• Ramiz (10/5): - Super leuke vriendelijke personeel. Locatie is niet ver van het centrum met een tuk-tuk ben je zo in het centrum! Ontbijt is simpel en lekker. Iedere dag was er wel variatie in keuze. De kamers waren prima en bedden lagen lekker!

• Lulita (8/5): Ich würde immer wieder gerne in dieses Hotel gehen. - Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Das Essen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Jeden Tag frische Wäsche, Kaffee und Tee ist auf dem Zimmer. Es ist ein kleines afrikanisches Hotel!!
• Luca (9/5): Consigliato! - Tutto davvero confortevole, lo staff gentilissimo e la struttura pulita. La camera spaziosa, doccia calda. Piscina molto carina così come il bar. Insomma, tutto ottimo. Solo un poco più lontano dall'aeroporto di Arusha di quello che mi aspettavo, ma non è comunque stato un problema Solo una cosa: sono stati molto lenti a servire il pranzo. Forse perché avevano un evento in corso, ma abbiamo aspettato più o meno 1h30 dal momento dell'ordine all'arrivo delle pietanze. Non avevamo fretta e non è stato un eccessivo problema, ma consiglio di chiedere le tempistiche prima di ordinare :)

• Christian (8/5): Gute Erholungsmöglichkeit vor oder nach einer Safari. Personal sollte keine lauten Handys benutzen. - Ausgezeichnete Lage, gut zu finden, nicht weit weg vom Flughafen. Idealer Ort zum relaxen vor oder nach einer Safari. Frühstück sehr gut. Der Pool ist eine gute Erholungsmöglichkeit. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Personal ist ständig am Handy. Es wird laute Musik am Handy gespielt oder die ganze Zeit auf voller Lautstärke Reels geschaut, sowohl am Pool als auch im Restaurant. Bitte stellen Sie das ein. Das ist nicht schön für die Gäste, die ihre Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Handys sollten während der Arbeit auf leise sein oder einfach ausgeschaltet werden. Oder man schaut mit Kopfhörern.

Le personnel est vraiment très aimable, on m’a donné ma chambre 4 heures plus tôt sans aucun supplément et on a gardé mes bagages gratuitement pendant mon safari alors que je n’avais réserver qu’une seule nuit ! • Marc (10/5): Relaxation out of town - Very welcoming staff. Jamal from reception and Junis from the bar were very attentive and very motivated to fulfilling whatever is needed. Njiro climax should be very to have them in the team. Furthermore, we experienced some issues with our flight and had to postpone the shuttle on very short notice. Even this and the additional night to reimburse were not a problem. All in all a very good customer experience which we loved. It's a bit off the city which should be clear if staying here. But for some days just to relax perfect and in case something is needed, there are several grocery shops around. WiFi worked and also we did not have a problem with hot water as this was mentioned in some reviews. Very good pancakes for breakfast:) Maybe add a shower curtain to the bathroom
• Daniel (9/5): - We stayed there for two nights, one before and one after our safari. The rooms are basic but fine. They are clean, the bed is comfortable, the shower refreshing and the aircon is working. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to check out the pool, but it looked nice and refreshing. The host is also super friendly and helpful, even organized a half-day trip for us to Arusha. Location is go for a safari to the usual spots. For the price (we paid USD 50-60 per night), nothing to complain about. Thus 5*. Nothing to complain about for the price charged.

Staff were amazing, very friendly, helpful and good communication, generally very nice people Room was clean and nice with comfortable bed and smart TV Wifi was not great but good enough Bathroom and shower were good enough The balcony with the Mountain View was super Swimming Pool it’s perfect to enjoy after safari or other activities Food and drinks were good at a very affordable price We’ve combined Safari in Tanzania with Beech days in Zanzibar and I can say that from our total of 5 different budget accommodations this was our most comfortable one… Highly recommended! Can’t say anything bad for the money we’ve paid, maybe a heated swimming pool, as it can get cold to swim in it …

• Agustin (6/5): Mas antiguo y menos mantenido de lo que impresiona en las fotos - El personal muy amable La fogata que prenden por la noche La piscina Las instalaciones son viejas y las fotos algo engañosas al menos dan una mejor impresión de lo que es realmente el hotel al igual que las habitaciones y baños que están en las fotos no son los que nos tocaron, los baños se inundan por completo tras ducharse ya que no tienen mampara ni cortina de ducha éramos 3 parejas y nos pasó lo mismo en las 3 habitaciones. Las habitaciones tienen una puerta al balcón por la cual entra luz por la mañana.

• MATTAC (8/5): Good, Very Short Lastminute Stay - Stayed for a very short 1 night - less than 12 hours, so can't say too much. Bed was comfy. Shower was hot with good pressure. • Melanie (10/5): Gemütliche Unterkunft außerhalb von Arusha - Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen, schöne Hotelanlage und Pool. Das Zimmer ist schön, mit Balkon. Das Bett war bequem und hatte einen Mückenschutz. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück reichhaltig. Um Arusha zu besichtigen musste man ca. 20-30min in die City fahren. Ich hatte im Hotel gefragt ob es einen Fahrer gäbe, der nach Arusha fährt. Es waren zähe Verhandlungen bezüglich des Preises welcher sehr überteuert war. Wir haben uns auf einen Preis geeinigt 20$. Nach der Rückkehr wollte er 10$ mehr als ausgemacht. Das nächste Mal bin ich mit Bolt gefahren. War um vieles günstiger! Da kostete die Fahrt 4$.

Special thanks to Eunice, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Her warmth and attentiveness made my stay even more memorable. I’d highly recommend Njiro Climax for anyone visiting Arusha. Great hospitality, tasty meals, and a cozy atmosphere — we will be back! I’d love to see a wider wine selection in the future — it would be a great touch to complement the amazing meals

• Laurie (3/5): Disappointed - There was AC.and rooms were clean It was not like the pictures...but rather a very shabby outdated version. The restaurant was slow, unaccommodating fir vegetarians and the quality of food served was poor (the chocolate cake was literally served frozen with freezer burn still on it!). We asked to book at taxi to the art museum and it turned out to cost us $75 as a set rate ($25/person) without mentioning anything. The pool is nice and big but was not cleaned. We were looking forward our night there from the positive reviews so were shocked to arrive and see the state of things. Assuming many of the 10/10 reviews went on safari with Njiro and that was part of the positive rating. We did not, so maybe that is also why the service was not to friendly or helpful. Regardless, we would not stay there again.

Långsam betjäning när vi beställde drycker i baren. Middagen tog nästan 1 timme från att vi beställde till att vi fick maten, trots att vi var de enda matgästerna just då.

В целом не плохо и не хорошо, но в другой раз я выберу другой отель, 100%. Повар не умеет готовить мясо или рыбу, лучше заказывать пиццу, салаты, фрукты. Мясные и рыбные блюда - для фото в соц сети, как убить мясо дважды.

• Waithera (8/5): Memorable Stay at Njiro Climax - Mmmh! This place has a rustic theme around it and is very welcoming. The on site face of the facility is one Eunice, very amiable and passionate host who goes out of her way to meet your needs; that matters a lot to me. Rooms are clean and so is the pool and the tidy bar area. They could work on the internet connectivity but take my word, you will like your stay. Btw thanks Caroline, the guest relations lead for the surprise room decoration at no extra cost.😊 Internet speeds

Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough water pressure in our rooms (we were a group of 10). The showers didn’t have water and were not able to get in good showers during our stay. We didn’t get a solution on this which was frustrating!
