch - aber das sind Kleinigkeiten.

- Autumn (10/5): - Very nice hotel! Everyone was so kind, breakfast was delicious. We ate at Ukai-tei Teppenyaki and it was the best dinner we’ve both had. Room amenities were so nice, and infinite pool was very relaxing. We fully recommend.
- tamaidan (10/5): Perfect Luxury Birthday Trip! - My birthday trip and friend reunion brought me to Silks Club and it was an amazing trip, even with relatively high room rates in Kaohsiung, at TWD28K for 4 nights. First time of indulgence and I say it's totally worth it! Their entrance is quite discreet that even drivers don't know where to go in and the kind of no-flashy is something I like :) Check-in with Louis is very smooth and informative, and the room is very spacious! I booked the smallest room and it's 60sqm... And on the bed there is a towel cake with a personalised card :) The wooden bedroom, and marble bathroom is giving comfortable luxury without any bling bling gold and diamonds. The art pieces throughout the room are also very colourful. Not having too much travel planning beforehand, I asked their Assistant Chief Concierge Tina, and she's the star!! I know Kaohsiung has art museums everywhere but I cannot choose, she introduced one by one, compared, and then planned the route via Light Rail too! Chris and Wade in Concierge is also very helpful in shipments, and wayfinding during my stay. And the big day comes, I did ask them to send their cake by midnight (which would be better more surprising if they just put the cake in during make up service but still caring move.) Night Manager Patrick brought up the cake and offered to take a picture for me and my friends! The four night stay just happened too quick and getting pampered by these amazing people, what a nice celebration! I saw the news they are ending the Silks branding for Marriott's The Luxury Collection from August 2025. Good for them, and I cannot wait to go back!

The lobby is well decorated so is the room we stayed in for one night. The breakfast service can be busy. Make sure you book a table online a night before.
- Stephen (10/5): Fabulous couple of days stay - The hotel was in an excellent location, very close to Sanduo shopping district & MRT, easy to get around, plus the LRT aboveground tram loop was a simple walk away. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and with great comfortable beds and pillows. The reception area had a really fabulous smell to it! The breakfast although slightly limited was enough. Would highly recommend staying here. I would struggle to say anything here......
- Brian (8/5): Comfortable hotel with great facilities abd friendly staff. - Clean with good facilities such as a decent pool, gym, and sauna The breakfast was bit strange and took a bit of getting used to. The coffee served at breakfast wasn’t that good nespresso capsules but tasted like the machine hadn’t been cleaned properly.

- Peggy (10/5): - 之前到高雄都住洲際或是承億酒店，因為晚餐吃Ukai的原因，所以這次選擇住晶英，本來想說會不會因為飯店比較久，所以可能會舊舊的，沒想到房間整潔乾淨 所以都維持的非常好 整體硬體軟體設備跟住宿都很舒適 床也非常好睡 服務人員親切有禮貌 下次會再選擇住晶英酒店

- Mike (8/5): Very good - Great view. Superior facilities. Loved the cocktail hour on the pool deck between 5pm and 7pm. The breakfast was disappointing. Serving watery mushroom soup for breakfast is weird, to say the least. The omelett was average (no flavor). The quality of the bread was poor. Get some proper sour dough bread. Coffee and juice was great, though. I tried the Jade bar in the afternoon for a drink. I asked for a gin and tonic. For a 5 star hotel, I expected the waitress to ask me what brand of gin I wanted. She just brought me any old gin.
- Denise (10/5): - What an amazing hotel to stay in. The rooms are awesome. The staff are super friendly and try and assist you in every way possible. There is not one bad thing I could say about this hotel.
- Kristine (7/5): too overrated - The description was sea view but we mostly just saw ugly buildings in front of us and tiny bodies of water . Pool was small and the spa area as well. One time during breakfast we had to stay outside because it was full . Generally, the whole location (Khaosiong) is not really that interesting for the hotel to charge so much ( TWD 15,000 per night)

- Lauren (9/5): Superb - Lots of space and comfortable beds. We were renting a car after our stay and had arranged a ride to the rental company with the hotel. They called a little while later and made sure that somebody was helping us. That level of service was very appreciated.

- wendy5o4 (2/5): Highly Not Recommended - Dishonest and Severely Overcharged Us - The hotel rooms are mediocre at best under a luxury brand. We've stayed at other luxury hotels before and the rooms are in better condition and aesthetics. The issue we had with this establishment is with their restaurant package. They have options, for example, select the 5000 NT per person deal, but what happened with our party was the option was unavailable the day we ate there and so the staff automatically upgraded our selection, thus charging us even more even though we did not select it and was informed only AFTER we complained. This is highly unethical and a dishonest company to support. And even after we complained, they refused to refund us for what we originally ordered and agreed to pay for. We had to dispute the charges with out credit card and so much back and forth that we will never return back to this property. Do yourself a favor and save time by not staying or eating here.

While there were initial issues with time management, the staff more than made up for it. The intimate ambiance, exquisite small plates, and perfectly curated sake selection made for an unforgettable experience. We sampled the Dassai Blue range and were thoroughly impressed. Special thanks to Jonathan Chen, the Food & Beverage Director, whose keen eye for detail and dedication to guest satisfaction stood out. His commitment to excellence was evident throughout our stay. At Silks Club, our wishes were anticipated before we even voiced them. The impeccable service, elegant setting, and outstanding culinary experiences made this a truly memorable stay. We can’t wait to return!
