- ismail çitak (7/5): Beklentim baya yüksek olduğundan fena değildi diyebilirim... - Tamamen ailelerin olduğu güzel bir oteldi, aqua su parki çocuklar için eğlenceliydi, plaji tamamen kum ve güzeldi, havuzlari temizdi, akşam etkinlikleri aileler ve çocuklar için fena deģildi... Odam da ki musluk tamamen pas içerisindeydi, yemekleri çalişanlar boğazimiza dizer gibi aceleci şekil de tavaklarimizi ve masayi boşaltiyorlardi, plaj da çok fazla sigara izmariti vardi, kesinlikle şezlonglarin durumu iyi değildi, denizin içinde sigara içen vardi ama müdahale edicek görevli yoktu, çalişan arkadaşlarin surat ifadeleri hiç hoşuma gitmedi bir kaç çalişan dişinda, Internet kesinlikle yok, yemekhane ve asansör arasinda ki mesafe de aģir bir koku vardi, bence fiyat performans olarak beklentimin altinda kaldi diyebilirim 5 yildiz olduğundan dolayi eğer 3 yildiz bir işletme olsaydi fiyat haricinde gayet makul bir işletme derdim....Hakki da en fazla 3 yildiz otelin, su parkinin erken kapanip öğle molasi yapmasini pek anlamadim açikcasi, servisde ki sağliniza deyip servis yapan arkadaş çok kibar bir beyefendi bir görevliydi...Onun dişinda yazdiklarimiz dikkate alinir mi bilenem ama biraz küçük dokunuşlar ile muazzam hale getirilebilir bu işletme...

- özgür (8/5): cunda yanıbaşınızda.... - otele daha önce bi kaç kez gitmiştim geçtiğimiz yıllarda... o bakımdan neyle karşılaşacağımı az çok tahmin ederek gittim..genel manada sıkıntı yaşamadım..tek sıkıntı pandemi nedeniyle yemek servisinin aksıyor olması oldu.. malum açık büfede yemeği kendiniz alamıyorsunuz, servis elemanları tabağınızı dolduruyor...bunun içinde fazla eleman bulundurmak gerekir...ama pandemi falan derken ne yazikki fazla eleman almak otel için extra maliyet... bu durumun sebebi pandemi olduğu için fazla kafaya takmadım...zaten geçici bi durum.. onun dışında deniz, havuz, gayet iyi...

- suna (2/5): Sehr schlechte Zustand; Zimmer sehr schlecht - Strand ok, Servic sehr schlecht. Hotel ist nicht mal 3 Stern Hotel. Zum Essen hatten wir nicht viel auswahl auch zum Frühstück. Wenn ich das vorher gewusst hätte, dann wäre für uns Pension mit Frühstück ausreichend gewesen. Das Geld für 1 Tag Reservierung war zu viel.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Reasonable experience at the Haliç Palas - This hotel is nicely located on the Lale island between the mainland and Cunda Island .. The view from our room was excellent The facilities are nice. But needs better cleaning .. You can walk around the hotel, you can swim and get a boat tour .. Food is delicious and staff is friendly. We had arrived to hotel just before the midnight and it was nice that we were offered warm soup although it was not dinner time .. Rooms are clean but access to bath tub needs special attention especially for the senior citizens to prevent falls.... Overall we were pleased to stay there and We recommend to anyone who would like to visit Ayvalik. One last thing is that do not get surprised if you see dogs around although it was noted as a pet free facility..
